Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.

This is my first visit to Kikusen. This is a sake from Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture🍶. This is a sake from Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a mildly smooth sweet umami flavor with a slight acidity. It is more robust than Isojumma from the neighboring city of Yaizu, but it too is a mellow sake. It was delicious 🍶✨.

6/10 Domaine Akishika. It is said to be a sake made from Omachi produced in a rice field called Kamimura-Omachi. And they say it is aged, so the price is quite expensive. It had a robust flavor and mellow taste. The bitterness that comes in the latter half of the sake was also enjoyable. I had no idea that such a sake was available here.
