I just squeezed it in December.
Tenshin Nigori Sake
We had it 😊.
The first glass was from the top clear.
Sweet mouthfeel, mellow and refreshing
The second cup was a mixture of the two and nigorigo.
It's very thick and thick.
I thought it would be sweet, but it's quite dry.
I've never had such a thick nigorizake before.
I think it's the first time.
This is my first nigori sake of the year!
I enjoyed it very much! I'll be back soon 😋.
Today's Pon Sake 😋.
Flying Tenshin
A hint of rice drizzled on the palate
The dry taste runs through your mouth!
I happened to buy some shime saba mackerel at half price.
The best pairing! I'll be back soon 😋.
I'm a bit of a gucciois myself 😁.
The aroma is gorgeous. The mouthfeel is moderately sweet with a hint of sweetness that does not linger. The pungency of the alcohol is soft and the acidity is moderate. The aftertaste is like water.
Alcohol 15%.
Sake degree +3
Acidity low
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at a liquor store

Oike Sake Shop in Tobata
Besides Fukuoka sake, they also have other sake such as Nozomu, Senzuke, Gohashi, Kirinzan, etc.
They had Shoryu Horai, which is not so common in Fukuoka.
I chose Yumetenshin, a collaboration sake.
Slightly chilled
Moderate aroma
Smooth mouthfeel
No sweetness peculiar to soaked sake.
However, there is a moderate rummy sweetness.
The sweetness may become slightly addictive as you drink it.
It tastes more like Saga sake than Fukuoka sake.
It goes well with Japanese dishes and dishes with soy sauce.
It goes well with motsu nabe (hot pot).
Lightly dry to slightly sweet
Tingling slight carbonation and sourness, followed by a sweet melon-like aroma that escapes into the nose.
Sourness predominates, but a light sweetness also follows.
The aftertaste is sharp, with a slight alcohol taste and a normal aftertaste.
Taste it cold.
The freshly made flavor is very strong, with a slight carbonation and acidity predominating when the bottle is first opened.
Once the carbonation is gone, the sourness and sweetness are intertwined in a complex way, and it seems to go well with cheese, etc.
Personal preference 3.7/5.0
Ingredients: rice, rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16
Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 25
This is a look back post!
We stopped by when we visited my wife's parents' house!
Usa Jingu, the first shrine in Buzen-no-kuni!
The head shrine of all Hachimangu shrines in Japan.
Ishimizu Hachimangu Shrine was a great place to visit when we had a bad year. 🙇♂️
Nakatsu is close by, so of course we had some fried chicken 😋.
This time we had Tenshin by Mizokami Sake Brewery!
The same brewery as the Sarukui we got last time!
I bought it around February and let it sit for a while 🎶.
The taste has a freshness that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ✨️
The gasiness is rather subdued, with a lemon-like acidity and bitterness, and the dryness comes out a little in the second half!
The sweetness was falling, but as the day went by, it became more assertive...
I had it with sesame mackerel I bought over there!
Thank you very much!
Hi Ofuji-san 🐦.
I was looking at this magnificent Hachiman-san, and I see that it is the head temple 😳I didn't even know it was in Fukuoka, so I learned a lot 🤓.
I'm sure you'll enjoy many specialties there as well 😻😻I want to try some fried chicken 😻!
Good morning, Ponchan. ☀️
It was the first time for me to know about it! The grounds were huge!
I was a little disappointed that the shrine was under renovation 😭
I also learned about Tenshin from your mother-in-law🎶.
