Shinano-kuni Ichinomiya Suwa-taisha Shrine Suwa-taisha is a Shinto shrine built in the Suwa Mountains, and three of the four shrines do not have main shrines. The powerful sacred pillars and komainu (guardian dogs) are also a must-see! You can also visit the four shrines and immerse yourself in the history of each one. ✌️ The water at the Kamisha Mae-miya shrine was especially pleasant! I got a bottle of Honkin no Suwa by Sake Nunoya Honkin Sake Brewery. I saw it at the Hata Sake Shop, but was not able to purchase it after all! The subtle scent of ginjo aroma is more subdued than the last one I had before dawn! The taste is juicy at first with moderate acidity and elegant sweetness, like melon or banana! The sweetness then quickly fades away, leaving a lingering dryness and sweetness of rice that is typical of sake. It was a pleasant 28 degrees Celsius at Lake Suwa! The owner said it was very hot... 😊. When I go shopping in Ibaraki again, I will buy other kinds of sake 🎶.
