Sake level is +8 It is crisp and dry. but it also had a soft umami taste of rice. It was very easy to drink ✨. Hiroshima samadai gozen Sashimi directly from the Seto Inland Sea It went well with the sashimi directly from the Seto Inland Sea. The fried oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture are also large crispy and juicy 😋.

The sake bottle is shaped like a grouse, the prefectural bird of Toyama 🦆. We chose our favorite sake cups from a selection of 12. I chose my favorite one ✨ Fruity but not too sweet with a clean aftertaste. It went well with sashimi. 😋👍 Toyama Rice Wappa with Sashimi Salmon, baby sardines, fried shrimp, dried shiitake mushrooms, salmon roe and wild vegetables. salmon, shirasu, fried white shrimp, dried shiitake mushroom, salmon roe and wild vegetables ✨. Sashimi, trout sushi, miso soup, pickled vegetables Dessert Himi Hato Mugi Tea Gelato 🍨. We enjoyed Toyama's sake and food 😋.

It has a cool light blue label like summer 😅 After a few times of opening and closing The bottle is automatically stirred the lees at the bottom of the bottle will fly up. It is just like Snow fantasy❄️! 9 degrees centigrade The wine is so fresh and juicy 🥂‧˚₊*̥‧˚₊*̥. Lemon🍋 + lactic acid sweet and sour + gassy feeling = like calpis soda✨. More refreshing than Snow fantasy which is only available in winter I think it tastes better in summer. I think it tastes better in summer ❣️.
