The taste is royal Junmai.
You can drink as much as you want 🍶. しーちゃSweetness > bitterness, but the sourness comes on top and is not sticky. しーちゃMade from mash that Kurumada Shuzo rescued. Refreshing to umami flavor remains strong. あねさん♣️

I got it, but my liver was in "I'm ready to drink, I'm ready to drink" mode, so I went to a corner bar at Kawasaki station and had a drink by myself. It was also a reward for starting up the simulation environment.
I'm posting this one because it was sweet and to my liking 😁It says on the menu that it has acidity, but to me it was sweet and delicious.

FURUMAIYA is located on the 3rd floor of Atre in Kawasaki Station.
It is a store that sells only Niigata-Nagano-Toyama-Fukui-Ishikawa sake and also has a corner bar.

Koshitanrei is the name of the sake rice. It seems to be a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
I misunderstood it to be a light and dry sake, but the shopkeeper said it was sweet, so I bought it.
Koguro Shuzo was acquired by DHC in 2014 and is now DHC Shuzo.
The KJ symbol on the label means kosher certification (it's OK for Jews to eat it). LifLinOpening the bottle is a bit of a pushy.
Definitely sweet! Sour and tasty. It has a strong taste.
