The third brewery on the Takayama Sake Brewery Tour. Harada Sake Brewery. After tasting two kinds of sake, we found the jar in the photo. It is a sake that is completely limited to the brewery? I knew I had to try it, so I ordered a glass. I could certainly smell the aroma. It was my favorite sake out of all the ones we drank during our sake brewery tour. My partner ordered a Daiginjo soft ice cream, but it didn't seem to have much sake flavor.

I was so impressed with the obvious taste of STAR GAIZER last year that I got carried away and bought two bottles this year! The clarity is amazing!
