The third brewery on the Takayama Sake Brewery Tour. Harada Sake Brewery. After tasting two kinds of sake, we found the jar in the photo. It is a sake that is completely limited to the brewery? I knew I had to try it, so I ordered a glass. I could certainly smell the aroma. It was my favorite sake out of all the ones we drank during our sake brewery tour. My partner ordered a Daiginjo soft ice cream, but it didn't seem to have much sake flavor.

The dryness of the alcohol gives this sake a good sharpness in spite of its aroma, giving it a classical impression in the latter half of the bottle. It is more suitable as a mid-meal drink than as a stand-alone sake. It went well with grilled sea bream, various sashimi, simmered pork, simmered sea bream, fried fish, and other dishes made by my wife's brother.

I thought I had to ask for it when Yoohee-san came back home to get it 😅. It was available at a liquor store in Osaka city😳 At the store where I bought Saeki Hisho the other day. This sake is made with Abelia yeast. Fruity and sweet like a flower yeast, but the second half is quite spicy. I'd like to try it if they have fresh sake. I wondered what "Hanegi Shibori" means. I was wondering what "Hanegi Shibori" was, and it turns out that it's the same as the Tenbin Shibori process used by Furozumi, Miyako Bijin, and Shirasagi-no Shiro in the Kansai region 🤔.

I was so impressed with the obvious taste of STAR GAIZER last year that I got carried away and bought two bottles this year! The clarity is amazing! So clear that you can feel the stars and the starry void in the night sky. There is a unique richness from it and the first day it was ...... honestly not very tasty! LOL! But from the second day, STAR GAIZER is in its element and very tasty! The sweetness is moderate, but there is a sourness and a delicious flavor, and it is delicious without any cloying taste! I remember that it was very tasty on its own last year, but this time it is also good on its own! But I thought it was clearly better with a meal! Hana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall. This sake was purchased at the Tokyu Hands Tohoku Fair last month. I opened the bottle after drinking all the Miyaizumi. It has a gorgeous sweetness that rushes in from the first sip! It doesn't have the aftertaste of raw sake, and it goes down nicely. It's definitely good. This sake is brewed from 100% Akita Sakekomachi polished to half its original strength. Tonight we will drink it at home. I have a bad feeling about this...
