There are only two and a half hours left in this year. On New Year's Eve, I chose what to drink... MIYASAKA🍶 from Imanaya's November distribution. Crazytaka said it might be the tastiest of the year, so I can only expect it to be delicious! KUNKUNKUN. The aroma is a refreshing feeling of rice? I can't describe it well. When I drink it, I can feel the sweet and sour taste of apples. Mmmm♪ This is really delicious❣️(๑˃˃˃)♡ Goku goku goku while eating seafood nabe and Matsumaezuke, the feast of New Year's Eve...Oh my God! I can't believe how much alcohol I'm running out! LOL! It was the fastest one of this year.... This year I met a lot of friends at Sake-no-wa (I think of myself as a friend), and I met delicious sake, and it was a really fun year for me. I look forward to working with you again next year. I hope you all have a happy new year (*´-`)

Nice to meet you Yokoyama🍶♪ I have been curious about Yokoyama for a long time and finally got to taste it slowly ๑˃˃˃˃. I opened the bottle on Xmas 25th 🥂✨. I heard a cheerful sound.... KUNKUNKUN. Oh, it has a nice fruity aroma like muscat(*´-`) I don't know how many times I've said this ❣️"Sweet and delicious❣️" lol But it's not just sweet ❗️It also has sourness and bitterness. The sweetness is strong, but not too sweet, as if it is cutting through quickly❗️It really was just the right amount of sweetness that I like ♡๑˃˃˃♡♡♡♡♡ It didn't fight with my Xmas feast roast chicken 🍗 or the rice cake, it was delicious and I was about to gobble it up as it was. ...... I held back after drinking half of it because I wondered what this sweetness would be like tomorrow - lol! (Of course, I'll pass on to other sake 🍶 lol) And here we are today, the second day ^ ^. It still has the same nice muscat-like aroma as yesterday... When I drank it, I found that the sweetness had increased and the sourness and bitterness had almost disappeared! Yes! I like both yesterday's and today's Yokoyama❣️.

Sake🍶 purchased at the Shinjuku Miyazaki Kan. It is said to be a sparkling sake made to commemorate the 1,300th anniversary of the compilation of the Kojiki and Nihonshoki. The label also says Miyazaki, the birthplace of sake. There are several places in Japan that are said to be the birthplace of sake...Miyazaki seems to be one of them. Based on the story of Princess Konohanasakuyahime in the Nihon Shoki (the Chronicles of Japan), Miyazaki, the stage of Hyuga mythology, is said to be the birthplace of sake. Hmmm... difficult to understand. The bottle was opened with a cheerful pop. It is a little bit thick and a little bit oozy ^ ^. Fruity, sweet and sour and delicious❣️Alcohol content is 8 degrees, so it is easy to drink❣️. With Bakudan as a snack, 360ml🍶 was gone in no time ๑˃˃˃.

Today's dinner is a bento I bought while I went out for lunch (*´-`). Now, what should I drink? I chose Ona's nigori sake, which I went to buy as soon as I got the information from the liquor store. The bubbles were rising even before I opened the bottle (O_O). I was so excited and thrilled while I was loosening and closing the lid... Pour it into a glass and sip it. The aroma is not so strong. When I drank it, I was pleasantly surprised to feel the fizzy, tangy and fizzy sourness. The fat from the yakiniku-ju for lunch was more amazing than I expected, but it was such a pleasant shwash that the fat in my mouth disappeared quickly and easily. I was actually going to leave some of it to enjoy the second day... In addition to the yakiniku-jyu, it went well with sesame dressed okra and salty nuts, and the two of us drank it together and it was delicious and quickly emptied ❣️(๑>◡<๑)❣️I want to drink it again!

Next I chose Morishima🍶 ^ ^. I really liked the fresh, light sweetness and a bit of sourness, followed by a smooth and clean kick... ♪ The snack was a shrimp shinjo. This is the first standing bar I went to. Sunday afternoon after 3:00 pm, a leisurely lunchtime drinking time...the restaurant was almost full ^ ^. After drinking Ichinokura's Honjozo, I chose Sanno's Domberi🍶. I knew I wanted to drink nigori sake. It's clean, sweet and easy to drink❣️. The snack was boiled roe of tuna. The roe was just the right amount of elasticity and soaked in sweet and sour flavor, perfect with sake 🍶(**).

The third drink was Tobiroki🍶, which was not on the menu ^ ^. I wanted to try it, so I was excited⤴️(๑̵˃˃˃) My favorite duck hot pot also looks delicious, so I'm even more excited⤴️⤴️(๑˃˃˃)♬. The fruity aroma definitely sounds delicious. But when I drank it, it wasn't too fruity like the aroma, it was a mass of clean deliciousness! I couldn't stop saying, "It's so good! I couldn't stop saying "Delicious♪" and I even called out to the store owner "Delicious♪" repeatedly. I was very satisfied with the delicious sake and the duck hot pot... I was very satisfied with the delicious sake and duck hot pot... but after that, I had to fight against sleepiness 💦.

Last week I went out for a few drinks and drank a little too much sake, wine, highballs, shochu, etc. On this day, we went to eat duck hot pot at a restaurant we found when we were walking around town. I drank 2 gou 🍶🍶 of hot sake at a standing bar before going to this restaurant... lol. I chose Tsururei as my toast. The sweetness and umami can be felt well. The white shrimp fried chicken is also a perfect match. The glass was empty in no time.

