The aroma is mild and there is no gas.
It has a soft mouthfeel with a grape-like sweetness and a spreadable umami taste that I really like 😍, and the acidity slowly tightens it up.
The body is quite thick with good flavor, I like it but I want to drink it over time! I wish so much 🍶.

This sake is made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku ✨.
The aroma is sweet fruity, melon, banana, with a hint of citrus 🤔.
I can really feel some gas. The mouthfeel is beautiful. Modest sweetness, beautiful umami, acidity that builds up, and a little sharpness.
There is a little lees and it is stirred. The flavor increases and the juiciness of the umami is felt, but the acidity is still high and sharp, so the wine is refreshing.
