Nama-shu, which was only available at directly-managed stores and at liquor stores in the Hakodate area, seems to have started being sold at liquor stores in the neighborhood.
Although it is no longer a rarity, I am happy because I like their nama-zake.
Not too juicy, just the right flavor of nama-zake.
I like this type of sake because it is easy to drink!
My first Hokkaido sake 🙌
I got the impression that it has a full-bodied mouthfeel. I think it has a bit of spiciness to it.
It's a little out of my taste, but it's still delicious 😊.
I had it at a sushi restaurant.
Now as "Hakodate Goryonozo Co.
Sold as Goryonozo.
Polishing ratio: 60
Sake made in the same way as wine
The first sip is really sweet!
Just like wine! is the image of this liquor!
A souvenir from my trip to Hakodate ✈️, where I visited last week on vacation!
Served at the breakfast buffet of the hotel where we stayed, it made for a refreshing morning.
A crisp sake with the full flavor🌾 and aroma of local Hokkaido rice and a deep, nostalgic flavor.
It was cosy and perfect for a mealtime drink!
It looks like sake made with rice purchased at the brewery and grown at a local farm for hands-on experience.
It seems to be a sake made from rice grown in a local farm.
I found it to be a refreshing food sake.
