The third drink was by Fukutsuru, a sake from Toyama, although a search for sakewa turned up a Nagasaki brand.
The picture shows the menu on the whiteboard as well as a vending machine where you can drink for 100 yen with a boar cup. It is a room temperature sake😊.
I don't know about the aroma, it has a beautiful, clear mouthfeel, classic but beautiful sweet umami, the acidity is plunging, and the aftertaste is alcoholic, it's a sake to drink hot or during a meal ✨.
