Timeline
ShironamekoHiyaoroshi. The taste is mellow, just as the label says, typical of junmai sake. I've been away from sake for a few weeks now, so I took my time. It's almost the season for new sake... パーム農家Ki no Autumn Sake, Fukamari. My favorite bottle. The sweet aroma of rice rises in the air. I wanted to drink it hiya first, but I had it cold. Even cold, it is delicious with a rich rice flavor. Next, we warmed it up. This is the best food sake. It's a great food sake, and the explosion of flavor makes me want to drink more sake and eat more snacks. パーム農家Murayu's Aki-agari Honkai. It has a kind of fruity aroma, but... it's hard to identify what it is. Is it apple-like? It is full of acidity and has a strong, fresh ripeness, and a moderate but pleasantly firm sweetness. It has a little bit of a harsh alcohol taste, but it seems to go well with autumnal delicacies. Salted salmon from Niigata, seared octopus sashimi, Yamatoimo (Japanese yam), grilled yellowtail...what a combination! SaraSara the starry night Altair純米生酒 パーム農家This is a Nakadori Honjozo of Musical Instrument Masamune. It has a rather dry taste for an instrumental Masamune. It is reasonably priced and has a delicious grapefruit-like aroma with moderate acidity and bitterness. パーム農家Nanamizu's autumn sake. I guess it's a fire-brewed sake, which means it's made after fall? When I asked for a fruity autumn sake, this one was recommended to me, so I bought it. It is indeed delicious, with a fruity citrus aroma and plenty of umami, which is typical of autumn sake. パーム農家Nikkomaru from Hiran. I heard that this brand has been popular for some reason recently, but I have been daring to avoid it because I refrain from drinking sake from a place I have no connection to. The liquor store recommended it to me and I bought it.
It has a melon-like aroma and a sweet and sour taste, so it's no wonder it's so popular. パーム農家Hiran's Kijoshu. I asked at a sake shop what kind of sake they recommended to drink on the rocks, and they recommended this one. I had never had regular "Hiran" sake, so I bought this one along with the regular sake.
First of all, we drank it as it was. The aroma was not so strong. The taste is... very juicy and fruity. It tastes like ripe grapes.
Next, I had it on the rocks. Wow! A shocking taste that I haven't had in a long time. The taste is nicely rounded out and gives the impression that the ripe grapes have returned to being exquisite grapes ready to eat. It is the best.
Lastly, soda. This is also recommended by the liquor store. The aroma is best with soda. It also has a very elegant taste. パーム農家Igarashi's Yamahai Junmai sake. Slightly fruity aroma. In the mouth, a melon-like aroma spreads, and soon a pleasant acidity fills the mouth. Very tasty. Goes well with the fat of yellowtail sashimi. KumakichiGET MURAYUKU after a long time!
I was in the mood for summer sake, so I bought a Natsumi Heated Sake with a name like that!
Before I bought it, the word "heated" caught my attention, but I thought it was just a guess. I thought it was just a guess, but when I bought it and opened the bottle, I found that the sweetness and umami were not so good,
I thought it was just a guess, but then I bought it and opened the bottle. I thought it was a mistake, but it turned out to be a limited edition sake for "hot sake",
When I heated it up, the sweetness and umami spread out and it was delicious, but I should have read it more carefully as I like it cold! パーム農家The green label of the wind blows. Aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness. It is full of flavor, fresh and a little sour...really delicious. It has a strong flavor, but it completely envelops the food and brings blissful moments. KumakichiI happened to get a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai Daiginjyo Aromatic Sake, so I opened the bottle.
Kawanakajima Genmai is always good enough for Junmai Ginjo, but apparently the brewer visited the liquor store the day after Craft Sake Week in May and was able to get a rare bottle in stock!
It is named "Aroma Sake", and in addition to the beautiful sweetness and flavor of Kawanakajima Genmai's rice, it has a lingering aftertaste and a rich, deep flavor after swallowing, which makes it a very satisfying sake!
Rice polishing ratio: 35% (Yamadanishiki)
Alcohol content: 15%. パーム農家Mitsui no Kotobuki's summer sake. The aroma is much lighter. The attack comes in with an apple aroma flavor, but the drinkability is the same as that of Mitsui Kotobuki's summer sake. The sweetness and acidity are quite restrained, and the taste is completely different from Sengoku's Kabutomushi, which is also a summer sake but with less sweetness. It is also delicious. And if I had to choose a favorite, I would say I like Semi. パーム農家Sentori beetle. Fresh aroma of lemon or lime. Oh, it's so sour! The mention of "lemon squash for adults" is quite accurate. But...personally, I think it could be a little more sake-like. It feels like drinking wine. まつちよI've been drinking out a lot lately, so I haven't been able to drink at home.
It's been 6 months since I bought it and this is my first snoclet.
I was a little nervous when I removed the outer stopper😅.
The first aroma is a hint of koji and acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you feel a slight carbonation.
It has a slight bitterness, refreshing acidity and sweetness.
It is refreshing and you can gobble it up.
It was delicious ⛄🍶. パーム農家Igarashi's Honjozo sake. It has a clear and refreshing rice aroma mixed with a slightly sweet flavor. I imagined the taste would be refreshing and crisp, but was a bit surprised to find it sweet and sour with a good umami flavor. Even so, the refreshingness that is typical of honjozo can be felt in the aftertaste. It is a good and reasonably priced sake. If it were easier to obtain, I would be very grateful for it as an everyday sake... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
