I'm on a bullet business trip 😂. I am on a business trip since yesterday. Stayed in Nagoya for 3 hours (1.5 hours of which was for a meeting). I managed to see Nagoya castle for 10 minutes and ate Yabaton 🐖. After that, I moved to Osaka and had a meeting in the evening until 8:30pm, and then had drinks until midnight 🍶. At the after-party, I drank a little sake 🍶 & ate takoyaki😌. People in Kansai say that the after-party should be takoyaki! Is it true? By the way, I went to 2 restaurants and both of them didn't have Osaka sake 🤣Ganbatte Osaka🤣.

I found a small bottle of Fuji Nishiki and drank it 😊. Almost no aroma, I dare say it smells like white grapes. It has a light and clean mouthfeel, or rather, water 🤣. The spiciness and light bitterness on the tongue is followed by a gentle, gradual spread of rice flavor, but it is quite light ☆. It is a bit like water, but it's more like sake 🤣. Images 3 and 4 are of a sweet potato shochu I was drinking recently, Kamikawa 🍠. More shochu reviews, but never mind 🤣. It has a nice aroma of sweetpotato with a little fruity flavor. It has a strong sweetpotato shochu flavor, but it has no peculiarities and is quite refreshing, so please try it. ❤️ It's easy to drink on the rocks, like a water mix, or if you want to enjoy the flavor a little more, try it with hot water 👌

The aroma is very mild. It has a slight lactic acid aroma. It is very gentle on the palate. The mouthfeel is very gentle. ❤️ It has a gentle umami taste. When swallowed, the lactic acidity that can be slightly felt in the aroma comes out a little, and it finishes cleanly and nicely. It has a nice sharpness, but it's not dry, it has a gentle sharpness. It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It is delicious 😋. It goes well with sashimi 🐟, especially tuna 😋. Tateyama is very good, I will buy it again when I see it again 😆. The third picture is Premol's Gentle Breeze Ale 🍺 that I've been seeing lately. It tastes fresh and good looking like me 🥺 delicious 😋.

It has a nice sharpness, but the lingering taste gives it another layer of umami. ❤️ It's really delicious. I felt a lot of bitterness and astringency on the first day, but on the third day, the whole thing came together and it's perfectly balanced. ‼️ It's a bit on the flashy side for Hirotogawa, but it's good. It is good to drink sake while flirting with a girl 👯.

It has been a long time since Hakkaisan's special honjozo! It's a great sake that needs no comment, but since I received a bottle, I'll give a full review 💪. I'm going to taste it at room temperature for now and then go for the hot sake. It has a nice, clean aroma that is a bit like an aruze. It's not fruity, but it's a nice aroma. It has a smooth, light sweetness and a bit of sourness, then a crisp, dry sharpness. Hachikaisan is no longer as sharp and crisp as it used to be. ☺️ It is easy to drink 😋. As you drink more and more sake, you can feel the umami on your tongue and you can drink as much as you want without getting tired of it. ❤️ Oh man, it goes too well with Tororo rice, I'm getting fat 🫃. It's also good when heated to 50 degrees Celsius, as the flavor of the rice spreads in your mouth. ❤️ Oh man, it goes too well with Tororo rice, makes you fat even more 🫃. I'll also introduce some cute shochu I've been drinking lately 😘. Flamingo Orange🦩🧡. It smells like a combination of lychee and orange🦩🦩🧡It smells so good🦩🧡. The taste is sweet, but with this aroma up front on the nose and a splash of alcohol 🦩🧡. It's still a popular one that is restricted to purchase, but it's really refreshing and delicious 🦩🧡. Where were the rumors last year? Morishima's Miyamanishiki is right on time this year, thanks to ‼️ Nice lychee type aroma! Sweet and juicy! A hint of sweetness like a young melon! The mineral content of this year's Miyamanishiki is quite high. As the temperature rises, a fruity acidity like green apple and sweetness also appear. In general, there is a strong nuance of astringency, but the Miyamanishiki character comes out well 😆. It's junmai, but it's not that heavy, and the refreshing acidity and moderate gassiness make for a refreshing and tasty drink. I wonder if there will be a Junmai Ginjo as well 🥺? The fourth picture is the one that is often seen on the internet these days that Mongolian noodle with natto topping is good 🍜🤣I tried it and found out that it was already popular about 5 years ago, I didn't know that 🙄. So, Toyobai's Kame-no-o Nigori ‼️ Kamisumi Almost no aroma. Super dry 😳 Honestly, Kamisumi is light, dry and slightly carbonated 🤣. Not much like Toyobai. Mixing The cork is too heavy and doesn't mix 😯. I mixed it and it smells a little like Toyobai, but the aroma is still almost non-existent. I mixed the ori and the gasiness increased 😆. The taste is still quite dry with a mellow texture. However, when mixed, the lingering flavor is very umami 👌. If you drink it thinking it's Toyobai, it's not, but it's delicious in its own way. ❤️ But the strong dryness and bitterness may be quite different for different tastes 😂. I thought it would go well with pork kim and tried making it quickly 🐖🐖.

Of course, Shinanotsuru alone is not enough. Another cup of sake 🍶. My favorite one-cup Nyan Kappu ❤️ Not much aroma, but a little bit sugary + a little bit matured aroma. A little bit of rice sweetness from the refreshing mouthfeel. The umami and astringency lingers on the tongue, but it finishes cleanly and without unpleasantness. The astringency that remains after the finish is nice. It is as tasty as ever. I had a little bit of sushi, but it goes well with sushi rice 🍣. It is indeed a Shizuoka sake ‼️ and also went well with the sweetness of the pickled vegetables 🤤.

