This is Iyanari's Nama Hashiroshi Junmai that I bought at Hata Sake Brewery.
I drank it at an izakaya before, but I drank so much I forgot what it tasted like!
The aroma is fluffy but the taste is more fresh and juicy!
It has a fruitiness like a cider, and I didn't feel much alcohol!
We had soy milk hot pot that day 😋.
Tofu is the best protein at a low price 🔥.

Chikuzen-no-kuni Ichinomiya Hakozaki-gu Shrine
Chikuzen-no-kuni Ichinomiya Sumiyoshi Shrine
The first shrine is one of the three largest Hachimangu shrines in Japan, and is famous for its calligraphy of "Surrender to the enemy".
The airport is close by, so you can see an airplane in the background. ✈️
The second shrine is Sumiyoshi Shrine, which we also visited in Osaka and Yamaguchi.
I bought a bottle of "Yuma" at Sumiyoshi Shuppan, located right in front of Sumiyoshi Shrine.
I got it at an off-line meeting of Hankai Train and finally got it!
The taste is fresh, juicy, low-alcohol, and easy to drink!
I felt it was similar to brewed forest. In other words, it's a dozen strikes ⚾️
I drank 2 cups in one day because of the low al!

It was my first time to have mizutaki at a restaurant ✨.
The sake we got was Junmai Ginjo from Uguisu in the garden!
This was also a first for me, I've probably seen it for sale somewhere but never picked it up!
The taste is mild and sweet with a hint of rice flavor and a slight bitterness accentuated by a slight bitterness, which is also nice!
It goes well with mizutaki chicken broth 😋.

I took the liberty of getting this one when I went back to my parents' house.
I didn't know the brand, so I picked it up even more (Sure enough, they found out I drank it the next day).
It is easy to drink, with a mild mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste of sweetness from the rice and a crisp, dry sharpness.
I was staring at the computer for a long time that day and my eyes were tired... I got drunk after 2 glasses 🤔.
I think it's better to refrain from drinking it when you're tired 💦.

And even though it's an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, the taste only mellows after some time, but the juiciness is still there!
I dare say it is delicious! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

I looked up the name BOKKA, but I didn't even know which brewery it was from... I was told that it was a sake liqueur.
The taste is one with a great smoky aroma 🫢.
The wood chip aroma was so strong that it was more like being smoked than being a smoked dish 💭.
I don't know much about smoke, so I couldn't tell what kind of beech it was.
I just thought it was not a sake 😅.

I opened a bottle of Gozenshu and another bottle of "Kozusumori", which is in my Hall of Fame.
I bought it when I went to Yamamoto to buy some Amami✨.
I used to get the impression that the Junmai Daiginjo had a hint of Kyoho, but this time it's a little less sweet and a little more refreshing.
Maybe closer to lychee?
At any rate, it's delicious! It's under 2,000 yen!
However, my friend's opinion is not so good 😱.
It's a bit gassy and not sweet enough for my taste...

I got a bottle of Gozenshu (sake).
I couldn't buy it there, but my parents gave it to me 😊.
I thought it was time to open the bottle...but the gas pressure was too strong and it wouldn't open lol.
By opening it slowly, the bottle didn't jump.
I thought it would be a heavy type from the ranking and other people's comments, but it is easy to drink although it has a gaseous and weakly dry feeling. It also has a mild sweetness and is delicious. ✨️
Maybe it was because I drank the Sank the Sankan crown just before 💦 so I felt the punch was not as strong as I would have liked.
I have the impression that the taste is reversed between the unfiltered pure sake of Sankan and this Junmai, but they are very deep!

I dared to skip the second shrine and went to the third shrine, Itsukushima Shrine⛩.
I went there about 7 years ago when I wasn't collecting red seals, but there were so many more people than then 😳.
Maybe it's the summit effect?
But not many deer 🦌.
I had to wait in line for an hour just to get a red seal!
It was raining, so the picture is taken from that past lol
This is also the god of transportation, so I bowed to get a gold driver's license!
We stayed in Hiroshima City that day.
I wanted to eat oysters, so I made a reservation at a restaurant called Lion's Soul!
We had a glass of Kamo Kanehide with oysters and clams!
It has a slight gassy taste, but is sweet and tasty!
The aftertaste is quite refreshing and easy to drink. ✨️

Sumiyoshi Shrine, the first shrine in Nagato Province
It is dedicated to the same deity as Sumiyoshi-san in Osaka.
I was told that it is blessed with nautical merit, so I bowed to the fact that I was safe on the road after all. 🙏🏼

So we went to the liquor store, but it was temporarily closed... Lack of research
I was so disappointed that I couldn't buy it at Amami that I went back and bought it at Sake no Yamamoto 🤣.

I only know of two stores that carry Hanamupu.
So I got it for drinking at home!
It's a Junmai sake, so it has a little more sweetness from the rice than the previous one, but it's still sweet and sour and well balanced!
I would recommend it to anyone who drinks some sake: ✌️

This time I bought a bottle of Tohei Shuzo's Fukushuku in Tokyo!
It has the sweetness of rice and the bitterness of chocolate 🍫.
The lingering aftertaste quickly fades away and leaves you feeling refreshed.
It was pretty quick to finish 😋.
I regretted that I should have bought it as a snack since they said it goes well with seafood 😭
