Three-day weekend!
I'm moving to a new place of work next week, but I didn't prepare for it and had a meeting until the last minute. I was using the shared facilities in my department, so I was feeling people's eyes saying, "I can't wait to get this over with. After the meeting, I finished preparing for the move and headed back to Niigata via Nagano. We came to snow fencing at a ski resort which we will take care of again this year. We had beer and shioumai lunch at Izakaya Shinkansen for dinner.

Since I'm only staying the night, this is the first time I've had this sake brought by an acquaintance. I can't read it😅
It's sweet and thick. It's very good. I drank it at room temperature, but he said it was more intense. It seems to have been opened long before I came.
I wanted to drink it while enjoying the change in temperature 😁.
I can enjoy the deep acidity of this sake when it is heated, and the clear and sharp taste when it is hiya.
In any case, it is a delicious sake with a very high level of taste for a regular sake.

Finally reached double digits: 🏳️
This time it was a sake from Yamanashi ✨.
I have a strong image of "Shichiken" in Yamanashi, but I found a brand that I had never seen before, so I had a taste 🍶.
The aroma of rice, the smooth and clear taste, the umami, and the slight bitterness on the palate!
Fuji and brewed with drunken water, it has a clear yet slightly mineral taste 😋.

It has a light sourness and sweetness like a lactic acid drink.
It tastes like whey from yogurt, yet has no peculiar taste at all.
It is easy to drink with little alcohol.
It has a refreshing aftertaste.

It is a little dry. It has an astringent taste which is not my favorite. It is like an astringent grape.
The sake rice is Tamakae.
According to the website of Shunyuginsingen, this sake is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm. I should have tried it.
I heard that this sake was featured in the 82nd volume of "Mimi Shinbo".
