This sake was made by letting the Beatles' famous song "Michelle" play. With 9% alcohol by volume, it has a light, refreshing and fruity mouthfeel, just like wine. Winner of the Sake-1 Grand Prix 2015 Grand Prix!
Light juice-like.
It's called "Kijozo-shu" (precious brewed sake)
It is served with ice.
Very sweet!
Like honey
No sweetness
Sweet to the last taste
Serve with Grape Shirakawa
Grapes are sweet, but still very sweet aftertaste
Like a dessert, just the way you like it!
I saw it on a YouTube video. Saku is close by, so I picked it up at a liquor store in Saku.
My first impression was "Is this Semishigure? My first impression was "Is this Semi Shigure? It is juicy with a refreshing acidity. I think it's a typical low-alcohol summer sake of today. It's too easy to drink.

I was introduced to a newly opened restaurant in Chigasaki, so I decided to take the trouble with the person who introduced me.
I thought it was a sweet aperitif...a sweet aperitif-like drink, like sherry or champagne.
