I've been curious about Hakuryu's Autumn Agari since I drank it once before.
Today I had it cold, just a little while after taking it out of the fridge.
I poured it into a glass and took a sniff. Oh, it has a fruity aroma!
When you take a sip, first comes the sourness, then comes the sweetness of the rice! And then, the umami taste, which is a combination of sourness and sweetness, comes slowly! Yes, I like it!
I bought a salad of Kyo-age and Chirimen-sansho with Hiei Yuba that I thought would go well with today's sake... and the sourness of the dressing of this slightly elegant salad was very delicious ❣️.
I felt sweetness when I ate this salad and sipped sake, and I felt sourness when I ate leek boiled with a little sweet soup stock and sipped sake, both of which I loved❣️ and I was in an endless loop.
I was a little drunker than usual due to the high alcohol content of 17 degrees.

I love the autumnal label on the sake 🍁.
I don't see it here but it looks delicious 😊.

Hi, Tsubu-chan!
I'm so glad you enjoyed each of them 🍶I'm so glad you enjoyed both the sour and sweet taste 🍶 ✨You could probably drink sake while licking the dressing and dashi 😆 😆.
