I have a weakness for limited editions and old brews lol. Or only a few left... 😂. I went looking for Kikuhime and was supposed to buy nigori sake, but I chose this one lol. I was supposed to buy nigori sake but I chose this one lol, I told him to drink something lol. Kame Ichigo is a delicious sake from Masuzumi, so I thought it would be a similar trend. I thought it might have a similar trend, so I bought it. I think I opened the bottle and drank it right after dinner. The moment I put it in my mouth with the sweet aroma, I could feel the kyoho grapes in my mouth. ！！！！ It was the best Kyoho grape feeling I've ever had! 立山の限定シリーズ 昔に立山の金ラベルというのが 限定で発売されてめちゃくちゃ美味しいと 噂になってたことがあり、気になって購入！ 昔は兵庫県産の山田錦をつかったことをうたってたみたいですが、今回はその表記はなし。 それよりかは生酒をブレンドしたことを 大きくフィーチャーしてました🤔 まぁ美味しければ…笑 常温で頂きましたが、ラベルのデザインほど 辛口ではなく、甘いというかやわらかさが印象的でした☺️ これはヒヤでも熱燗でもなんでも美味しいのは確か！！！笑

2019 Shinkame made with special sake rice "Hanabukiyuki" grown in Aomori Prefecture! Purchased with regular junmai sake ☺️ Of course we had it hot. It tastes so much stronger than normal! It has a dusty aroma like freshly cooked rice and the flavor explosion on the palate is fantastic😁.
