Sweet and tasty, with a slight acidity and no clinginess at all!
Very good cold sake in hot weather!
When poured over vanilla ice cream, the delicious flavor of the sake and the sweetness of the vanilla combined to make it quite delicious!
Watanabe Sota Hanpukai sake.
The rice used is 100% Senbon-Nishiki.
It has a firm, full-bodied sweetness and crisp acidity.
The bitterness gives it a dry and refreshing aftertaste.
The more you drink, the stronger the bitterness becomes.
However, the bitterness fades away quickly, so it is not harsh and easy to drink.

Good morning, studying 😃😃I also drank this Sasasamune last year and it was so good that a bottle of it disappeared in an instant😊💕I'm convinced that you are hitting the high points👍.
Good evening, Wakata-san. ☺️ I haven't seen your review lately, but I'm glad to hear that you are doing well. I understand the feeling of a bottle disappearing. This was another great sake that was gentle and cuddly. ☺️
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 13%.
The full sweetness and bitterness of the rice is delicious.
I was afraid to open the bottle, but it didn't blow out and I was safe 🎉.
When the supernatant is poured into the glass, it is full of bubbles, slightly sweet and juicy, and full of gas! When stirred, it turns light and cloudy, with a slightly bitter and pungent taste that is enhanced by the oriel.
The sweetness is just right, and it is refreshing and delicious 😋Nigori is also good to drink in the summer👍.
