I participated in the off-line meeting that everyone has posted about!
I brought Asahitaka ✨️ that I could buy in Yamagata!
I packed a cooler box and coolant...it was so hot lol!
It's not as fruity as this winter's, but it's easy to drink with a combination of gorgeousness and freshness 🎶I also had it lukewarm, which is also delicious, with a soft sweetness spreading through it!
I was wondering if it was getting old in the heat... but I'm glad I was able to enjoy it. ☺️
We were allowed to take the leftovers home for the wife 🙇🏻♀️🙏
We enjoyed your drinks as well! I will slowly post the others 😊.

If a sake like this was on the sake diploma exam, I would definitely fail because I wouldn't know it was a honjozo 🤣.
