We are currently away from home. Usually, two people tend to drink up a four-pack of sake 🍶 on the day of opening the bottle. This is the perfect chance to enjoy the taste change❣️(๑˃˃˃) ...so we decided to enjoy the Purple Gakky that was waiting for its turn in the fridge ❣️.... Just received some Niigata tea beans that I look forward to every year, so there's some good snacks too! And I'm excited... ♪ Nice to meet you, Gakky-san! The first day of opening the bottle.... When I poured it into the glass, I could smell the sweet aroma of pears, which increased my excitement ⤴️(๑˃˃˃). When I drank it, I found it to be refreshingly sweet and delicious 🎶and the slight bitterness that comes afterwards is also good 🎶I liked the taste ♡. The 2nd day.... When I poured it into a glass, I felt the aroma became lighter. However, the sweetness is more and more delicious❣️As I sipped it, the sweet aroma from the glass became stronger, but the aroma was different from the first day... yes, it's melon! Pear became melon. lol The 3rd day.... The aroma and sweetness faded and it felt light and refreshingly sweet, but it was delicious all the way through (*´-`) The second day's Gakky-san with more sweetness was my favorite ♡(๑˃˃˃)

The third drink at Kaku-uchi When we were told that it was time to go home, we chose for our last drink the miraculous Yui Yui sake that was rescued from the scene of a fire^ ^ ^. It has a refreshing taste... and you feel refreshed after drinking it! It's just so easy to drink! And delicious! I would like to try this sake with a meal next time. I sincerely hope the brewery recovers as soon as possible 🙏. A little something extra... I could not eat the snack of Kishu Nanko Ume because they were out of stock due to the heat of the day (T . T)

To the corner of the liquor store♪ This is the second time I visited this place, which I had longed for. It was a Sunday evening and the store was crowded with many drinkers ^ ^. After securing a place to drink, the first drink â Since I had made up my mind from the beginning, it was easy to get to the fridge where the sake I was looking for was lined up. But there were so many kinds of sake that I got lost. I thought, "Well, I'll just drink them in order...**" and I chose the nigori nama sake from Futabuto 🐰🐰. It was just the last one of the bottles. (The photo is of the newly lined up bottles.) Now, it is nice to meet you, let's have a cup of Futaun 🐰🐰! It's slightly sweet and sour and delicious❣️. After all, cold nigori sake on a hot day is very tasty! (๑˃˃˃˃) I can gobble it up even if I don't have anything to eat (๑>◡<<๑).

I bought a bottle of Kariho summer sake 🍶♪ when I went back home for GW. I was told that I could chill it when I wanted to drink it, so it's been waiting in the fridge for about two weeks. The rainy season has ended, but it's been rainy and gloomy everyday.... I decided to make a refreshing summer sake, so here it is! Yes! It's refreshing and delicious! Today, I bought a variety of my favorite Inari and paired it with some lightly simmered chicken wings.... And! I've been wanting to get a glass of Usuhari Daiginjo, which is mentioned in the manga "Sake and Love"❣️I found it at a store a few months ago...finally got it last week...(๑>◡<๑)❣️. I decided that the first sake I would drink with this glass would be my local Akita sake!　LOL! So today is my debut! I honestly don't know if I could taste the taste of the sake more delicately with the thin glass. I'm very happy to be able to drink delicious local sake 🍶 in the glass I wanted 🍶 🍶. An added bonus........ I was more nervous about breaking the thin glass when I washed it than when I drank it.

The second photo is a comparison of the two drinks named after the store. 　Nabeshima pink label 　Gobashi five yellow 　Asakusa Sanja Gongensha Not satisfied with this comparison, I chose this etude, which was recommended today. I chose this etude, which was today's recommendation. The sweet and gentle taste of this sake is very much to my liking. I found another delicious sake 🍶. In addition....... The pure rice shochu Acha (3rd picture) that we had at the izakaya that night was also very delicious, just like sake (*´-`). It was a shochu made by the Hana-no-Mai Brewery in Shizuoka. Sake Shop Kaku-uchi Fest @ Ueno Onshi Park I had only 2 coins left... I was wondering which one to try when I found Kagatobi, which I had had a very cold junmai dry sake before! Finally, I decided on this sake🍶, a summer junmai draft. It was a delicious summer sake with a refreshing taste and a hint of rice. If it had been a little cooler... if it had been covered and shaded... I'm sure I could have drunk a little more, but that was all I could drink that day. The boar cup in the photo is a ticket that came with the coins in the starter set, and was given to me when I tried kizuki-zake ^ ^.

The lady gave me a cup of ice separately from the sake, saying, "This sake is to be drunk on the rocks. She told us to transfer a little of the sake to the ice and drink it, so we drank a little at a time, and then drank some more, and then some more... Sake Shop Kaku-uchi Fest @ Ueno Onshi Park The second glass was a nigori sake from Kuroemon XVI, which I was lured by the words, "We just opened it! The first cup of nigori sake was just cooled down and the acidity was so nice. Yes, it was an instant kill.

Last Saturday, I went to the Sake Shop Kaku-uchi Fest @ Ueno Onshi Park ^ ^. I drank 4 cups of sake (10 coins from the starter set) while exposed to direct sunlight. The cups were small enough to be the size of a boar cup, so I could only enjoy the taste a little. The first cup was Kihei's Omachi Shizuku. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt the sweetness and umami at once. Gulp...it still tastes good even after swallowing. It was refreshing after drinking but had a delicious lingering taste that lasted for a long time, which I really liked.

The third and final bottle of the Yellow Cherry Blossom Hannery Set. I thought it would be best to pair it with something crispy since it says "recommended dishes" such as white meat sashimi and cold shabu-shabu................................my dinner menu was salmon mentaiko, dashimaki egg and kabayaki anago mixed rice (´´egg rolls with broiled eel´´). The only crispy menu is tofu salad lol But it was not bad sake 🍶 for a strong taste as a food sake (*´-`) I think the baby cheese with blue cheese that I served with the last glass of this somewhat dry, refreshing and easy-to-drink sake 🍶 went best with it (๑˃˃˃).

I drank all of it in no time at all... I wondered if I should have another one or not, but I was still curious about the summer sake, so I had the Hidakami summer sake recommended by my brother... I was so happy to enjoy the sake with my favorite grilled white conger eel and saikyo-yaki silverfish. It was a refreshing summer sake, slightly sweet but easy to drink.

At a seafood tavern ♪ It was hot and humid today, so after quenching my thirst with a fresh Gres Sour, I took a bite or two of crab stuffed with crab shells and decided that sake was the way to go with crab. After taking a bite or two of the crab stuffed with crab shells, I decided to try the sake that was described as a perfect match for white meat, shellfish, and shellfish. I decided on this sake🍶 from the beginning for my last drink. It was 17 degrees dry, but very refreshing and easy to drink ^ ^. And the second glass was this sake 🍶♪ The first taste is sourness, but the aroma of rice that comes after that is delicious. The slightly bitter taste of steamed oysters matched well with the sake, and the glass was empty in no time at all.

We were at an izakaya that served sake on a self-service basis. I looked at the fridge full of bottles of sake and thought, "Oh, I know this one! I want to try this one!" I was so busy looking at all the bottles in the fridge, thinking, "I know this one! Finally, I chose this sake as my first drink. I've often seen this sake at Sake-no-wa and I've always wanted to try it. I took a sip from the bottle, which was getting lighter and lighter as it was running low, and poured it into the glass so as not to spill it...
