I bought this sake as a heated sake.
I asked the store owner a lot of questions, and requested for a heated sake with a strong umami (flavor)!
This is it! This is it!
I like sweet sake, so this sake is not too dry, but has a lot of umami!
It is a matured sake, so it has depth, but not too much!

It's a 180ml bottle with an inokuchi, designed completely with bullet train drinking in mind 🍶.
I saw it in the souvenir shop of the Shinkansen and bought it without a second thought 😆.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet aroma...the aroma is very noticeable on the train 🙄.
I looked at the back of the bottle and it was a ginjo😅.
Anyway, I'm glad there was no one next to me 🤣.
Sweet like melon🍈 or peach🍑.
Clean and refreshing 😚.
Easy to drink with no alcohol 🤗.
It comes with a sake cup, so if you have any doubts, just buy this one and you'll be fine👍
Hi Hiro 😃
The smell of sake wafting in the air when you open a bottle on the bullet train..............................................you have to worry about the eyes of others 😅 but we are also going with a strong spirit that it's ok for two people 😆 that sense of immorality is also good 😉.
Good evening, Jay and Nobby!
I think the image of sake will change if more ginjo-type sake is sold in such places 😁I will learn from your example and be more aggressive 😤.
The 80% junmai does not have an unnatural fruitiness, which may be due in part to the fact that it is freshly bottled.
Apples, bananas, muscats, white peaches, acacia, freshly pounded rice cakes, fresh cream, lime
pure brew (e.g. sake, soy sauce)
Kirei (sharpness) from the aroma of ama. Easy to drink. Good aroma. Not just a ginjo aroma. Dry. Light and smooth with umami. 86 points

Seikagami that seems to be the first time for some reason.
Sake of the unpolished type.
It doesn't have the Hiroshima dryness that I imagine, but it has a complex taste that comes later.
I'm not sure if the complexity is due to the unpolished nature of the sake or the omachi character, but it's delicious!