Today is my favorite nigori sake 🍶 but... I'm drinking chibi chibi instead of gubi gubi in preparation for watching the ⚽️World Cup game from 24:00 lol I've seen countless commercials of "Bishu Hachiman" since I was a kid, but I've hardly ever had a saké 爛漫🍶. Since I'm away from home today, my snacks are simply egg omelet with spinach and minced chicken and French fries ^^^The top of my plate is yellow lol. I looked in the fridge thinking I wanted to drink nigori (nigori sake) and chose one of the three bottles of nigori sake waiting for me...(*) The day after I received the arrival information, I went to the liquor store hoping that they still had it and was able to get it safely. I poured it into a glass and sipped it. The faintly sweet fruity aroma is already delicious. When I drank it, it was slightly sweet and sour. But soon the bitterness arrives, and the dryness quickly fades away! Not sweet nigori sake❣️Dry nigori sake❣️Yes, of course I like it ♡(๑˃˃˃)♡. I'm away from home today. I'm going to drink while watching ⚽️World Cup. Yakitori (Momo Negi Skewer and Aojiso Tsukune Skewer) and Egg Macaroni Salad with Masumi🍶 ^ ^. KUNKUNKUN. It has a nice fruity aroma. One sip. After the sweetness comes, it has a nice dry feeling that quickly cools down. It was so easy to drink that 300ml was emptied in no time. I will have to buy it again when I go to Seijo Ishii (๑˃˃˃) In addition.... I went to pick up my hanpukai sake today, and this month it was Miyasaka Brewery's MIYASAKA! I think it tastes different from Masumi, so I'm looking forward to drinking it.

Sake Nouveau Sakai no Dawn. I pre-ordered this new sake for the first time this year and was excitedly waiting for it (*´sigh*). 3 days after receiving it, I opened the bottle... Kunkun-kun. A nice aroma...fruity, fresh and very pleasant...✨. I prepared some ham, cheese, and nuts as if it were wine, but... I think it will go well with anything, Western, Japanese, or on its own ❣️. It was a really delicious sake that didn't lose to the sweet and sour taste of the sweet potato and boiled egg with mustard mayo using sweet potatoes from my mom's garden, which is my recent boom, or the salty taste of the chicken wings stewed in oyster sauce. I loved it so much that I have to drink it every year ❣️Ah, happy ♡♡♡! I drank it all up comfortably while watching Weather Child for the umpteenth time on Amazon Prime (๑˃˃˃♡).

This is the NEXT FIVE October release of Yuki no Bijin🍶 that I was able to win and buy in the online sales lottery ^ ^. I was going to open it on my birthday last month, but we decided to go out to dinner on the day of my birthday... so it was waiting in the fridge (*´-`). And today, a normal day, I opened the bottle... lol. Since we were going to open a bottle of Yuki no Bijin, we prepared a variety of snacks (๑˃˃˃). The second sake 🍶 was Shichikanma, a new to me sake. As the soft aroma suggests, the sake had a soft taste ^ ^. The rice flavor and sourness that you can feel after eating crab miso is very good👍It was a perfect match with the slight bitterness of the crab miso. If I could, I would pour sake 🍶 into this shell ❣️and enjoy it ❣️(๑˃˃˃)

I went to my favorite seafood izakaya where you can pour your own sake 🍶 for the first time in a while... As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt something different and scurried around the restaurant 👀. And then I noticed there was no sake fridge! What's going on? Did they move the fridge? I tried looking for it, but it was still gone! I looked at the menu and found about 8 sake recommendations. When I asked the waitress, she told me that the system had been discontinued (T . T). T) Too bad ⤵️. I was a bit down and asked for a pickled plum sour...but the moment my favorite ponzu sauce of albacore came, I got excited and said "after all, sake is the best for albacore❣️" lol. I quickly downed the sour and the sake I chose was Shichiken, which I had enjoyed drinking here before. Yes, it's still delicious ♡♡ and I can drink it as easy as water (๑˃˃˃). Not to mention the shirako (whitebait) and the deep-fried amaebi (shrimp). It's really delicious and my favorite sake 🍶!

It's the first Shiboribori of Houou Mita that I wanted to drink❣️ I wasn't sure if I should open it since I'm away from home, but... I couldn't resist and opened it. kun-kun. I love the light fruity aroma like muscat ♡♡I love this aroma~(*´sigh`*) I took a sip. What is this~(๑˃̵ᴗ̵)❣️This is delicious! I said to myself. It really was more delicious than I expected. I'm not a fan of the real French Beaujolais Nouveau...σ(^_^;) This year, for the first time, I've reserved a bottle of both white and red Japanese nouveau, and I'm really looking forward to the day the ban is lifted! And of course, I was really looking forward to the sake nouveau as well (๑˃˃˃). Hououmida Nouveau❣️ which I got a little earlier than the new sake I reserved. I paired it with Camembert cheese with a little bit of blue mold mixed in, potato salad, eggplant salad, burdock rings, etc., just like a new white wine (Heuriger) ^ ^. It was a perfect combination with cheese and I enjoyed it so much! I think I'm going to eat 4 cups of it!

The fifth and final sake was Densho Gekkeikan 🍶, which was selected for me because I wanted a dry sake. We finished the meal with ochazuke (rice with green tea and pickles) and sipped on the sake.... All the sake we drank that day were delicious and to my liking 🍶. I enjoyed chatting with friends I hadn't seen in a while, and the time flew by. I look forward to seeing everyone again... ♪

For my fourth drink, my friend's husband recommended Tenbi, which I also wanted to have. I have often seen Amami at Sake-no-wa and was very curious about it. It has a good balance between a little sourness and refreshing sweetness, and it's easy to drink ❣️. I can see why it's so popular, it's a delicious sake 🍶🍶. I was thinking that it was almost time to finish with a dry and refreshing sake.......and was told that there was a rare sakekasu shochu available. We had a little bit of it on the rocks. The aroma of both sake and shochu! It was a very nice shochu with a strong taste of sake.
