It's been a long time since I've had a local Hiyasen sake ❣️. So I'm starting the hiyaoroshi season with this sake 🍶. When I was young and just learning to drink, I drank Tobirazumi hot sake and thought to myself, "I'm not good at sake💦". More than 10 years later, I was told that if I liked white wine, I could drink sake, so I took the plunge, and it was Tobirazumi that made me realize that I might like sake. Now, let's have some Tobirazumi. Just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of sourness! And the aftertaste is refreshing! I preferred it at room temperature rather than cold ^ ^ ^. Dinner that night was a sukiyaki of A5 ranked Hida beef that arrived from my parents' house... ❗️. The meat was delicious, the sake was delicious, and we were very satisfied ✨. When it gets a little cooler, I'd like to enjoy some hot sake 🍶.... And then, and then! Tsutsumichan❣️ I made this with Tsumimi-chan's sake jelly recipe... Kamo Nishiki's package tag sake jelly....it was delicious!
