Today, I was able to buy a bottle of Sake Masashi Doi first thing in the morning. I was able to buy a bottle of Nabeshima Summer🌙 with the lady next to me. I was able to buy this bottle with the lady next to me and we agreed that this was the one! I'm going to enjoy it with the last of the season's shrimp and Otaru Naruto's zangi. I'll have it with zangi! The sake is a mild type, it does not interfere with the seafood or meat. It enhances and gently accompanies both seafood and meat. I've already drank 2/3 of the bottle! Today, when I visited Sanzenzakura Brewery in April I purchased a bottle of Ezo Momonga Junmai when I visited Sanzenzakura Brewery in April! Probably fire-brewed (sold at room temperature and packaged as a souvenir?) The Ezo flying squirrel is adorable! The taste...don't underestimate it, it's delicious! It is not like water, but like water. It goes down your throat with a little sweetness and its crispness. A little sweetness and its crispness will make you lose 300ml of it! It is made from Hokkaido rice, but what is it? Comet? Ginpu? Kita-Shizuku? Souvenir packaging for this quality? The Sanzenzakura Sake Brewery is a bit pointless, isn't it?

Today I found this fish (Kamiishin) in the shade of a tree at Doi Shoten in Sapporo! Without thinking? It was introduced on Doi Shoten's instagram live before. My wife is making tempura "Tarabo" for me. I drank some sake 🍶 Sanuki Claudie's sake brewer brewed this sake. It's "Kawatsuru" sake brewed by a brewery in Sanuki Claudia. Oh, wow!
