This time I opened a bottle of my most exciting sake!
Houraizumi Sora no Nama Nama Sake ☁️🫧
I opened it as a thank you for the hawk's eye my friend gave me~!
It's been a while since I've had a Junmai Daiginjo, so the aroma is gorgeous and colorful!
It has a well-balanced impression with a sweetness between the fruitiness of the rice.
The alcohol content is 16%, but it doesn't feel too alcoholic, it's easy to drink 🎶.
It's nice to buy something priced like this once in a while!
I had it with a caprese I made at random.
It is refreshing and goes well with summer without interfering with the taste of alcohol!
