Aizu Chusho has been good lately, so I wanted to try this one too: ❤️ It's named after Yuri-chan, the toji (master brewer) 😆. The aroma is sugar candy. The aroma is like a sugar candy! The fresh mouthfeel ❤️ is as gentle as ever! The sweetness of the wasanbon type softly melts in the mouth, and when swallowed, it has a citrus bitterness and a lingering astringency that gives it a firm edge because of the slightly sour taste. It is very tasty! It is easy to drink by itself, but it is good with marinated tuna sashimi, octopus, and scallops. It also goes very well with grilled fish: ☺️ By the way, it does not go well with fried food. It doesn't go well with peanuts either. Tsurunoe sake is so good. ☝️ Also, the origami with the crown illustration is cute!

I bought this while I was in Tokyo. It's been a long time since I've had doburoku! They also sold mandarin oranges, but I drank them last year, so I just went with the regular one: ‼️ I don't think it has much aroma. It has a sushuwasuwa feeling on the palate and the sweetness of the rice is typical of doburoku... and the fruity acidity makes it drinkable as much as you want. ☝️ Rice juice is as tasty as ever: ❤️ The alcohol content is low, so you don't get drunk even if you drink a whole bottle! I made it to go with stewed tomatoes and it went perfectly 😉. I wish they would sell this in a larger capacity! I would really drink this by itself like drinking a bottle of beer... 🍺.

Rokurinsha! Rokurinsha ❤️ in my spare time on a business trip to Tokyo! There used to be a huge line whenever I went there, but not so much now... Oh no, it's delicious 😋! I ordered a large portion, but it was too hard because I was so hungry 🤣. This is my first time to visit Rokujyosu. The kanji for "yo" is so hard to read 😂. The aroma is like a bean-tea cake, or a? Sweets? It doesn't have much taste on the palate, but slowly the sugary sweetness starts to come in, and then the unique astringent and sour taste comes to the base of the tongue and throat 😆. When you swallow it, you can feel the bitterness and alcohol like coffee in your throat. It is delicious👍 But I'm too full... 🤣

This is probably the first time I've ever seen Miyakanbai in season. The aroma is plum sour ☺️ You can feel the sweetness and sourness from the aroma. Good for the plum season. ‼️ Attack is impressive with sweetness and sourness. It is white grape juice! The slightly tart sweetness and the sharpness of the acidity are also plum wine-like. ☺️ It's delicious 😋 but it's too sweet for me 🤣. This is kinda like a new masa lover's favorite 👍. The fourth image is I uploaded the special miso in Kiri-ban. To Hanapin, redo with no butter! To NOCHI, redo with no rice! So I went to Yamaoka Restaurant to redo it 🫡 and it is the same Ushiku restaurant where I posted the "Kiri Number" 🍜. I don't understand why I have to eat ramen when I have to redo my post 🤣.

I'm almost ready to settle down at work😅 I've only had 1.5 days off since the beginning of the New Year. I haven't had a day off since November, and I haven't been able to go camping either 😵. I'm going to drink my favorite "Chu" to get through the next few days.... Top clear Almost no aroma. Is it just a hint of cemedine? The sweetness and umami that reminds me of melon or peach comes to the tip of the tongue softly, and then the acidity and gasiness comes in a chili chili style, and it finishes quite dry and firm. The aftertaste is quite spicy 😳The spiciness is peppery 🤣? It's not like Chu, but maybe it's not like Chu? Is that what you mean by "extra"? Mix it up. The aroma has clearly changed to white peach! The taste is peach-like sweetness and flavor, but still has a peppery pungency! By the third day, the pungency has disappeared and the overall taste is mellow and delicious. ❤️ It goes great with horumon! I think it goes well with rohor! It has a slight melon-like sweetness and umami on the palate. The palate is slightly melon-like, sweet and tasty, with a greef-like acidity and bitterness that refreshes the palate. Overall, the taste is light and refreshing, and you won't get tired of drinking it👍Well, it is a popular sake, and there is no doubt that it is good. It is like water when paired with a meal. The aroma is green apple, the taste is sweet like a little cider, and it has a nice chili and sharpness 😋. After a few sips, the rice flavor gradually builds up and becomes thicker, which is also nice 😋❤️ It has a nice sharpness to it, and the sweetness on the palate is crisp, so you won't get tired of drinking it 💪. I've been saying over and over again that I wanted to try it. Ane-san gave it to me. Thanks, Ane-san. ‼️ We happened to have a sake party at our favorite pub. We had a sake party at our favorite izakaya and we all enjoyed it there. The aroma is slightly peachy 🍑. It has a nice sweetness on the palate, but also has a tingling sensation that is typical of nama-zake, and it is the best 😋‼️The tenderness and sweetness are really wonderful ❤️ This is so good‼️I see why Ane-san buys it every year...I'll do my best to beg her again next season🤣. The people I drank it with were all very happy with the taste, thank you Ane-san‼️ And you know about Ane-sake, I found Tamagawa in connection with Kyoto... 20-21 degrees alcohol 😱. This one feels like you're getting punched in the mouth by the umami and alcohol 🤛. It's quite drinkable when heated and cooled 🍶. It's the same Kyoto, but the direction is too different... 🤣

