Sake meter degree -2 Acidity 1.5 I'm going to release the sake I bought in Yamagata: ✌️ I opened a bottle of Tatenogawa while soaking up the memories of snowboarding. I opened a bottle of Tatenogawa, soaking in the memories of I used to buy Tatenogawa as Hiyoroshi sake. The red bottle was stylish and I was holding it in my hand! The store owner said it was refreshing and easy to drink! When I opened it... Yes, it is delicious! It doesn't have a dry taste at all, but rather a refreshingly sweet taste that is easy to drink! It doesn't have a Junmai Daiginjo feel to it, and has a strong unfiltered Nama-genjo-style flavor. Although it is said to be a pure sake, the gassiness is moderate, and it really gives an image of being in the middle of the range! My friend was so pleased that she finished the whole bottle in one day! It was a bit pricey, but the taste was worth it! They wanted fish for the entrée, so I prepared sushi from the supermarket 🍣. Thank you very much for the food 🙏!

Personal preference 3.6/5 Ingredient rice: Hanabukiyuki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 I went to my parents' house to give them a souvenir from Yamagata. I got the sake that was available at that time. ✌️ Hato Masamune's Special Junmai Blue Label The aroma is modest ✨The taste is refreshing with a fruity sweetness in the second half, but it's also quite gentle! I was told that it is best to drink it with a glass of wine! It is perfect as a food sake as it does not interfere with the taste of rice. Extra We had a cheesecake from Matsu no Tsukasa. It was delicious with a slight taste of sakekasu (sake lees)! As expected, the bowl became my parents' chocolate!

Personal preference 4.0/5.0 Ingredient rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture Alcohol content 12 Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 21 We visited Ichinomiya Shrine a lot⛩. But I realized that I haven't posted about Kyoto yet 💦. I went to Kamigamo Shrine for Hatsumode (New Year's visit) as well! Yamashiro-no-kuni Ichinomiya Kamo-betsurai-jinja Shrine I love the path from the first torii gate to the second one! I heard that this year is the year of the dragon and this shrine is a power spot! I also got a good omikuji (fortune). Yamashiro means Kyoto sake! So far I've had my favorite Nichinichi-san in Kyoto! It has less alcohol and less gas than the last time I drank it, and it has a gentle sweetness 😮. It tastes almost like cherry or berry with a hint of sourness! I felt it was more delicious than the last time I drank it! The entrée was Morika's thick fried tofu grilled on a teppan: ✌️ Thank you very much for the meal 🙏!

Personal preference 3.7/5 Ingredient Rice Yamadanishiki Alcohol content 15 I had another bottle at Denshichi! Kuro-rope of Jyushidai ☺️ There were only two kinds of Jyushidai that day, and I was about to quit drinking it because of its high price, but my girlfriend said to me I was about to quit but my girlfriend said "you should drink it since you came here on a good opportunity" 😭 I ordered it 😭 It's delicious with a gentle sweetness like a mango, which is typical of Jyushiyo! The dishes also had a gentle miso taste that was just right! The angel prawns are also very rich and make the sake go down 🎶! As the temperature settled down, the sweetness of the rice and the slightly dry taste asserted itself! It is only available in the prefecture, so I was satisfied to be able to enjoy it! Thank you very much for the sake!

Personal preference 3.8/5 Rice: Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol percentage 15 I was on a trip to Yamagata this past Saturday and Sunday: ✈️ It was warm and cold this year, so there wasn't much snow... I was worried about being able to go snowboarding (although I ended up enjoying it as much as I could)... On the first day, we walked around the station area and went to Denshichi. They serve only courses and have a huge variety of sake ✨. The first sake I had was Asahitaka! Since I came all the way to Yamagata! ✌️ It's less fruity than the Jyushidai, but it's easy to drink with a gentle sweetness! This is a honjozo! The rice course was refreshing with boiled and cooked wild vegetables, and it was well-balanced and easy to drink! It looked like a place for locals to relax, and my girlfriend and I were a bit floaty, but the food was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏!

Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 16 This bottle was given to me! But I couldn't ask where it was purchased... I couldn't find this Houraisen on the internet... When I tried it, I found it to be an elegant sake with a unique sweetness of rice and a lingering aftertaste! It has a strong flavor, so we paired it with yakitori (grilled chicken) that we ordered from our hometown tax payment... I've been buying a lot of sake in the winter, so I'm running out of space 😭. I have another event coming up at a liquor store, so I'll be drinking a lot!

Personal preference 3.9/5 Rice: Gin no Sei Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 I haven't posted anything for a long time. But I'm sure I'll open a bottle. Is 2024 going well? My belly is going to grow! I opened a bottle of Isshaku-Suisei that I bought at Yamamoto Sake Shop before! I've been waiting for this bottle since I got it in Akita! And since it's winter, I got the first nigori ❄️ The taste is fresh and juicy, just like a fresh sake 🤤. It tastes more sweet and alcoholic than the 3 bottles at the New Year's party! When I drank it later, the sweetness was stronger, closer to the sweetness of rice than the fruity sweetness of the first day! Still, it is delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏!

Here is a bottle I bought at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery. Sukumasa is the only place in the neighborhood where I can find it, so I went ahead and bought it! I thought it was a little gassy and more cherry-like sweet and sour than the one I had before! I was able to drink it easily with low alcohol! I wish there were more distributors in Kansai 😭 Thank you very much for your service!

