Lightly dry to slightly sweet Tingling slight carbonation and sourness, followed by a sweet melon-like aroma that escapes into the nose. Sourness predominates, but a light sweetness also follows. The aftertaste is sharp, with a slight alcohol taste and a normal aftertaste. Taste it cold. The freshly made flavor is very strong, with a slight carbonation and acidity predominating when the bottle is first opened. Once the carbonation is gone, the sourness and sweetness are intertwined in a complex way, and it seems to go well with cheese, etc.

We stopped by when we visited my wife's parents' house! Usa Jingu, the first shrine in Buzen-no-kuni! The head shrine of all Hachimangu shrines in Japan. Ishimizu Hachimangu Shrine was a great place to visit when we had a bad year. 🙇‍♂️ Nakatsu is close by, so of course we had some fried chicken 😋. This time we had Tenshin by Mizokami Sake Brewery! The same brewery as the Sarukui we got last time! I bought it around February and let it sit for a while 🎶. The taste has a freshness that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ✨️ The gasiness is rather subdued, with a lemon-like acidity and bitterness, and the dryness comes out a little in the second half! The sweetness was falling, but as the day went by, it became more assertive... I had it with sesame mackerel I bought over there! Thank you very much!

Hi Ofuji-san 🐦. I was looking at this magnificent Hachiman-san, and I see that it is the head temple 😳I didn't even know it was in Fukuoka, so I learned a lot 🤓. I'm sure you'll enjoy many specialties there as well 😻😻I want to try some fried chicken 😻!

Third bottle of barbecue after local cleaning! I thought I wouldn't be drinking that much sake since I had bought one beer or something, but they're out? I thought they wouldn't drink that much sake, but they ran out? No matter! I went home and brought my own stock. We were all not used to drinking unfiltered raw sake, so I was surprised to see how sizzling and fresh sake tastes! They were happy to hear that all the sake tasted good, even though they tasted very different from one brand to the next👍. All I remember is that the Tenshin was delicious 🤣. That was the end of the sake, but we enjoyed it after that 😄.

My favorite, Mizokami Sake Brewery's Ten no Uchi from Kitakyushu With squid caught in Moji Port! Delicious with the spiciness, rich sweetness and the sweetness of the cuttlefish ~ ❤️

@sakebar Fukuzo Mizokami Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Yahata-ku, Kitakyushu City. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. There are a lot of sake that I didn't know about 😌. The first aroma is a gorgeous sweet aroma. The first aroma is a gorgeous sweet aroma, and in the mouth there is a light sweetness and a delicious taste of rice. It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the taste. It was a pleasant and easy drinking sake 🍶✨.
