Evening drink at work.
The aroma is a bit lacking for a stand-alone drink, but it is an easy-drinking sake. I really want some snacks, but it's getting late, so I'll stop.
Well, now, let's go to bed.

This is what I drank during dinner.
It has a soft taste of Omachi. The umami flavor is there, so it also goes well with the meal.
The owner of the inn, who hadn't had the previous two bottles, was guzzling it down 💦.
I was told there wasn't enough alcohol, but that's because no one else brought any. 🙂↕️
(We also have 3 bottles of wine available, 2 of the more expensive ones and we only drank that one 😉)
Let's send 6 bottles at the end of the year. The cellar will be much cleaner if we do this, it should be.
Purchased at a liquor store
I've been wanting to drink Wakayama sake for a long time, so Zoka
Slightly chilled.
The aroma is subdued tropical fruit.
Gentle and full-bodied, characteristic of Omachi.
The aftertaste is calm and acidic.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Here is an extra section of sake that the store bought when they went to Wakayama.
Easy to drink. It has a nice acidity.
Not too assertive, so it seems to go well with meals.
