The third drink was Enayama🍶, which was chosen for me because I wanted to drink junmai sake. I forgot to take pictures of the food, so there are none at all... σ(^_^;) Sashimi, fried chicken, kiriboshi-daikon salad, etc. all tasted great with sake 🍶 ^ ^. I drank this sake while biting into the fried chicken, and the sweet and umami taste followed by the refreshing sensation was perfect with the juicy oil of the chicken❣️.

The second glass is the Sanzen Sakura 🍶, which I was told to choose because I wanted something fruity. I was surprised to see the words "ripe banana yeast🍌" lol Kunkun-kun. Wow, it's banana🍌❣️There's also a slight smoky aroma, but it's definitely banana🍌! I asked my friends around me to sniff the glass too, it's banana🍌! Banana🍌! I'm so excited! Of course, it tasted banana🍌 too! LOL! It was a fruity and refreshing sake with the sweetness of rice.

Last week, I had a dinner party with friends I haven't seen in a long time (๑̵˃˃). It's been more than 10 years, 6 years, 1.5 years... it's been a long time since I've seen them, but they're all as energetic and young as ever! LOL! It was my friend's niece's restaurant and we had a private dinner that day. My friends had draft beer 🍺, but I, who can't drink beer, had sake 🍶 from the start ^ ^. On this day, I asked my friend's niece to choose all my favorite sake 🍶 (๑˃˃˃). She recommended Zoga Nigori Sake 🍶, a slightly sparkling shuwa shuwa 🍶 for a toast 🍶. It was hot that day, so the shuwa shuwa was very pleasant ¡ª. It was a delicious nigori sake with a slight sweetness and a hint of sourness.

100 check in is Akita sake 🍶. I thought it was about time for the 100th check-in when I was 98 check-ins. I bought a bottle of Kariho Daiginjo when I went back home for GW and was wondering when I should drink it, so I thought it would be good for the 100th check-in. I was going to drink it at room temperature, so it was sitting in the sideboard waiting for its turn. It has a fruity aroma. It has a fruity aroma ^ ^. But it doesn't taste as fruity as the aroma...? It is neither sweet nor spicy, it is refreshing but not light, it was really well-balanced and easy to drink ❣️Oh, I really like it ❣️(๑˃˃)♡ It is easy to drink with various seasoned dishes such as grilled pork with sweet soybean paste, frozen avocado with sesame ponzu sauce, spinach, bacon and corn with butter and soy sauce, etc., so it was gone in no time at all(T . T) Oh, 300ml is not enough! I could drink Kariho Daiginjo with a glass of Usuhari Daiginjo, so I was satisfied with that ✨(๑˃˃˃)✨.

The temperature dropped dramatically today. I had decided from the morning to have a cup of oden (oden) ❣️. And I also decided what sake to drink. I bought this sake to enjoy it at room temperature and warmed up. So I took it out of the fridge and left it there for a while. When it reached room temperature, I opened the bottle. KUNKUNKUNKUNKUNKUNKUN...! (O_O) I haven't felt the smell of alcohol in a long time! From the first sip, the acidity is so pleasant that it's like the acidity is going wild (๑˃˃˃). I can enjoy it while eating oden. It's 18 degrees Celsius, but it's good! But this is not all today! I got the sake heater "Nobey Yokocho" which I couldn't buy because it was out of stock when I wanted it before, and I was looking forward to the day when I could make my debut with it. But.... I set it to lukewarm, but I wasn't sure what the temperature would be when I drank it. I prefer it warmed up to room temperature, so I'm going to drink the rest of it heated up.

I've been curious about Hakuryu's Autumn Agari since I drank it once before. Today I had it cold, just a little while after taking it out of the fridge. I poured it into a glass and took a sniff. Oh, it has a fruity aroma! When you take a sip, first comes the sourness, then comes the sweetness of the rice! And then, the umami taste, which is a combination of sourness and sweetness, comes slowly! Yes, I like it! I bought a salad of Kyo-age and Chirimen-sansho with Hiei Yuba that I thought would go well with today's sake... and the sourness of the dressing of this slightly elegant salad was very delicious ❣️. I felt sweetness when I ate this salad and sipped sake, and I felt sourness when I ate leek boiled with a little sweet soup stock and sipped sake, both of which I loved❣️ and I was in an endless loop. I was a little drunker than usual due to the high alcohol content of 17 degrees.

CSW's 6th drink...the booth I chose for my last drink was Tedorigawa... Grabbing 5 coins, I asked the brewer, "This is my last drink, which one do you recommend?" I asked the sake brewer, "Which one do you recommend? The sake was exactly as I had imagined, with a clear bottle and a fresh light blue label ^ ^. It was very easy to drink with a pleasantly soft acidity and a clean aftertaste. I forgot to ask the brewer if I could post a picture of the sake, so it's just a picture of the sake in my hand. Anyway, there were so many people that I left after drinking only the coins I had... but I enjoyed the sake festival for the first time in a long time.... While watching the very long line for Shinmasa, I remembered how I stood in line for Jyushiyo when I attended the festival 4 years ago.

