I ransacked a cellar at a friend's house. I found this in there 🤣. Of course I'll drink it without permission 💪. Daishichi's 10 years old: ‼️ I only had 1.5 gong left, so I heated it all up... Lovely golden color ❤️ And it's a very deep and merciful sake with a lot of umami on top 🍶. It's delicious 😋It's another one I'd like to drink slowly with food ‼️ By the way, my friend told me that "Fudan-o" means "Koboji". No, if you knock it over, it will all spill out and you won't be able to drink it... Menchan, inspired by Nochi, I had the special bean sprout miso ramen: ☺️ topped with nori seaweed: ☺️ It's delicious 😋 but after eating this, I want to try the special miso 🤣. Next time, I'll try the special miso ‼️‼️

It was my friend's birthday. I opened the good stuff that takeshon gave me 😆. 5 years old 🥸 from Noukuchi The aroma is not so great, The ginjo aroma ➕ is a dry aroma unique to matured sake. The taste is so smooth that it is hard to believe it is unfiltered raw 😆. And it has a moderate caramelized sweetness. The sourness and concentrated umami peculiar to Yamahai spread softly in the mouth, and then it finishes with a slight aroma of maturity and astringency. ☺️ It's so delicious! Expensive sake is delicious 😋😋. It tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's perfectly chilled 😊. We drank it together and it was gone in an instant😇

I missed out on buying the new Tasake sake, I missed out on buying a bottle of new Tasyu (rice wine), but I did buy a bottle of light nigori (light cloudy sake). It's a pity that I couldn't check the capacity of new sake this year, which is suspected to be a capacity fraud because it runs out so quickly 😢. I've got to get my head back on straight and have the Usu-Nigori. There's not so much corkage, so I'll start from the beginning. Maje maje maje! Aroma is clean, a little bit muscat flavor, I think ☺️ The palate has a green apple-like sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and a slight nigori-derived rice flavor. It is too delicious🤣and too easy to drink🤣. This is an instant kill deal. ☝️ I think you should be careful with this sake because if you match it with dishes with strong flavors, it will lose its freshness on the palate and the goodness of this sake will be reduced by half 🤔. Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) goes well with it. And cured ham Gone in an hour and a half 😭 Maybe it's too good 😭

I got this from Kashu 😆. I got it from Kashuen and then Lomang👍. It seems to be a limited edition for Kodama 😮. The aroma is slightly cider-like. Mouthfeel quite firm and sugary sweet â The moment it hits your mouth, it's sweet ❗️❗️, but the light chiliiness, then the bitterness and astringency drown out the sweetness, and after swallowing, you don't feel the sweetness 😮. This is a great drink to go with a meal 😋 I drank it with a seafood salad 🍶. The 4th picture is a Tyrol Chocolate I had for a sugar fix at work: ❤️

pigeon It's an original from Hasegawa Sake Shop. Hato is so clever to collaborate with such a famous liquor store. Almost no aroma, a little milkiness behind the aroma 😆. Very beautiful on the palate😍. The delicate white grape type sweetness and umami comes slowly from there, and the bitterness stimulates the tongue and finishes it off. ‼️ It's more beautiful than the usual umami spicy. 2000 yen is a good price for this. ‼️ The sweetness and umami are enhanced by the salty pickles! However, I think it's too beautiful for a pigeon 😉. It's good, but I prefer the usual Hato ❤️

Rigel and I had a drink at Ueno 😆. We drank some rare ones like Jikin and Genmai, but this one was the most impressive 😋. My first Daruma Masamune: ‼️ It was a beautiful caramel color, with the aroma, sweetness, and deep flavor that only an aged sake can have, yet with a fairly refreshing aftertaste. ✌️ There was also a set of obanzai for two, which was a great way to enjoy a variety of dishes at once. ❤️ Also, I personally enjoyed the Oroku Hata hot sake 🍶The unique flavor of the sake becomes thicker and is very good to drink. ‼️ Then, as the sake cools down, the flavor disappears and it becomes easier to drink.

It has a pleasant gaseous feeling, a light lime sour sweetness and acidity, and a refreshing taste. It's delicious. ‼️Above all, it has a nice sharpness that is typical of Tosa sake. ‼️ I think the aroma is a little too much for my taste, but I like it 🤣.

Fuji Nishiki again🗻. Is the aroma rumney? The aroma is somewhat refreshing, with a hint of sweetness behind it. Choroki no Katsumoma🐎. The aroma is Japanese-less 😆 Nice fruity aroma 😆. Take a sip, oh, it's pretty firm and dry 👀. Fresh mouthfeel, then a slight fruity sourness, and then a sharp sharp kick. Nigori🫧 of Hirotogawa Still selling at an amazing rate 🤣. Top Sumi. The aroma is not that strong. Muscat? Melon? Nice aroma, I like it 💋. It's quite sassy, only the top clear, but it's quite dry, I like it 💋. I'd buy it even if you offered it in this, I like it 💋. Mix it. It's pretty dry when mixed, I like it 💋. After mixing it, the sweetness of the oli on the tongue softens the savoriness and gives it a little sweetness and flavor, but it's generally dry, I like it 💋. It's really good, but so far I don't think it's beyond Hanaizumi's active muddy and Urasato's 2nd, but I like it 💋.

