To bring out the bravery. I took a picture in Ane-san style. The scent is mild - somewhat Japanese-ish. It has a moderate grape-like sweetness and white grape-like acidity. The aroma is a little bitter and sharp. I see, it is a sake that can be served both before and during meals 😆. It is also nice that the aftertaste is dry and sharp. ❤️ This is so delicious😍! I recommend it even to people who don't like hiyaoroshi 💪.

My personal favorite brand of Tochigi sake😊. I bought the autumn sake because it's kind of cheap for the specs 👌 It has a nice aroma. Smells a bit like a paste 😃. It has a light mouthfeel 👄. It has a wasanbon type of sweetness with a refreshing lemon water-like acidity. Then comes a light citrusy bitterness that is refreshing 👄. It is a light and refreshing sake like a summer sake. ‼️ is delicious 😊. I heard that the concept is to cool it down and make a good autumn sake, and it is true 😆 Well, I thought it would be better to make it as a summer sake, but I won't say it out loud😇. It goes well with the sweetness of steamed sweet potatoes 🍠. The third picture is motsu-ni from Marusan Shokudo in Mito‼️The motsu-ni here is very good, so please drop by on your way to Oarai❤️ You can also take it home from the vending machine.

It's unquestionably good ‼️ It's a good way to start drinking again: ☺️ The aroma is mild, but a bit like that of rubbed apples. The sweetness and umami of the rice comes through gently and gradually, It finishes clean and crisp 😆. It is better at room temperature or lukewarm than chilled. ❤️ Sake made by a genius is always good ‼️ So, do you have any autumn sake? ⁉️

I want to drink last year's dry junmai again! but not this year 😭 Anyway, I bought the one I'm looking forward to since this one is also delicious every year👍 The aroma is mild, with a slight melon aroma typical of Kiritsukuba if you sniff carefully. The attack is slightly sweet with low acidity, and the umami spreads out softly, followed by a nice hint of aluzoe and a clean crispness! It's not really dry, but rather a little bit dry. Speaking of Yamaoka Family I knew it was the special miso green onion topping: ‼️ I beg to differ: ‼️ I bought a bottle of Laughing Shiki's Koshiki Namaishio, which I've been wanting to try... â Muscat type of refreshing aroma😆. White wine on the palate The white wine-like mouthfeel with a hint of rice sweetness. The acidity and astringency will make your mouth feel light and squeaky clean, It passes smoothly. ☺️ Not too much of a sake yeast yeast, easy to drink 🍶. It's really good 👍 It's hard to match with pickles, but it goes well with tomato-based dishes. I tried it with shabu shabu and it goes well with the sweetness of beef 😂and I think it also goes well with sesame sauce👍 I had some golden kiwi, so I ate it and drank it, and it tasted like a pineapple like hana-yang-yu 🤣. It tastes a little bit like the aftertaste of Huayangbao but a little bit spicier, try it 🤣.

This is my first fall brew of the year🍂. But it's still insanely hot 🫠. Japanese-less aroma🍐. I like the aroma 🍐. Although it is hiyaoroshi, it is fresh and pear-like on the palate ☺️ The rice flavor and a little astringency spreads to the palate and is quickly cut by the acidity. Delicious! The sharpness goes well with sashimi 😆. The prosciutto cheese is perfect with it 😆 ❤️ It's low-alcoholic, so it's easy to drink even in this still hot hiyaoroshi season 🍶. However, since it's a bottle, it seems a little sweeter on the 4th day 😅If you don't like too much sweetness, finish it on the first day 💪. If you like sweet, leave it alone for a while 💪. The third picture is Coed beer 🍺. It's my first time drinking it and it's easy to drink ‼️

Shinshu Kamerei is one of the best! I think, I could buy it 🤣. The aroma is like a rummy type? The aroma is like a rumney, but the sweetness spreads to the mouth from the fresh gas feeling. It has a fresh grape-like acidity that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, and it's refreshing and crisp 😆. But I guess Shinshu Kirei Yamae Nishiki does not go well with Soba. It's less flashy than Kinmon-nishiki, but I think it's relatively flashy 😂. After drinking about 1 gou, the sweetness builds up quite a bit in the mouth, so drinking half a gou outside might be the best way to enjoy it 😂. I still want to drink Hitogokochi ‼️

