ばびSweet and juicy
Asahi is sweeter than other Jishin and has a stronger sweetness than other Jishin.
No unnecessary quirks.
Although it is called Junmai Ginjo, the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
It tastes similar to Hakutsuru-nishiki.
I'm glad I won the lottery!

🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 ばびJuwatt and slightly carbonated
Less bitterness and more sweetness than regular Jikin
This is one of the best Jikin's I've ever tasted!
We won the lottery again this year and were able to buy it.
I brought it to a neighborhood drinking party and spread the word!
100% Hakutsuru-Nishiki
Polishing ratio 45
Alcohol content 15.5 ふとくぼ🔰Aroma of Jikin. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste chiri-chiri-apple. It has a great umami flavor. It has a zippiness that is typical of nama-zake. I had an image that Sake Mirai was sweeter, but this year's is not so. It's really delicious.
🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 ふとくぼ🔰Slight aroma of rice. The sweetness and aroma of the rice is very smooth on the palate. Unlike fantasy sparkling sake, this is a sparkling sake, but the acidity in the aftertaste makes it refreshing and delicious!
🕺🕺🕺🕺 rkdra3A fragrant sake with a soft, wafting top-fragrance. The overtone aroma is also softly fragrant, as if carrying the scent of spring. The umami flavor spreads in the mouth, and the clean taste without any cloying flavors reminds us that the status of premium sake is unshakable.
Normally, I would not be able to drink such premium sake, but I happened to win the lottery at Tokumaru Shoten, so I got it.
This is a bottle that you should definitely try if you have the chance.
I think it can be best enjoyed either by itself or as a food sake. ばびA rare sake obtained by winning the lottery at Tokumaru-san's.
This one is very different from other Jikin sakes!
It's so easy to drink!
The taste is too beautiful!
I've been holding off on having a drink until the Corona settles down.
I held off for about 4 months until I could attend a drinking party.
Still tastes great when drunk with others!
And if you drink a lot all at once
I can't keep track!

Alcohol content 15.5 ふとくぼ🔰Aroma of grapes. A refreshing, light, and refreshingly sweet rum. Unlike the normal rum, it is dry. There is a lingering taste of rice. The taste is light because of the low alcohol content. Delicious. ばびStable Genmai Aizan Unfiltered Nama Sake
The sweetness of Aizan is brought out well.
A cup of sweetness
The aroma is not strong.
It goes well with Sashimi because it is easy to drink

I wish I could have tried it at the store, but I never had the chance.
Then I was wondering what to buy for the lottery and decided to give it a try
I decided to give it a try.
I thought it was a Tokyo sake
but it's made in Ashigara, Kanagawa
It's a very sweet sake.
The taste is so sweet that I thought it might be a noble sake.
It has an alcoholic aroma that I don't like.
I wasn't sure if it would be good or not, but it didn't linger.
But it didn't linger and disappeared with the acidity.
but it disappeared with the acidity.
I think I can drink it.
I don't think I'll repeat it.
I'm relieved that I don't have to use it as a cooking sake.

Alcohol content 14-15 ふとくぼ🔰Slight aroma of Jikin. When you put it in your mouth, you will taste the sweetness and umami of rice. It has a slight acidity and dry sharpness. The transparency is almost imperceptible in Jikin. It is a refreshing type of sake. After all, Jikin must be Jungin.
さむちI stopped by my favorite coffee shop in Yokohama to buy some beans and they had them!
Lucky 🎶.
It somehow goes well with the store and I have come across it about 3 times in a year.
I think it has less bitterness than the Kinmon-nishiki I drank before........
Delicious 🎵 Maa.Good morning, Mr. Samuchi♪
That restaurant I heard about before!
I haven't been there yet💦.
You must have a good attitude to be able to meet 3 times a year 😄. さむちMaa., Good evening 🌃
I try to stop by when I go to Yokohama because they carry Machida Sake Brewery's sake.
As for the deeds... maybe not so much... takeshonGood evening, Samuchi 😃.
I'm having a 7/15 remote drinking party, how about you?
Maa. will be there too, right?
I'll be waiting for you if it's convenient 🙇♂️. ふとくぼ🔰Aroma of Jikin, though more subdued than that of the raw. In the mouth, it has a gentle sweetness and a firm umami flavor. The acidity is more pronounced than that of the raw, and the overall impression is one of transparency. It has a refreshing feeling that disappears quickly. It is easy to drink. It is also delicious when fired.
🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 ふとくぼ🔰Aizan 2018BY purchased at the Vintageshimashita Release Festival.
The aroma is Jikin. The flavor is mellow and umami, but with a little bit of the Jikin flamboyance. Zero sense of maturity. If there were hiyaoroshi in Jikin, it would be like this. It has a nice tangy finish. It is delicious.
🕺🕺🕺🕺 ふとくぼ🔰Sweet and gorgeous aroma. Chilli juicy and fruity in the mouth, like a raw sake. The rice flavor and richness are also strong and crisp. It is more refreshing than the nama sake Hachitaro. I feel like it is more refreshing than Hachitan. After all, Jikin is delicious.
🕺🕺🕺🕺 tkmtsGood evening, Mr. Futekubo 🌘.
How do you take a picture like this 💦?
It's so cool I want to copy it 🤣. ふとくぼ🔰Dear tkmts, it's easy to use the iPhone's default function, just go to "Edit" and select "Stage Lighting" 😅. MantaHello Funtukubo🔰 ^ ^
I also drank Hachitan-Nishiki nama-shu and hi-ire, but I didn't understand it until I felt refreshed 🥲.
Not quite there yet 😁.
But I know how good Jikin tastes😊.
It's delicious ✨ ふとくぼ🔰Dear Manta, I think the octogenarian is the most gorgeous thing in the world right now! ばびNABARI
I was able to buy two vintage bottles at Tokumaru Shoten and compared them.
While it is hard to tell unless you drink them alternately
Easier to drink than Jungin, with a lighter bitterness.
This one is also better on the third day than on the first day.
I think it's easy to drink.
Sweet aroma that goes in quickly and smoothly
A light bitterness and a sharp finish.
It's a good sake.
Still...
I like Takeshima Incident better.
I know exactly what I like.

16% alcohol by volume さむちI went to buy coffee beans at my favorite store in Yokohama, and while I was there, I stopped by a liquor store that I visit when I'm in the neighborhood.
I hadn't seen Machida Shuzo for a long time, and I've always wanted to try it!
And the limited edition nigorizake was the last one!
I bought it without hesitation.
I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle, so I was careful.
I chilled it until the next day, so I was able to open it without any problems.
It's a creamy, refreshing sake.
Sweet and tasty, with a good sharpness.
Delicious!
I'm glad I chose to bottle this one!
Mixed with supernatant/lees
Both are delicious 💖
