I'm definitely a garlic person when it comes to bonito  and I'm going with Matsumori from Ibaraki. It's very refreshing and brings out the flavor of the bonito without interfering with the bonito. I have been enjoying all the sake from Ibaraki lately. Well, I'm a person who likes anything as long as it has alcohol in it... 😇 The fourth picture is shirasu (baby sardine) kakiage. You don't know what shirasu is until you eat it.

It has a juicy apple sweetness on the palate, but then it quickly becomes crisp and clean. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed on its own or as a mealtime drink. ❤️

If you drink Ryujinmaru I want to compare the Takagaki sake brewery ⁉️ So I compared with Kirari 😆. The aroma of this one is also very robust 😳 This one is a little more refreshing. The mouthfeel is quite heavy for a recent sake, but lighter than the Ryujinmaru we drank earlier. The sharpness also has a rummy feel to it and is more refreshing than the Ryujinmaru, but I think this one has more of a cloying aftertaste. I think so. When compared, I think they are lighter, but they are both quite heavy sakes 🍶. Along with the drinking comparison, I also compared Rasho from Ushiku and Yamaokaya from Ushiku. Well, there is no comparison because they have completely different tastes 🤣. Both are addictive and delicious 🍜.

First time in Ryujinmaru🐲. I've been wanting to drink this brand for a long time... The aroma is very rich and rich 😆. It looks heavy from the aroma lol When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the robust umami spreading in your mouth from the attack. The umami and acidity is like that of a sake yeast yeast yeast. It is very robust and heavy! However, I like this kind of sake as well, so I can drink it without hesitation. ❤️ We enjoyed it with sashimi and stewed motsu. The third picture is the motsu-ni (boiled and seasoned pork cutlet) from Marusan Shokudo, which I've introduced a few times. You can buy it for about 1,000 yen for 700 grams, so if you're interested, try it 💰. This was a pretty robust and classically nice sake 🍶.

Morishima Red Label~. This is delicious 😋. The aroma is rum and cider. Light fresh mouthfeel. Just a hint of apple-like sweetness and light rice flavor â- from there it finishes crisp and clean with apple-like acidity and Morishima's unique minerality. The lingering taste is complex with a tingling sensation on the tongue. This year's wine is also delicious 😋. This is a must-try 👌 It tastes better if you drink it with a cup of sake. ☝️ I may not recommend drinking it thin 😅 And speaking of red, my guess is Kana Arima 🟥. I'm super happy to hear that she's an Aomori guesser ❤️ Kana Arima -> Aomori guesser -> Manachi from Aomori So Kana Arima is a Manachie guesser ❤️ By the way, Ibaraki was Aqua-kun, but his clothes are a bit tacky... 🤣

The one I had at Tanu's. On a recent business trip to Tokyo. I had a drink with Ataoka🍶. 0 photos from that time on my phone 🙁. Now sold all year round♪ My favorite Kiri-Tsukuba super dry wine is now available all year round instead of seasonal! I'm too happy ❤️ It's super good every time and it's worth repeating 🤣I wonder if my feelings were conveyed to the toji-san 😆. The aroma is slightly melon. But quite mild. Slightly fresh mouthfeel. The sweet melon-like flavor comes out a little bit, and from there, the mouth is washed away cleanly and spastically. The throat and the aftertaste are somewhat like Canadian dry ginger. Kuso Tamesu: ‼️ If I were to rank the sake I'd like to keep on hand, I'd say it's as good as Nabeshima Green. It's a new product for Tasake, so I'm invoking Meeha Manachie 🏄. The aroma is of Delaware type grapes. It has a slightly soft mouthfeel and a gentle grape-like sweetness 🍇. From there, the rice flavor and bitterness quickly run through the mouth. 🏃‍♂️ The sweetness is not too strong and it is easy to drink and delicious 😋 It is a delicious sake that is perfect as a food sake 🍶. It has a good review on Sake-no-wa, and I hope they will continue to serve it next year. ✌️ The third picture is a beer that is recently on sale that is a mixture of Maluef white and black 🍺I sometimes make my own beer, much to my delight 😆‼️ The fourth image is a sweet potato shochu called Daiyame. When topping it with kote kote topping, they add back fat until it's this white 🐖. But it's white so it has 0 calories❤️ Now, here's a hope I drank last year and enjoyed it: ‼️ The aroma is Nemune + a little bit of Delaware. The sweetness and umami of the grape type spread softly on the palate, and then the acidity and bitterness of the grenfre type come in at the same time and drown out the sweetness and umami. Overall, it is light, but very good with a meal. ‼️ This is somewhat similar to Tenmei, so it goes well with a good amount of meat as well 😆! As the cup goes on, it also has a surprisingly dry feel to it, which is a nice touch. This one has a white label, so of course it has 0 calories 🤣.

I bought it again this year, Sarasara Junmai ‼️ It became low al & light cloudy last year 😉. Personally I prefer the old one, but that's the way of the times 🙄. Is the aroma white peach type? It has a sweetness like canned white peaches, a refreshing sourness that is typical of Tenmei, and a light bitterness that makes it easy to drink 🙄. It's almost like eating a grapefruit with a little sugar on top. ☝️ Yesterday I ate Ibaraki's soul food, Stamina Ramen. It's my own version of Stamina Ramen 🍜. The mouthfeel is very clean and fresh. It has a gentle umami taste typical of Yamada-Nishiki, with a slight lychee-like sweetness. The slight aroma of alcohol escapes from the nose and disappears nicely. It is a 4-pack bottle priced at 2,000 yen, but it feels like you are drinking expensive sake. ‼️ A little more alcoholic than expensive sake. It's not bad with food, but it doesn't enhance the food that much either 🤣. It's a little too clean for me & I personally prefer a stronger flavor, but I won a Switch2 so I don't really care 🤣.

Red Star 🟥 I recently stocked up on cans of Akahoshi because they are sold in large quantities at convenience stores and supermarkets ‼️ Akahoshi saikou 🌟 It was sold out near me in a week, so it means everyone likes Akahoshi ❤️ I bought it last year because I drank it at a pub and it was delicious 😆. The aroma is mild. It's almost unnoticeable. The attack is light and petit, with a fresh acidity like white grapes and a light sweetness. The moment you put it in your mouth, you get the feeling that this is a good one. It may seem modern, but the feeling of richness gradually accumulating on the tongue has the feel of Japanese sake. The astringency and acidity of the white wine-like taste goes down the throat, and the unique minerality of the aftertaste is addictive. There is no doubt in my memory that I drank it last year, and it is delicious 😋. When chilled, it is quite a white wine, and when the temperature rises a little, the umami is more like sake, so you can enjoy the change in taste 😆.
