Ryujinmaru is said to be a phantom sake We got it again this year! It has a full and gentle taste! I usually drink only sweet and tasty sake I think this kind of sake is good too! We are going to Mt. Kasagatake in the Northern Alps this weekend! With tent equipment on our backs I was exhausted from the heat and humidity and the steep climb! We were blessed with fine weather for two days and had a fulfilling trip.

It's been a long time since I posted this. Bizen Omachi Ooragarami by Hanahayo I let it sit for a while before opening the bottle. I want to drink this sake at least twice a year 🍍. Last weekend in July, we went to Southern Alps! We stayed in a tent for 3 days! Seidake and Mitsudake, which I had always wanted to visit! The weather was perfect!

Phantom Dance of the Month On the way back from climbing in the Northern Alps I got it at a liquor store in Matsumoto where I always stop by. I was actually thinking of Mikotsuru, but they had Genshu Mai. I chose it without hesitation. Local Chinese restaurant Omoumai came to cover the event. It was even more crowded 💦. Maybe I'll give up on weekends and go home from work on weeknights 🍜.

First time in 2 months for a phantom dance I was lucky enough to get two bottles. First, we opened a bottle of Yumachi. It is as delicious as ever! We went to Mt. Chogatake to see snowy Yarigatake (Mt. Yarigatake) during this year's GW mountain climbing season! We were equipped to stay in a tent, but we summited too early, so we went back down the mountain in a day trip. Because my eldest son and his wife are back home and they are bringing their grandchildren 🍼.

There was a man who used to be a toji (master brewer) at Sasaichi Sake Brewery in the store. We talked for about an hour with the owner! Characteristic acidity! The sweetness exploded after about the third day! Delicious!

It has a good sharpness, a good acidity and richness, and a fresh aroma that can only be found in nama-shu!
