It has a mild fruity aroma.
I will start with the supernatant.
Fine gas, beautiful sweetness with expansive umami, mild acidity, beautiful lingering aroma, banana🍌.
When stirred, it becomes juicy sweet and umami! The fine gas is really elegant... The lingering umami flavor remains and disappears nicely.
It still feels like a balanced nigori of the royal road 😊.
On the second day, the hint of aroma has a hint of Japanese pear. The juicy sweet-amami flavor disappears without any change in taste, so it is easy to drink and is like a juice 😍. あふぃおGood evening, ichiro18😌.

The aroma is fruity. The supernatant has moderate sweetness and moderate acidity. When the lees are mixed, milky and umami flavors are added. Overall, it is refreshing and delicious. No wonder it is so popular.

Personally, I thought that nigori sake might not be that much to my liking. But I think it is unfair to discuss nigori sake without drinking the best nigori sake. I'm going to drink it! Here we go!
When I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find it was very shwashy! What a surprise!
The aroma is mild, but the sweet melon flavor is very nice. This nigori is bubbling and bubbling continuously, and when you include it, you can feel the fizzy gas and acidity! The strong carbonation brings the sweetness down to a good level, and the mouth is filled with a pleasant nigori melon flavor. Then, there is the delicious taste of rice. The more you drink, the stronger the sweetness becomes, and although at first you say it doesn't hit you, before you know it, you keep drinking, and before you know it, you are guzzling down the top half of the snowman illustration until it is all gone. Sentori really amazes me every time I drink it. about 30 years ago in the Aizu region of Fukushima prefecture, a farmer's grandmother used to sell vegetables on a big cart. Makuwa-ri (Japanese cucumber) was often sold in summer. ShironamekoIt is soft to the taste but dry on the throat. Flavor is mild and very robust. It does not feel like you can gobble it down. In other words, this is a good sake. ShironamekoI brought it as a souvenir to share with my guests. It was a dry junmai sake with almost no ginjo aroma as I had imagined. In a word, it had a complex taste.

This is my second time to drink Sairai but my first impression was good so I had high expectations 🫣.
I was expecting it to have a fruity aroma like muscat? It has a fruity aroma like muscat. The gas has a soft mouthfeel and a slight shrieking sensation. Juicy sweetness and refreshing acidity with a long finish.
The sweetness is stronger than I expected 🤔 Maybe it's because I just received the bottle and opened it so it was only slightly chilled.
