The fourth and last drink of the Kaku-uchi was also my first time at Hana Shokudo! I drank a little too much with this rare drink even though the first round of drinks was to follow😅.
The red label is a blend of pure sake 😊.
I can't tell the aroma, beautiful clear mouthfeel, fresh 🥰.
It's a beautifully tasty sake... the acidity comes on slowly but the umami is irresistible😍I guess it's classical but I can drink as much as I want 😍...
It's a good sake to connect to the upcoming first party😊.
