Extra Party with Mr. Gura After the first party was over and the commemorative photo had been taken, we had a chance to drink the sake that Yum- san got at Hasegawa Sake Shop when he went to Edo (Tokyo). Sorry for those who went home early 🙏. Fresh and tender 😋! Thick and fresh 😻 I hope there will be another sake brewery in Osaka station 🤗. I heard they can only make fresh sake because they can't use fire due to fire laws because it's inside the station.

Hasegawa Sake Brewery is brewing at Tokyo Station...they are doing a great thing with their brewery at echinakas (echinakas) 😳.

I bought this while I was in Tokyo. It's been a long time since I've had doburoku! They also sold mandarin oranges, but I drank them last year, so I just went with the regular one: ‼️ I don't think it has much aroma. It has a sushuwasuwa feeling on the palate and the sweetness of the rice is typical of doburoku... and the fruity acidity makes it drinkable as much as you want. ☝️ Rice juice is as tasty as ever: ❤️ The alcohol content is low, so you don't get drunk even if you drink a whole bottle! I made it to go with stewed tomatoes and it went perfectly 😉. I wish they would sell this in a larger capacity! I would really drink this by itself like drinking a bottle of beer... 🍺.

Pukupuku Active Smoothie Cloudy and strong bubbles. The sticky mouthfeel is followed by a strong effervescence and acidity. A refreshing yogurt-like aroma rises, and it finishes with a mild, light flavor and a lingering firm acidity. You can also taste some solids. This sake was brewed at Tokyo Station. I wanted to drink this. You can only drink it raw here. You can enjoy it with fresh and strong gas. Pair it with Ebi Miso. The strong umami of the shrimp miso compensates for the lightness of this sake, and the mildness is in tune with it. ★★★★★
