A popular man is sinful... 🤥. Kashu sent me a bottle of alcohol with the intention of saying "shhhh ‼️" 😭 He must be jealous because I'm popular 🤥. Just the other day, a girl I met for the first time at a pub told me I look incredibly popular... Hmmm, this is still jealousy 🤥. I heard this sake is called "Kumashine". If it didn't have furigana, no one would be able to read it 😂. Now, let's see how it tastes, It has a unique aroma full of wildness. It has a very strong flavor. From the strong right slap by astringency, acidity and umami, to the left slap of quite strong alcohol feeling 🤣. I'm so jealous I'm scared 🥺. This sake is good, but I think it's quite a perverted sake. Maybe it's good for people who like matured sake or gutsy type of sake? Of course I like it too♪ Both the naming and the taste convey the intention of "shinshin" to me 🥺. Wow, a man who is popular is sinful... 🤥.

Good morning, Mr. Manachie ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. It's hard to be a sinful man 🤣But "kumashine" in "kamiina" is a very difficult brand to read✨. By the way, in my hometown Fukui dialect, [hayoshine] is said [hayoshine], so if you come to Fukui, you'll be irresistible 🥰.

Hello Manachie-san ☀☀☀☀! I think it's great that you choose to buy the Hyogo-shu, Taiyo-shuzo is not so common and has a lot of peculiar taste 🤔.

Hi Manachie 😀 I wish I could be as popular and jealous as you are 😃. By the way, I've never seen this kind of sake before even though Hyogo is my semi-hometown 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Manachie😄 It's written "beauty rice" and "umashine" at the door of heaven. 💕︎ I might send it to Mr. Manachie lol 🤣

Good morning, Gyve ☀I've been to Fukui once, but I don't think I'll be able to get a good-natured word out of you if we don't get along 🤔This is the only way to go there and pick up girls: ⁉️

I wanted to drink a little more, so I haggled alone. Adults need some alone time. I'm glad my kids are grown. I found a sake I've never seen before. It looks spicy, but I'll have it. I thought it was like a clear water, but it has a habit of being sharp. It is grassy and I don't like it. It seems to be a match for people who like gin. I can't read "Kumashine"!

A sake I didn't know I bought with a label. It had a nice aroma and tasted dry and refreshing with almost no sweetness. It had 19 degrees of alcohol. When I tried warming it up, it had a stronger "monyoo" taste. It is also good warmed up.

Heart of Sake - 酒の心
One of my absolute favorite sake. This particular sake is using a long lost rice variety called Nojouho. This rice was once considered one of the two major rice varieties for sake, along with the king, Yamada Nishiki. It almost completely disappeared in the 1940’s due to its notorious difficulty to grow. It lends a richness similar to Oomachi, but with the texture of Yamada Nishiki. A truly rare find from this incredibly traditional brewery.

I went to a drinking place I don't usually go to. The atmosphere was unique and maybe not my favorite. There was a selection of draft sake that I didn't know about. The name of the sake is Kumashine. I have never heard of this sake rice called Nojoho. It is heavy, but the depth allows you to taste it well. It is a gutsy type of sake, but it is also good as a cold sake.

The flavor with a bitter cocoa taste spreads after one year of aging. A supreme mellow dry sake.

That smells good. Rice! It's thick! It's so thick! It's got a high alcohol content, so you can really feel it when you drink it. It's delicious.

Nojoho polished rice 60%. Taiyo Shuzo is a brewery that has turned its back on the dry, light taste. There is no room for brewing alcohol. The color, however, is not so dark and is slightly yellow. It has a strong rice flavor with a touch of acidity. When I tried it with soda (with lemon) The sourness is left, but the refreshment comes out. It became a drink like "the June of a freshman girl who came out of the countryside and started attending Ritsumeikan University, getting used to the city". It goes well with sashimi, but it also goes well with dark nuts such as gingko nuts.