CSW's 5th glass of Harukasumi Kijoshu 🍶♪ We finally found a place to eat and drink and got some sausages and other snacks, so I was thinking that white label or green label would be the best choice for a food sake. The second three-day weekend ended in the blink of an eye... Speaking of which, on the first day of the first three-day weekend... I went to the "Craft Sake Weekend 2022" held at the Yoyogi stadium. After standing in line for about an hour and a half to get in, I first went to the Kaze no Mori booth❣️. Nice to meet you Kaze no Mori🍶♪ I drank Akitsuho 657 and ALPHA1. Akitsuho 657 was easy to drink and had a delicious aftertaste. ALPHA1 is low in alcohol and fruity♪I wanted to gobble it down, but I was too lazy and drank a little at a time. I couldn't find a place to eat and drink yet at this time, so the sake was very hot on my empty stomach.

It's been a long time since I've had a local Hiyasen sake ❣️. So I'm starting the hiyaoroshi season with this sake 🍶. When I was young and just learning to drink, I drank Tobirazumi hot sake and thought to myself, "I'm not good at sake💦". More than 10 years later, I was told that if I liked white wine, I could drink sake, so I took the plunge, and it was Tobirazumi that made me realize that I might like sake. Now, let's have some Tobirazumi. Just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of sourness! And the aftertaste is refreshing! I preferred it at room temperature rather than cold ^ ^ ^. Dinner that night was a sukiyaki of A5 ranked Hida beef that arrived from my parents' house... ❗️. The meat was delicious, the sake was delicious, and we were very satisfied ✨. When it gets a little cooler, I'd like to enjoy some hot sake 🍶.... And then, and then! Tsutsumichan❣️ I made this with Tsumimi-chan's sake jelly recipe... Kamo Nishiki's package tag sake jelly....it was delicious!

Although the mornings and evenings feel cooler and autumn is in the air, it is still hot and humid during the day...I went to a restaurant that keeps a bottle of shochu or a bottle of shochu and guzzled it with tea or on the rocks for drinking out these days...(`) It's September and I haven't had a drop of sake 🍶 yet❗️(O_O) Hiyoroshi🍶 waiting for its turn in the fridge🍶I guess it's time to go out (๑˃˃˃) But first.... Let's take a look at the sake we drank on the last day of August. Nice to meet you, this is a packaged sake ^ ^. It was recommended to be consumed within 2 months from the date of manufacture... but it was a little over that period. But it must be delicious❣️. Sweet and fruity nice aroma~♪ I drank it and it was sweet and fruity~...just like the aroma lol The dishes that day happened to be pork and eggplant with grated ume plum, marinated bean sprouts and mushrooms, and black vinegar tokoro-ten, which for some reason were all sour. All of them were perfect with the Niigata green tea beans without any conflict with the sake. I was very satisfied with the delicious sake........

The last drink of the day was... Okinawan sake 🍶 Reimei♪ To tell the truth... what I was going to drink was Kudokyuide's Bakuren Super Dry (+20). ......... When I took it out of the fridge, I misunderstood the label without looking at it properly. I had to exchange my words with her several times 💦(...-_-...). I took a closer look at the bottle...! (O_O) It's Reimei! I never thought I would encounter Okinawan sake here... so I took it...(**) I didn't expect to encounter it with the wrong sister. The taste is not so bad, but not so bad...it was easy to drink ^ ^. Speaking of Okinawa, Awamori! As an awamori lover, I would definitely choose awamori over sake.

Today is the end of August... I drank some delicious sake 🍶 today, thinking that summer is coming to an end. But first, let's take a look at some of the drinks we had last weekend. We went to a seafood izakaya where you can pour your own sake 🍶 again ^ ^. I was in the mood for sake 🍶 from the very beginning of the day. The first glass was a drunken whale! I've been curious about this sake since I often see it at Sake-no-wa and on the shelves of supermarkets (*´-`). It is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake that doesn't interfere with the snacks. It was very pleasant to drink, however. I drank it up in no time with myoga (appetizer) and skewered sashimi wrapped with shellfish (๑˃˃˃).

I was more than a month late from Tanabata Festival. I bought this sake because I wanted to drink Niigata's summer sake. I also prepared some Niigata snacks such as Niigata tea beans, curry flavored persimmon seeds from the bus center, etc. and opened the bottle! (*´sigh`*) Sweet! Hmmm? A little tangy and sour? Well, there is a slight bitterness, but a sweet aftertaste! I had so many different tastes running through my mind with just one bite. I was told that if you hold the empty bottle up to the light and look at it in the dark, Hikoboshi and Orihime will appear on the label. Of course, I did it. They appeared after the third time.
