I was a little puzzled as to whether or not I should post it here, but it came up right away in a brand search, so I guess it's okay.
This is "Doburoku" from Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Brewery.
In the mouth, there is a fine gassy sensation, and the umami and sweetness of the rice spread to the back of the tongue. There is almost no sourness or bitterness, and the texture is smooth. There is none of the rice glutinousness found in other doburoku.
The alcohol content is 7%, so it is suisui while savoring the flavor of the rice.
The "akaba saba" (red mackerel?) is simmered in miso and served with dinner. I took it out of the fridge because we had something called "red mackerel" simmered in miso on the dinner table, but it was gone soon after. It was delicious when I drank it at the restaurant, but it is still a delicious sake to drink at home.
I drank regular doburoku before, so I wanted to drink peach doburoku.
I wanted to try peach doburoku.
I dropped by a store every time I went to Tokyo.
I finally came across it: ❗️
The texture and mouthfeel are like doburoku!
It's light pink and has a slightly fruity peachy taste!
Can I drink it in one gulp?
It has a thick texture, sweet and refreshing, and a little fizzy.
It contains a lot of air, and the bubbles crackle and pop in the mouth.
The texture of the sake rice also remained faintly present, making for an enjoyable drinking experience.
Doburoku" from Hasegawa Sake Brewery, which I have been glancing at every time I go on a business trip. My mother loves doburoku, so I bought some and went home to my parents' house. I immediately tried it. It was an authentic, yet refreshing doburoku. My mother was happy with it. Alcohol content 7%, 300 mL.
Tokyo station was crowded during GW...
But I can't go home without buying and drinking this.
One bottle won on the Shinkansen. The other bottle at home.
I wish I had a bigger one.
This is a limited edition doburoku sold at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta at Tokyo Station.
We previously compared the pineapple🍍 and regular versions, but this time it was grape🍇!
The color and aroma were very good and full of grape flavor 😋.
I bought this while I was in Tokyo.
It's been a long time since I've had doburoku!
They also sold mandarin oranges, but I drank them last year, so I just went with the regular one: ‼️
I don't think it has much aroma.
It has a sushuwasuwa feeling on the palate and the sweetness of the rice is typical of doburoku... and the fruity acidity makes it drinkable as much as you want. ☝️
Rice juice is as tasty as ever: ❤️
The alcohol content is low, so you don't get drunk even if you drink a whole bottle!
I made it to go with stewed tomatoes and it went perfectly 😉.
I wish they would sell this in a larger capacity!
I would really drink this by itself like drinking a bottle of beer... 🍺.
Hi Manachie 🐦 I was given a bottle as a gift from Umaichan before and it's delicious!
I was allowed to drink it as a gift from Umaichan before and it is delicious 😻I thought I would buy a lot of it when I go to Tokyo 😆 Oh yes, I wish they would make a four-pack bottle!
Hi Manachie 😃
I stopped by Hasegawa at Tokyo station a while ago, but I forgot about this and the mandarin oranges 😩I'll definitely buy some next time I go 🤗.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby! The mandarin oranges are only available for a limited time, so I suggest you get there as soon as possible. I think they are going to serve peach next?
It has a soft lactic acid bacteria drink aroma.
It tastes like a slightly carbonated drinkable yogurt, a true rice smoothie.
The sweetness is well perceived.
It is thick but not cloying, so you can guzzle it by itself.
