Wakayama "Kuroshi Junmai Sake" 🍶.
This is the second time we have welcomed Kuroshi to our home 🐮/ The last time was a junmai sake from Omachi, but we wanted to try a standard junmai sake? I wanted to try this Junmai sake.
At room temperature...the light yellow color makes me excited⤴️ mellow aroma made me put my face too close to the glass and for some reason it sunk into my eyes🤣Sweetness and a strong umami spicy taste spread to my mouth😍.
Typhoon 🌀 was approaching that day, so I took a break from gym activities... 😌Snacks were canned sardines, firm tofu, and a small plate of leftover ratatouille...
On another full moon🌕️ day, I used cheese crackers given to me by a friend as the moon... dark cheese and dark sake went well together👍

Good evening, Mr. Aaru Sake 🌛.
I'm also struggling with a sudden change of work schedule due to the typhoon 💦.
I see that you also had a "tsukimi-sake" (moon-viewing sake) 🌕️🍶
The cheese sticking out of the rice cracker 😲It seems to go well with sake 😋.

Hi Jive, good evening 😀.
The typhoon has affected your work as well... 💦Thanks for your hard work 🙇.
Seeing Gyve-san's tsukimi sake, I suddenly remembered the ruins of Tsukiyama-Tonda Castle, which I visited on a solo trip when I was young. Now I would have stopped by the sake brewery 😉 .