Personal preference 3.9/5 Rice: Tamakae, Shiga Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16 I also received this sake! Kadoya's hanpukai sake Shichibonjari Lightly Nigori (nigori) I've had a hot sake of Nanabonspear at an izakaya before, but it gave me a totally different impression! The other one had a mild sweetness from the rice, but this one was more fresh and juicy due to the fact that it was a nama sake! The gasiness and bitterness is a little stronger than the three bottles we had the day before, almost like a sparkling wine! In the second half, the gaseous taste calmed down and changed to the full sweetness of the rice when it was drunk in a kanzaku (Japanese sake). She also said this is a drinkable wine. ✌️ We had a battle of the mash, but it was fun! Thanks for the food!

Thank you 😭 I was commemorating the opening of Sake Labo's Big 3 nigori sake! My friend and I were watching a YouTube video of Sake Labo's Nigori Sake special. "Let me try these three bottles! I was told, "Let me have these three bottles. I was so excited that I decided to get three bottles of nigori sake. Thanks to all of you, I managed to get three bottles! The taste was as gaseous as Senkou, but less sweet and slightly more bitter. I like this one the best in the sense that the gassiness settles down in the second half of the bottle, but the creamy mouthfeel and the strong sweetness are still good in the second half 😊! Wishing you another delicious sake in the new year! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Personal preference 4.0/5 Rice: Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol level 16 The second bottle is a nigori sake of Jikin Siege Jigokin Thanks to Nemuchi, I got to see it for the first time 🙇🏻‍♀️՞ Compared to other nigorizake, the freshness and fruitiness of this one was more mature, and it tasted the most like a sake drinker! But that's Jikin. The bitterness, sweetness, gasiness, and aftertaste are well balanced and very easy to drink! In the second half, the sweetness of the rice becomes stronger, but personally, I enjoyed it more than the other muddy sakes because it had a more consistent taste. Thank you very much for your kindness. On a side note. I tried to make potato salad with the potatoes and egg I put in the oden... I gave up because the potatoes were too hard 😭. I wanted to make it when I saw it on TV, but I'm not there yet 😭.

I know some of you have been suffering from the Noto Peninsula earthquake since the beginning of the year. We hope that the daily life returns to normal as soon as possible. My schedule was a bit busy at the beginning of the year, so I was late coming to school. My resolution for this year is to "promote a new political neutrality"! I used to be hungry to get it at any cost, but the difficulty of getting it is getting higher and higher, so I'm not going to try to get it, I'm just going to go to the store and hope they have it. ✌️ And this year, I had a New Year's party with my friends who are back home from Kanto! Nigori Sake Party🎉! The first bottle was Sengoku's Snowman ☃️ Actually, I've never had one 😅. I don't buy nigori sake very often...so I hoarded it this time! The taste is delicious, the sake is alive and the gasiness is irresistible! It has a sweetness and bitterness that makes it easy to drink! And it's easy to drink with low alcohol content! Is this the snowman I've heard about? I heard it was Calpis for adults, and I was convinced! I was able to have a nice dinner with oden that I have prepared since the end of the year! I look forward to working with you again this year!

The fifth and last drink was Jyushiyo We were served it because it was the last one! It was still very good, and we had it in a champagne glass! We finished with rice cooked in a pot and chicken soup that warmed us up from the inside out! I drank a lot after a long time, so I fell asleep in the middle of the meal! I apologized to my girlfriend, but it was a fun night 🐥⸒⸒.

The fourth cup is Yasuke from Hitakami. It's from Morishita Sake Shop in Mie. It was the driest of all the sake we drank that day! It seems to go well with yakitori with sauce!

Personal preference 3.9/5 Rice: Hitogokochi Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 16.5 Cold weather makes you want Nabe When there is a nabe, sake is wanted. Why drink sake when it is cold🍶? This is Iyanari's Nama Hashiroshi Junmai that I bought at Hata Sake Brewery. I drank it at an izakaya before, but I drank so much I forgot what it tasted like! The aroma is fluffy but the taste is more fresh and juicy! It has a fruitiness like a cider, and I didn't feel much alcohol! We had soy milk hot pot that day 😋. Tofu is the best protein at a low price 🔥. Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Chikuzen-no-kuni Ichinomiya Hakozaki-gu Shrine Chikuzen-no-kuni Ichinomiya Sumiyoshi Shrine The first shrine is one of the three largest Hachimangu shrines in Japan, and is famous for its calligraphy of "Surrender to the enemy". The airport is close by, so you can see an airplane in the background. ✈️ The second shrine is Sumiyoshi Shrine, which we also visited in Osaka and Yamaguchi. I bought a bottle of "Yuma" at Sumiyoshi Shuppan, located right in front of Sumiyoshi Shrine. I got it at an off-line meeting of Hankai Train and finally got it! The taste is fresh, juicy, low-alcohol, and easy to drink! I felt it was similar to brewed forest. In other words, it's a dozen strikes ⚾️ I drank 2 cups in one day because of the low al! Thanks Yoohee for giving me a taste of sake 🙏. This time I got a boiled egg and some takana I got over there! Thanks for the food 😋!

I'll post the sake I bought next time! We decided to have mizutaki for dinner at Hanamidori 🐥⸒⸒! It was my first time to have mizutaki at a restaurant ✨. The sake we got was Junmai Ginjo from Uguisu in the garden! This was also a first for me, I've probably seen it for sale somewhere but never picked it up! The taste is mild and sweet with a hint of rice flavor and a slight bitterness accentuated by a slight bitterness, which is also nice! It goes well with mizutaki chicken broth 😋. Thank you very much for the food 🙏🙏😋.
