This is the times of Otokoyama Sake Brewery in Aizu Misato-cho, which resumed sake brewing in 2020 after 20 years. Don't mind the old lady in the back here too ๐Ÿ˜‘. The initial aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a light, juicy sweetness with a slight sourness that is refreshingly clean. It was refreshing and delicious ๐Ÿถโœจ๏ธ The third one is Otokoyama Shuzo brewery in Aizu Misato-cho. It is a short 10-minute walk from the Shirai Sake Brewery of the Wind Blows. I won't post a photo, but there was a collapsed building that I think is no longer in use๐Ÿ˜…. The fourth picture is the mountains of the Aizu Highlands seen from the Miya River flowing through Aizu Misato-cho: โ›ฐ๏ธ

The day after drinking Houou Mita I had a mysterious stomach ache and refrained from drinking alcohol ๐Ÿถ. He's a spy from Tochigi. ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ He got me by surprise ๐Ÿ”ซ. I finally started to feel better about 3 days ago. I'm going to drink my favorite times that I had left in the fridge. Fukushima-san is surely kind to Ibaraki too ๐Ÿคฃ. The aroma is green apple. The aroma is green apple, the taste is sweet like a little cider, and it has a nice chili and sharpness ๐Ÿ˜‹. After a few sips, the rice flavor gradually builds up and becomes thicker, which is also nice ๐Ÿ˜‹โค๏ธ It has a nice sharpness to it, and the sweetness on the palate is crisp, so you won't get tired of drinking it ๐Ÿ’ช. I paired it with chicken cutlet, and this nigori's unique gasiness and rice flavor goes well with the sauce: โค๏ธ I wish there would be a special distributor in my neighborhood ๐Ÿ˜†. The 4th picture is Tsukemen from Ichinokido in Mito station ๐ŸœThey had a limited time offer called Ume Tsukemen ๐ŸดThe noodles have plum extract on them and are good even without dipping them in the dipping sauce ๐Ÿ˜‹. Well, I have to work again today. I've only had one day off since the New Year. ...... Hm? Stomach ache caused by work? No, no, the stomach ache is due to Tochigi Spy: ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ

I lost track of when to open it and it was lost in the fridge, but I saw a post on Sake-no-wa where people were drinking it and it looked delicious! I opened the bottle with great anticipation. The aroma was sour and carbonated. The first sip of the supernatant was very tangy, followed by a mildly sweet and umami flavor that spread on the tongue. Is it quite rich? When you swallow it, the sourness and a little bitterness give it a sharp edge, and later the umami of the rice rises to the surface. When the lees are mixed, rice is added to the aroma, and it is like a rice soda, which I like. The taste is slightly sweeter than before mixing. It doesn't taste bitter, but it tastes like rice dry? Like a "dry" rice drink. The spread of the flavor is the same, it comes in a rounded, fluffy, wide spread. It's delicious, and even though it's 16%, it goes down smoothly without a hint of alcohol. The next day, the bubbles are only faintly perceptible, and the flavor becomes more discernible. I like the taste of this liquid. It's sizzling, not sweet but a little rice, umami, fresh base, and very tasty. The third and fourth pictures are from the new 1-gou can specialty store at Haneda Airport, where you can buy a 4-gou bottle for the price of 1 can, so I didn't buy any. It is for inbound customers, but during GW, they are offering a free cup of Ochoko (cup of sake) when you buy a snack, so if you are passing by, it might be good for a conversation ๐Ÿค”.

Camp Liquor ๐Ÿ•๏ธ๐Ÿถ It's a Fukunoka from the 1st of the month ๐ŸŒพ. I was so impressed with the taste of the camper next to me that I decided to copy him ๐Ÿคฃ. It's so good ๐ŸคฃAizu Otokoyama is really good ๐Ÿ˜‹. This sake is from Aizu Misato-cho, my second hometown. This is a slightly cloudy orikagami sake. There is a good amount of ori (ori) in the sake, so we mixed it before drinking. It tastes sweet and has a moderate acidity and bitterness afterward, making it very tasty. I don't often drink sweet-umami type sake with orikara, but this one made me want to try a variety of them. It was a bottle that changed my impression. Ingredients: Fukunokou from Aizu Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 55

February 2010: Junmai-shu Yume no Kaori Wadaya Special Wadaya's February hanpukai sake The March distribution has already started, but we opened the bottle late! Fresh aroma like pears! The flavor in the mouth is similar to that of pears, but it is followed by a juicy melon-like flavor, which is then tightened by the bitterness, making the flavor change enjoyable. Overall, it is a refreshing wine with a persistent bitterness. When mixed with ori, the bitterness is softened and the sweetness and umami of the rice comes out. The change in expression is enjoyable.
