It is from the northernmost brewery in Hokkaido, and is a hard-water, clean-tasting sake with a hint of sweetness. It seems to be a special spring limited edition of Kunimare. It has a dark fruity taste of mango and banana somewhere. It is a sake that can be enjoyed slowly over a meal as its flavor increases with temperature.
Gohyakumangoku. Alcohol: 15.5 degrees Celsius. Clear and dry. It is very beautiful. It is paired with nabe (hot pot), but it is perfect as a food sake. It does not interfere with food. This is what makes it so good!
Has the label changed?
I thought it used to have a bluish label.
It is still a delicious sake!
It is a little dry and has a strong sake-like flavor.
I like it.
Spicy, spicy onikoroshi. Well, I've never had sweet Onikoroshi. And thin. I've never had a thick, deep-flavored onikoroshi either. By the way, Kunimeki's onikoroshi is quite light.
