Before the annual year-end party at a yakiniku restaurant, we went to FURUMAYA at the Atre station building in Kawasaki Station.
FURUMAIYA is a liquor store that sells sake from the Hokuriku and Shinetsu regions.
I had never had sake before, so I drank a lot of sake even though it was the first meeting 😅.
I will start with Sogen Nigori 😊.
I don't know about the aroma, it has a slurpy mouthfeel, seems to have lost its gas 🤔.
The umami is full, creamy and delicious... The acidity is mild and easy to drink, there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
It was a delicious nigori sake 🥰.

I went to FURUMAIYA a few times when I was commuting via Kawasaki. Sometimes they have Shinshu Kamerei (I've never been able to drink it).
The meat is still very powerful, by the way! 🥩
