2019 Shinkame made with special sake rice "Hanabukiyuki" grown in Aomori Prefecture! Purchased with regular junmai sake ☺️ Of course we had it hot. It tastes so much stronger than normal! It has a dusty aroma like freshly cooked rice and the flavor explosion on the palate is fantastic😁.

I've been slacking on the updates again... I've been wanting to drink some Shinkame! I'm looking forward to drinking it hot! I can't get enough of the soft umami when drunk at room temperature. The soft umami is irresistible when drunk at room temperature, but when heated to hot, the mild umami stands out and is the best. If you drink it all the time, this level of richness is really just right! I can't help but think that the Manjusen Kame Ichigou I drank a long time ago was incredibly rich.

I wanted something with a kick, I went to see Kikuhime's unfiltered Yamahai Junmai Nama, but it was not available 😅... 😅. In the middle of it all, I found this baby hidden in the back! 2019 Nama Sake! I looked back and thought I must have had an aged one a long time ago. I drank it 3 years ago lol. Sadly, this time I have a cold and my nose is I couldn't compare the two because of my stuffy nose I couldn't compare the two 😭 Still, it was sweet and as dry as spice. It was spread out and delicious 👍🏻

This is a combination of Honjozo and Junmai Ningon, which were made before the earthquake. After the earthquake, they were combined into one for the sake of rescue. I forgot to upload it😅 Bacchus Toyama 2024 The last one is Kijoshu 😁. My favorite one! And it's a raw sake 😊. It was quite cold, The sweetness wasn't too strong? Was I too drunk? LOL.... It was more smooth than the one I drank before. I thought it was more dry than I drank before!

Bacchus Toyama 2024 Shizukutori Junmai Daiginjo low-key three-year aged Very kanji lol The taste was light but with a taste of maturity and It had a deep sweetness 😌. I got drunk from this area.... I knew I could drink at the event. Great 😆. Reasonable and at the best time to drink! I didn't drink this time! By the way, I didn't drink it this time but they also served heated sake 😂. Bacchus Toyama 2024 Haneya is always at the event. They bring interesting things ☺️ As well as some old sake. I got a freshly squeezed Aizan! The taste is freshly squeezed, so it has a lot of umami and sweetness rather than a clean taste 😊. It's not so much refreshing as it is full of umami sweetness😊. Then there is the unique flavor of Aizan, There was a pleasant bitterness afterwards! Of course, it's a bittersweet 👍.

Bacchus Toyama 2024 Probably expensive alcohol lol. I never get a chance to drink it except on occasions like this lol. The taste is well, elegant lol. Not too much umami, just a clean and refreshing taste. I think it has a strong taste of Kamishin powder. The slight shwar is also very elegant 😊.

Bacchus Toyama 2024 Hayashi-san is only available in one bottle, It's not easy to buy it. I will drink it at the event! We have Gohyakumangoku at the store, but Yamadanishiki is rare. Bacchus Toyama 2024 Limited Edition Sake This is a rare aged sake from Fumikiku: ☺️ You have to drink 20 year old sake 😁. The color is an aged yellow. Smell is slightly sweet aroma of aged sake. The taste has a sourness unique to aged sake. The first sip tastes like melted honey. The taste is like honey and the sweetness spreads! and sweetness spreads!

Don't stop #Noto's sake! Unfiltered fire-brewed in collaboration with Kaze no Mori Brewed by Aburicho Sake Brewery, One of the closest to Okunoto's Shirakiku as possible. I was curious to see how much it resembles Okunoto's Shirakiku... I was curious... I noticed that... I've never had Junmai Daiginjo 😂. I didn't notice until I drank it lol So just my opinion! When I took a sip, I was surprised by the fire-roasted shuwashu! Sawaya Matsumoto, the crop came to mind! Before going to Zenkoji Temple I bought it at a place like a roadside station in Niigata Prefecture. I just wanted a cute cup of sake with a recent design where I wanted it😄. Not a paper label, I was looking for something with a cute design, not a paper label. The design that stands out from the crowd is this one, Flower Cup 😊. I drank it in the hiya and it tastes like a cup of rice! I wish there were more cups of sake with more attention to detail.
