I was just in Harajuku the other day for an event for my child's guess, so on my way home I picked up a bottle of Genzai nama sake I ordered online at Hasegawa Sake Shop's Azabu Juban location 🍶.
I thought the Genzai was so good I wanted to try some of the raw sake too ✨.

Beautiful sweet and umami, full-bodied and delicious😍.
The acidity is mild, the gas and umami are well balanced, and there is no weird bitterness or dullness, so it's easy to drink and delicious! I wanted to savor it slowly, but I could drink it smoothly 🫣.