I've been drinking it for the first time with Rafa, I was curious about it because I saw a few people drinking it at Sake-no-wa too. I finally found it! The aroma is a little bit lactic acidic. Maybe even a slight green appleiness? It's a beautiful sake that you can tell the moment you take a sip 😆❗️ it's like a Kyoto sake 🍶. Delicious 😋. I also feel some citrusiness with the contrast of sourness and bitterness. It has a gentle sweetness and umami, followed by a clean acidity and bitterness, with a light bitterness and a slight apple-like sweetness lingering on the palate. ❤️ It tastes like it would go well with a variety of Japanese dishes. ✌️

It has a sweetness like white peaches, then a fluffy umami, and then a bitterness that is quick and refreshing! It is amazingly refreshing and delicious 😋. Mix it up. When mixed, it has a sweetness like ripe peaches, with a firm umami of rice, and then a crisp and sharp taste with a firm bitterness 😆. I also like the smooth and silky mouthfeel of nigori 🤤. I made some buri daikon to go with it, but I think it would probably go better with meat 🍖. Leftover chashu pork was obviously a better match 🍖. I will have to buy a bottle of O for every bottle 🤪.

The Dobrok version of Organic Naturals 🌾. I bought this one because I knew I had to drink it 😆‼️ and it goes well with Kentucky, so I went out of my way to buy a Kentucky after work and then opened the bottle 🍗. Top Clarification The aroma is a bit sour, which is common in Dobrok! From the shuwashu, the sourness of doburoku! The light bitterness quickly clears up. The top clear sake alone is good! Stir it in. The rice has a strong flavor, a hint of sweetness like rum, and the sourness and bitterness of the doburoku quickly cut through! It's so good 🤣The rice is still perfectly crumbly, so it's a bit like drinking while eating, and it has a nice dobrok feeling 🌾. The sweetness, umami, sourness, and bitterness come in nice waves, making it an interesting and delicious sake with a lot of complexity 🍶. And now it's time to try it with Kentucky: ‼️ ... ... ... I love O-chan ❤️ Uesumi The aroma is melon-like It has a refreshing mouthfeel. The taste is very greeful! The bitterness of the aftertaste is quite strong, but it gives it a nice finish. Mixed with The aroma is more melon 🍈. The sweetness and flavor of the Greffle taste is even more intense 😆 When mixed, the bitterness is a little less bitter and I think this one has a more universal taste 👍 I paired it with horse sashimi and it goes great with spicy miso 🍈❤️ spicy miso increases the sweetness of the sake and it's amazingly delicious 🍈. The 2nd season of Urasato no Nigori 🤣. I had seen it here and there in the sakewa, so I had to buy it and got it in a hurry 💪. Urasuri Almost no scent. It has a slightly muddy scent of Hirotogawa River. Shwashy mouthfeel❤️ then the melon-like sweetness and rice flavor comes in fluffy and crisp with bitterness❤️ soooooo good🤣! Mix it up. The aroma has a slight white peach feel to it 🥺. The mouthfeel is still the same, a bit of a schwashy mouthfeel, and then melon? A little peachy? The sweetness is like a melon. And then the flavor spreads on the palate with a milky texture 🥺. And after the bitter taste, there is a lingering freshness like drinking lemon water 🍋. Oh wait, it's so good 😂. This is going to sell like crazy next year 😂. It's not too sweet and acidic, so it's easy to sip on and pair with a meal. 🍽️ I tried it for a day to see what would happen. The second day it tastes even better, drier and more delicious. ❤️ This is seriously too good 🙌 I loved it with canned mackerel in miso sauce with grated radish 🐟.

Fisherman's food wine This sake was created under the concept of "a fisherman's food sake. In other words, it is supposed to be paired with Hachinohe's famous squid or mackerel... But but but..., It don't matter. ❗️ It don't matter ‼️ I'm going to go along with Rohl 🤣 So I'll be there with my fisherman's food and rohor 🙏. I don't think the aroma is that? Slightly muscat-like. It's more dry than other Mutsu Hachisen sake, as it's called "fisherman's sake". It has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu, a bit of sweetness and fruity taste that is typical of Mutsu Hachisen, and a crisp bitterness that makes it dry. ❤️ It's like drinking a beer. It's delicious! This definitely goes well with the sweetness of squid and mackerel oil... But who cares... ‼️ When I put it together with Rohl, it flows with the richness of Rohl's flavor and goes surprisingly well 😮. Well, but I still can't deny that it is a bit overpowered by the richness of the Rohl flavor 🤣.

First time, Changyang Fookmyung: 👯‍♀️ The aroma is slightly sugary. It smells like sugar candy. The sweetness of the sugar spreads from the petit gas feeling to the palate, and as the sweetness settles, the umami of the rice begins to show. The sweetness settles down and the rice flavor comes out. This is so delicious! ❤️ It is even better when served with Japanese food such as hijiki stew, as the sweetness and umami blend well with the meal. ❤️ When the temperature goes up, it becomes drier and more dry. ‼️ It's a modern sake that goes well with food. ❤️ This one is totally a Wakamusume type. I think people who like wakamusume's nemophila will surely like this 😂❤️ I want to repeat this one, though there's no place near me that sells it 😂. Nemofira is delicious the second day, so I left this one out for a day to try 🙌The sweetness opens up even more on the second day and it's even better 🤣👍I'll buy it in a bottle next time 🤣. The 3rd and 4th images are of a craft beer called Boku Beer Kimi Beer. It's refreshing and super tasty 😋. The only thing is that this frog looks a bit like Rigel 🐸. I don't care about the taste anymore 🤣.