Machida's do-it-yourselfer: ‼️ Fruity aroma + slightly rummy aroma, nice and clean â Easy to drink with white grape type sweet acidity 😆. The fruity aroma lingers with a slight astringency and a hint of incense. It is refreshing with a bit of gasiness. ❤️ It goes well with meat 🍖. The astringency in the aftertaste did not go well with spicy cod 😭 Best one for summer 😆. The third image is a sweet potato shochu cool mint green🐧. The lychee-like aroma and minty freshness make it a great summer bottle when mixed with carbonated water 🟩.

Finally got it, Fukkai 🌊. I knew I had to buy it since it was so popular at Sake no Wa 👏. Nice white grape type aroma 👃. There may be a faint milk-based aroma in the back, faintly. From the soft mouthfeel, light sweetness and fullness typical of Yamadanishiki, light freshness and refreshing 🙂. I thought it might be a little sparkling since the label said it was slightly sparkling, but it was more like chili than sparkling. I wondered if the freshness meant that it was slightly sparkling. Delicious, light, this is good. ‼️ It's current style, but it also has a dry feel to it, good👍. I think I like to drink it cold because it gets milky when the temperature goes up 😆. Cup noodles I recently ate. To be honest, Ryuji's cup noodles are not that great as they are 🤣The recipe is published, and I guess it is supposed to be eaten with chashu pork and various other ingredients? Lemon seafood is pretty good 😋. It's like a milder version of the Tom Yum Kung flavor without the spiciness ☺️

Now, here's a comparison of the Fukunoka drinks: 💁‍♂️ The aroma is lychee and green apple 🍏. The aroma is more fruity than Sasamasamune. It has a Sharaku feel to it: ‼️ The mouthfeel is lush too: ❤️ Is Fukunoka fresh? I really like this mouthfeel👍 The overall taste is similar to that of Sasasamune, The aftertaste is more astringent and bitter than Sasasamune. ‼️ I think it's better if you let it sit for a day to let it settle down a bit 😋I don't know. ‼️ This one is also very tasty: ❤️

The mouthfeel is like a fresh pear ❤️ and this kind of mouthfeel is great in the summer 🍈. Kagamiyama's very nice one: ‼️ 35% polished rice at Sake Musashi... The milling time looks gruesome🤣... I personally prefer this one 👍. I guess the standard line is dry, but this one is more like pineapple, fruity, sweet and tasty with a nice sharpness 😆‼️ I like my sake to be a food drinker, so it doesn't have to be expensive 🤣. I rode my bike to Kujukuri and Katsuura before the typhoon hit 🏍️ I took the Kujukuri toll road, saw bikini gals 👙 at Kujukuri-hama, and had a blast around Yoro Gorge from Katsuura 👙. The east side of Chiba is great at this time of the year because of the cool sea breeze... I want to live in Kujukuri or Katsuura area for bikini and cool sea breeze during the summer 😍.

Tenmei no Sarasara Junmai renewed 🆕. It was good enough with the old one, I bought a bottle for now 😆. Breezy aroma with a hint of soda. Ummm....it was good from the moment I swallowed it: ❤️ From the sweetness reminiscent of white grape juice, The sweetness reminds me of white grape juice, and then the acidity like white wine rushes up from the throat to the nose. Then a slight gassy sensation on the tongue 🫧. Too refreshing 😊. Light bitterness in the aftertaste, thanks to this, the overall taste is that of a stand-alone drink, but it can also be a food wine👍. Good again this year: ‼️ By the way, I noticed it was lightly cloudy after drinking half of the bottle 😭 it wasn't cloudy until last year 😭.

Smells like tropical juice: ‼️ And yet, it has a nice salty aroma without being too sweet 😅. It tastes tropical, but not too sweet and refreshing, and I paired it with cold shabu-shabu and fried chicken, but it also goes well with meals. As it says "barbecue", it goes better with meat than with sashimi. Fumichan's sake is still delicious. ❤️ I wish the liquor stores near me would start carrying it 😇
