It was expensive, but I got it when I won the lottery 🤣The clerk advised me to be careful when opening it because of the strong fizz, so I opened it in the bathroom and it didn't blow out 🤭.
It is made from 100% Akita Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture, with a rice polishing ratio of 45% and an alcohol content of 11 degrees C. The toji, Makoto Uematsu, is the master brewer.
I opened the bottle today 🎉It's been a while since I've had a glass of it since I've been drinking it in a boar cup 🎉It's highly carbonated and has a strong sweet and sour acidic taste. No aftertaste? No aftertaste? It is easy to drink because of the low alcohol content. It's stylish and good 🤤It was a good sake for Xmas 🙏I'll drink it again next year if it's affordable 😅.

I️ had been passing on it because the name "Tourikishi" sounded like THE sake, but I️ thought the atmosphere was something delicious, so I️ got it.
So this is my first Higashi-Rikishi!
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity!
It has a nice sweetness, light gasiness, and a nice bitterness at the end, and although it says it's 17 degrees, it's very easy to drink 😋.

I knew I had to buy it, but I couldn't go to my favorite liquor store because it was just the day I was leaving for an onsen ryokan, so I gave up, but when I stopped by a liquor store near Utsunomiya station, I found it!
Although Yonotori and Tasake were lined up next to the sake shop, I immediately decided to buy Hakuginkai and enjoyed the onsen and sake!
Hakuginkai, released as part of the OCEAN99 series, is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a perforated cap that is expected to be quite effervescent!
The first glass we opened was the top clear liquid, and the second glass we mixed in the ori, and the bubbles came up at once!
The taste was a light and refreshing, but sweet and strong adult Calpis soda itself!
It was so light that it was empty in less than an hour.

I drank the Kaze no Mori Hanabi one in August so I got the Shinmasa Midori one 😊100% Misato Nishiki, 50% rice polishing ratio, 13% alcohol by volume. The label says it has a fragrance reminiscent of ripe kiwi, yuzu, and mint, but I have no idea what it is 🤣 maybe I have a stupid tongue... 😫The acidity is low for Shinsei, and the clarity is clear? It's a thick sake with a refreshing umami flavor 😋Savory! Thank you for the food 💪. えりりんHoly crap, chape-san!

Domaine Sakura Omachi 50%, Yamadanishiki 40%, Kame-no-o 10% assemblage. Polishing ratio: 50% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 13% alcohol. Compared to Kabutomushi, it has less acidity and is more refreshing 🤔Mrs. Kabutomushi and sparkler of SENKOUGURU did not have a good reaction to summer sake, but strangely enough, she liked SENKOUGURU 😳She usually says it's dry, but SENKOUGURU seems to fit her taste...is it because she loves Tochigi? 🤣That was delicious! So, I won the lottery at Mekada San, and Shinsei No.6 is now on tap 😆.
Akita rice, milling ratio 55% Kakemai 50%, alcohol content 13%. The Shinsei No.6 series is graded from R to S to X, so this S-type is the mid model. Slightly gassy. After the sweetness comes, the sourness finishes it off. The sweetness and acidity are both rather strong and delicious 😋.
I wonder if the No. 6 is to prevent resale? The name of the store where I bought it was engraved on the cap. I guess the brewer is making an effort to make it available at a fixed price to those who want to drink it👍and the quality date is short! The brewery's website says that it is a draft sake and should be consumed within 3 months, preferably as soon as you buy it😳.

The second picture is the one Nobby took at the liquor store, and from this one, identity was chosen after looking at the price tag too 😄.
I've been drinking Kangiku for a while now, and this is my sixth bottle, although they are different kinds.
The bottle was opened with a splash, just like a fresh sake!
It is gassy, sweet and fresh, easy to drink and gentle 😌.
All of Kangiku's sakes are delicious!
But each one has its own characteristics and that's what makes it truly an identity 😊.

If you go to Hirado, there is also "Hiran-no-mori Sake Brewery". 😋For Fukuoka, I guess "Bikkuri Tei", "Rakutenchi (motsunabe)" and "Tempura Hirao" 😆👍. MAJThere is also "Sumiyoshi Sake Shop" in Hakata Station, where you can have a corner bar...or "Hisaya Sake Shop" near Fukuoka Airport, where you can find Fukuoka limited edition sake 😄. Hirado Castle also has a Kaguraden (a Shinto shrine) from which the name of the sake "Hiran" is derived.
Not much to call it a great castle 😅💦. 千鳥足If you are traveling by car from Continue to Hakata, you can pass through Niji-no-Matsubara in Karatsu City with a little cooler weather☺️.

In Hirado, you can enjoy seafood such as flatfish ❗️.

If not, please go to Yobuko from Karatsu and try squid ❗️.
