I got another one, but I forgot to take a picture of it 💦.
I saw Zenkichi in the fridge, so I ordered this one!
Junmai Ginjyo, with an elegant, fruity sweetness that is often found in nama-ginjos! It was not gassy or juicy, so the sweetness was similar to banana or melon 🍌.
Still, the sweetness of the rice and a little bit of sharp freshness on the nose afterwards was a good combination👍.
If you ask me whether it's the Koshi or this one, it seems to change with the sake pairing 🤔.
I'm torn between the two 🤔
I also received a pair of Edo glass rings as a wedding gift from a friend!
I will use it with care 🙏!
The bamboo shoot rice was also delicious!

This is a post of sake I drank during Golden Week!
One of my favorite restaurants, Yakitorikura!
It is by reservation only, but at 6,600 yen per person, you don't have to be so uptight, and I love the wide variety of sake and the kindness of the owner!
The first course was konbu-jime (kelp-jamame) of the meat, so I was recommended a light sake!
Koshi apple 🍎!
The label is cute and was created by Iinuma Honke to attract new customers!
I imagined it would be sour and sweet like a cider, but instead it has a distinct sweetness and a slight bitterness that tastes like white wine. ✨️

We were served it because it was the last one!
It was still very good, and we had it in a champagne glass!
We finished with rice cooked in a pot and chicken soup that warmed us up from the inside out!

I love the low alcohol content and the mild sweetness!

The sake level of -30 is a great value, no wonder it is so sweet!
The owner of the ramen shop next door joined us and we talked about sake, wondering if they were going to start serving Tasake's Kijoshu soon!

The 4th bottle is Shinshu Kamerei!
After all, unfiltered unpasteurized sake is delicious!
And I really like Shinshu Kamerei's gassy and fruity taste!
It has less acidity and more sweetness than the previous Ryoseki, so it's almost like an apple 😊.
And the duck and leeks we got at this point were too good!
The leeks were grilled over charcoal so they were so juicy!

The third bottle is Macho, which was recommended by the owner.
The color is quite amber and the taste is very sweet, but the aftertaste disappears quickly.
The rice polishing ratio is 80%... it is very deep!
It is easy to drink with a moderately low alcohol content, but it has a strong impact at the beginning, so I think it goes well with strong flavored dishes.

The second bottle is Ryoseki's Ryoseki
(It's almost like saying A・RA・SHI in Arashi)
The color is more transparent than the Iyari, but the aroma is gorgeous.
It has a fruity flavor with a little gasiness, as is typical of nama sake, and it's delicious!
It tastes a little fruity, like a grape or a fruit.
It's hard to decide which one is my favorite, Hana Yuu or Hana Yuu.
We had chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) at this timing!

It's amber in color.
It's not fruity, but the dryness comes first, then the sweetness.
The aftertaste disappears quickly and is easy to drink.
If you like white wine, you may like it.
