Although the mornings and evenings feel cooler and autumn is in the air, it is still hot and humid during the day...I went to a restaurant that keeps a bottle of shochu or a bottle of shochu and guzzled it with tea or on the rocks for drinking out these days...(｀)
It's September and I haven't had a drop of sake 🍶 yet❗️(O_O)
Hiyoroshi🍶 waiting for its turn in the fridge🍶I guess it's time to go out (๑˃˃˃)
But first....
Let's take a look at the sake we drank on the last day of August.
Nice to meet you, this is a packaged sake ^ ^.
It was recommended to be consumed within 2 months from the date of manufacture... but it was a little over that period.
But it must be delicious❣️.
Sweet and fruity nice aroma~♪
I drank it and it was sweet and fruity~...just like the aroma lol
The dishes that day happened to be pork and eggplant with grated ume plum, marinated bean sprouts and mushrooms, and black vinegar tokoro-ten, which for some reason were all sour.
All of them were perfect with the Niigata green tea beans without any conflict with the sake.
I was very satisfied with the delicious sake........