Fuji Nishiki Brewery is well-known for its Yuru-Kan 🗻. This is my favorite Nouveau, The sake rice has been changed from Miyamanishiki to Gohyakumangoku. I wonder if the amount of Miyamanishiki shipped out of the prefecture is decreasing 🧐. The aroma is the ginjo aroma, with a slightly astringent aroma at the back. The aroma is the ginjo aroma with a slightly astringent aroma behind it. The ginjo aroma escapes through the nose and finishes quite firm and dry. ‼️ I'm not sure if it's because it's now a Gohyakumangoku, but I think it's much drier than it used to be 😗. I like it fine, but if you are looking for sweetness, you might be disappointed 🤣! I'm not sure if it's because of the 5 million stones. I grilled sardine rice sushi sent from my parents' house and combined it with ❤️ rice sushi is too good - great with sake ❤️

Glad to see Miyamanishiki again this year: ☺️ Mild aroma, slightly muscat 🥰. The first taste is mineral like hard water, The minerality of hard water on the palate is accompanied by a light umami, and the wine flows smoothly with a white wine-like acidity and finishes with Morishima's unique minerality! It's not exactly dry, but in a way it's dry too 😋. Morishima wines are all good as always 😋! Nest Beer had a new flavor, so I bought it 🍺. It seems to have cacao and tangerine in it 😆. It was really good, so if you see it, buy it 😋.

Company New Year's Party: ‼️ We went to Oarai-cho to eat anko-nabe at the company's New Year's party! 8,000 yen per person for anglerfish course 🤑! My stomach is full and my wallet is empty 🤑. Of course we drink Tsuki no I because we are in Oarai 💪‼️ Compared to Tsuki no I Junmai, Jungin is dry but light and fruity and easy to drink😆. And the anglerfish dishes are all delicious 😋! The anglerfish you eat at a random restaurant will inevitably have a unique flavor, but at a well-run restaurant, it will have no flavor at all 🥰. The monkfish liver is so sweet and rich and has no peculiarities that you can enjoy it without grated momiji or ponzu vinegar 😋. The ankou nabe is also very tasty, with no need to use ginger or strong miso flavor to cover up the peculiarity 🥰. I hope you enjoy Ibaraki's winter delicacies, too!

The first Shibori of Aizu Nakasyo, my favorite Aizu sake for the past two years.... The third picture is a masturbation fat that MAJ gave me: ❤️ And the fourth picture is a sea cucumber sent from my parents' house: ❤️ Ona Fat and sea cucumber, mmmm, so erotic 🤣. Oh, it's not a sea cucumber, it's a big sausage 🤣. But this sausage is totally aimed at you 🤣. The smell is like lime + melon? Nice aroma 😆. The attack is melon-like flavor, but then the sourness comes and turns into apple-like flavor. Finishes with a sugary sweetness on the tongue and a light astringency! Too good. ☝️ I knew I like Aizu Nakasho👍 The astringency goes well with the meatiness and spiciness of the sausage, and with sea cucumbers you can drink it forever 🍶.

New Year's party with Mr. R and Ms. N This is the last post of the New Year party. We had about 5 other drinks but I didn't take pictures 😭. Kawanakajima active nigori ☺️ It was quite healthy and took a while to open the bottle. This is already champagne in aroma and taste 🍾. Creamy champagne 🍾. I prefer Hirotogawa's muddy type, but this is good too ‼️ I drank it with some natural cheese that Men-chan gave me 🍶. This cheese is so good! I've never had such a good cheese 🧀. I'll have to beg for some next time 💪.

New Year's party with Mr. R and Ms. N This is Yanase from Jikin. Probably won't be drinking in the future 🤣. It has a nice aroma typical of Jikin. The sweetness and umami, the aroma that spreads in the mouth, everything is in the finest balance, too easy to drink 🤣. It is too easy to drink 🤣 It has a slightly alcoholic taste when heated up, but the sweetness and umami are thicker and more delicious 😋. Drinking at home is great because you can do this kind of thing ❤️ I found an electric pressure cooker and took the liberty of using it to make a combination of salted pork and hot spring eggs. What? You think the electric pressure cooker is just amazing? That's right 🤣.

Second New Year's Party 🍶. Nigori (nigori) of Hanahayo I've had this non-nagori one before, but this is my first nigori one. I don't like Hanahyokyu, so I don't drink it even if I see it at a liquor store these days 🤣. The aroma is pineapple 🍍. The taste is pretty dry ‼️ I thought it was sweet and delicious but this is a dry nigori 🫨It gets sweeter when heated but it's much drier than Jigon 😊I think I like it better this way 😊. The entrée is Namako (sea cucumber) brought from my parents' house. Most places serve sea cucumbers with vinegar, but this one is served with sake. ✌️ Vinegar makes them scrawny, so I personally recommend serving them with sake. ☺️ The taste of sake and the saltiness of the sea cucumber makes it very tasty 😋.
