My wife is making tempura "Tarabo" for me. I drank some sake 🍶 Sanuki Claudie's sake brewer brewed this sake. It's "Kawatsuru" sake brewed by a brewery in Sanuki Claudia. Oh, wow! It has a drunken aroma and a sweet lactic acid aroma! It is soft and sweet on the palate. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet, and it goes down smoothly! It goes well with tempura! (The day we dropped by was the opening day of the Sapporo store.) I casually looked at the shelf and found it! One bottle per person. That was all I had to do to buy it, so I bought it right away. I didn't drink enough "Umeko no Himitsu" today. I'll have an extra bottle of Kutouryuu Kijoshu, a souvenir (for myself) from the Shinshu/Hokuriku round-the-border tour. I'll have some more Kutouryuu Kijoshu. Oh, oh, it smells like cemedine! (I feel like I've done it!). In the mouth, it is a wonder, soft taste and mild sweetness. The soft taste and mild sweetness is truly the magic of Kuroryu! I didn't know kijoshu could be so mild. I thought it would be more like a radical sweetness! Oh no, this balance is exquisite! Kuroryu Shuzo, you are a god!

The last stop on our Shinshu-Hokuriku washbasin tour was Gorin by Kurumata Sake Brewery, famous for Tengumai. Gorin by Kurumada Shuzo, which is famous for Tengumai. In the afternoon, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery to buy two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei. We bought two bottles of sake, and at night we had Ueda's famous oidare yakitori (grilled chicken)!
