Harada's Summer Junmai [Natsu]!
The palate has a punch of fruity and miscellaneous flavors along with a fluffy and gorgeous aroma.
From there, there is a slow, lingering aftertaste that is also deep in flavor.
As it is called "Natsu," I would like to drink it on a hot and humid day like today!
It is somewhat strong, so I drink it on the rocks.
Do you always drink Yamadanishiki?
It tastes so different just because the rice is different - lol!
I'm drunk so I don't know what the difference is ‼️😅
But it's delicious 😋.
The slightly yellowish and thickened sake raises expectations, and the taste is to my liking.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma and sweetness, yet it passes down the throat refreshingly and never gets boring.

Second from right.
Four kinds of "Takakura" for comparison. It is gentle on the palate, but the umami spreads slowly in the latter half. It is a well-balanced sake that can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal.

Harada, is, finally? At a special dealership
I've finally made a purchase.
The label is red, so is it dry? I asked the guy at the store.
I asked the shop's brother and he explained that it was a standard sake with a medium taste.
It has a slight lactic acid aroma, yes, it's nice!
Sweeter than the medium 👄, what does it taste like?
It's hard for my stupid tongue 👅 to understand 🧐! A little fizzy.
I can feel a little bit of fizz, I guess?
But soft, not at all alcoholic.
What? Am I drunk or something?

I could feel his passion for his work!
Please go there! You should go there!

The romance of chemistry and the taste of a long-established brewery combine to create a new kind of sake."
🍶Feels split and classical.
