The 2nd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (7)
The booth before dawn in Nagano Prefecture.
A brewer who told us that the president of Yodobashi was a former brewer responded to our request.
Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ◉Yoakemae Sumi-shu Junmai-shu.
The rice used is Yamae Nishiki. It is a summer sake with a low alcohol content of 12% and a sake level of -10%, making it sweet and easy to drink, but not very impactful. It has been on sale since last year, and until then they suggested drinking it on the rocks with 17% alcohol by volume, but it didn't seem to sell well.
◉Yakeyakemae Yamae-Nishiki Junmai Sake
Slightly dry, with a sake strength of +4. It starts out with a sourness that slowly develops into umami, which is typical of junmai sake. It is also good warmed.
Daiginjyo ◉Yoakemae Seikan Brewing Daiginjyo
The aroma is sweet, and the sweetness and umami are immediately apparent upon drinking, yet the sweetness is not overpowering. The sweetness and umami are balanced and not too pronounced.
There were only 3 types and a few items, but I forgot to ask if they were sold out.
This sake is made from Yamae-Nishiki, Nagano Prefecture's best rice for sake brewing. The attack is weak and the overall impression is smooth. The aftertaste is short and refreshing. It goes well with all kinds of meals.
This sake was created with the concept of "having people who are not familiar with sake enjoy drinking it.
The citrusy aroma and a hint of sweetness make this a drink that can be enjoyed by anyone. The 12% alcohol content is also in line with the concept!
🌅
This day got expensive 💧.
We went to our usual place as usual, but since we had more than two rounds of Nagano sakes on the menu as a quirk, we started drinking the ones not on the menu 🤣.
Except for this one before dawn and the Toyooka I've mentioned in the past, the other three came from behind the counter... I ordered them without looking at the price... I wonder how much they cost... it was only one sake...
It's okay though, because it was delicious!
I drank five gou, but I bought a chu-hi at a convenience store on the way home! I just bought it and forgot to drink it! 😂

I opened a bottle of Daiginjo from a brewery I was curious about❗
I'll have it cold and drink it with spilt sake 😋😋.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and sourness with a nice aroma and sharpness👍✨.
I was searching on the internet.
Someone compared it to mineral water 👀.
It's that easy to drink!
It's so easy to drink that I couldn't stop drinking it🍀* 🍀* Ladycassin

Ono Sake Brewery(Tatsuno-cho, Kamiina-gun, Nagano)
Dawn's Front Namaichibon Junmai Ginjo
Alcohol percentage 15
Rice polishing ratio 55
Fruity and easy to drink sake.
I personally like the aroma and the fullness that spreads on the palate.
It can be drunk with sake alone, regardless of whether it is served with food or not.
I would recommend this sake to others.
Ina's local sake and local food
(tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce with worms), otagiri (small intestines of horses))
And with the wonderful local people!
Yummmm!

It is very easy to drink, with a fruity and refreshing melon-like taste and a clean finish.
It would go well with steamed clams, lightly seasoned bamboo shoots, grilled prawns, or seasonal dish such as butterbur miso.
I've been actively drinking brands I've never had before recently, and this was one that hit the jackpot right out of the gate!
Yoakemae Junmai Ginjo Namaichibon Shizukutori
If you like gorgeous, sweet, delicious and fruity wine, I highly recommend this one!
Slightly effervescent and fruity aroma from the first sip!
The taste was also peachy, elegant, sweet and delicious!