Ushiku store only has a counter, so everyone orders special miso in a bleak atmosphere, eats in silence and goes home👍. The special miso has a nice rich aroma: ❤️ If you put garlic on it, it doubles the punch 🤛. The noodles are thick and hard, and you can slurp them up in one gulp 👌 The green onion is the best part 🤤. Lovely golden color ❤️ And it's a very deep and merciful sake with a lot of umami on top 🍶. It's delicious 😋It's another one I'd like to drink slowly with food ‼️ By the way, my friend told me that "Fudan-o" means "Koboji". It was my friend's birthday. I opened the good stuff that takeshon gave me 😆. 5 years old 🥸 from Noukuchi The aroma is not so great, The ginjo aroma ➕ is a dry aroma unique to matured sake. The taste is so smooth that it is hard to believe it is unfiltered raw 😆. And it has a moderate caramelized sweetness. The sourness and concentrated umami peculiar to Yamahai spread softly in the mouth, and then it finishes with a slight aroma of maturity and astringency. ☺️ It's so delicious! Expensive sake is delicious 😋😋. It tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's perfectly chilled 😊. We drank it together and it was gone in an instant😇

I missed out on buying the new Tasake sake, I missed out on buying a bottle of new Tasyu (rice wine), but I did buy a bottle of light nigori (light cloudy sake). It's a pity that I couldn't check the capacity of new sake this year, which is suspected to be a capacity fraud because it runs out so quickly 😢. I've got to get my head back on straight and have the Usu-Nigori. There's not so much corkage, so I'll start from the beginning. Maje maje maje! Aroma is clean, a little bit muscat flavor, I think ☺️ The palate has a green apple-like sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and a slight nigori-derived rice flavor. It is too delicious🤣and too easy to drink🤣. This is an instant kill deal. ☝️ I think you should be careful with this sake because if you match it with dishes with strong flavors, it will lose its freshness on the palate and the goodness of this sake will be reduced by half 🤔. Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) goes well with it. And cured ham Gone in an hour and a half 😭 Maybe it's too good 😭

I got this from Kashu 😆. I got it from Kashuen and then Lomang👍. It seems to be a limited edition for Kodama 😮. The aroma is slightly cider-like. Mouthfeel quite firm and sugary sweet â The moment it hits your mouth, it's sweet ❗️❗️, but the light chiliiness, then the bitterness and astringency drown out the sweetness, and after swallowing, you don't feel the sweetness 😮. This is a great drink to go with a meal 😋 I drank it with a seafood salad 🍶. The 4th picture is a Tyrol Chocolate I had for a sugar fix at work: ❤️

pigeon It's an original from Hasegawa Sake Shop. Hato is so clever to collaborate with such a famous liquor store. Almost no aroma, a little milkiness behind the aroma 😆. Very beautiful on the palate😍. The delicate white grape type sweetness and umami comes slowly from there, and the bitterness stimulates the tongue and finishes it off. ‼️ It's more beautiful than the usual umami spicy. 2000 yen is a good price for this. ‼️ The sweetness and umami are enhanced by the salty pickles! However, I think it's too beautiful for a pigeon 😉. It's good, but I prefer the usual Hato ❤️

Rigel and I had a drink at Ueno 😆. We drank some rare ones like Jikin and Genmai, but this one was the most impressive 😋. My first Daruma Masamune: ‼️ It was a beautiful caramel color, with the aroma, sweetness, and deep flavor that only an aged sake can have, yet with a fairly refreshing aftertaste. ✌️ There was also a set of obanzai for two, which was a great way to enjoy a variety of dishes at once. ❤️ Also, I personally enjoyed the Oroku Hata hot sake 🍶The unique flavor of the sake becomes thicker and is very good to drink. ‼️ Then, as the sake cools down, the flavor disappears and it becomes easier to drink.

Tenka Ippin with a lumpy, lumpy 💪. I had been thinking about going to Tenka Ippin in Mito since it opened around GW last year, but I happened to be passing by during lunch time and decided to go 🍜. It's been a long time since I've had a "kotte-ri" (thick sauce), and it's delicious 😋. Tenichi is a very rich place 🤤. The sake was my first Bunkajin. I've been meaning to try it for a while and finally did 🍶I was going to drink a classic or a ghost, but I'm charming when I choose a Rizul that I'm not sure about: ❤️ The aroma is magic ink✒️ Well, even if I drink it, the aroma is magic ink✒️ Well, I'm totally fine 🤣. It has a pleasant gaseous feeling, a light lime sour sweetness and acidity, and a refreshing taste. It's delicious. ‼️Above all, it has a nice sharpness that is typical of Tosa sake. ‼️ I think the aroma is a little too much for my taste, but I like it 🤣.
