The picture shows the menu on the whiteboard as well as a vending machine where you can drink for 100 yen with a boar cup. It is a room temperature sake😊.

Refreshing. Slight fizz. Slightly sweet with a mildly bitter aftertaste. The moderate acidity is really good. The unique aroma is impressive. I'm sorry, but it smells like a hospital.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
It is one of two sake breweries in Yatsuomachi, Toyama City. Founded in the Edo period. The building is quaint and beautiful. The proprietress is very gracious.
