Akita rice, milling ratio 55% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 13% alcohol by volume. The back of the bottle says it is too sweet, but it has a strong acidity, so it is not too sweet. When I poured it into the glass, I could see bubbles and my expectations were high. When I take a sip, it has a beautiful flavor, it's light and delicious with a gaseous feeling, and the acidity spreads the flavor in my mouth 😊.

To be honest, I can't tell the difference in taste between the winter version and the winter version since there is a gap between the two, but it is as delicious as ever 😋 Slightly carbonated, sweet and sour. I knew this was the most white wine-like 😊It's not like sake in a good way. It's low alcohol and small in quantity so it was gone in no time 😋 I wish I could have had it again 😋 It was delicious! The 5th Collage 💪.
Summer Gin light nigori. The rice is 21% Yamadanishiki, 78% Yume-no-Kou, 50% polishing ratio, 16% alcohol by volume.
It is sweet and tasty with good acidity and a long aftertaste.
The first day was different from the other Kuraku, but the second and third days, it tasted better and better. Thank you very much!

I googled it and found that there is no clear definition, but it is sake that tastes good chilled 🤔.
The beautiful blue color of the bottle reminds me of the summer sky in Shonan 😌.

The aroma is slightly sweet.
The mouthfeel is clean and slightly bitter, but it's definitely good when chilled and cooled down!

There was a Niimasa Cosmos on sale, but not only once a year 🤔 Collage was on sale, so I passed on the Cosmos 🤣.
It has 60% rice polishing ratio, 16.5% alcohol by volume, and is an active nigori sake. I opened it normally without paying much attention and it blew out 😳 even though the label goes out of its way to warn you 💦.
It has a lot of lees and strong fizz, so as soon as I opened it, it turned into a calpis soda 😆 It has little sweetness and acidity, and after the shwash, it breaks off with bitterness. It was crisp and mature soda 😁 Delicious! I often see sake made with wine yeast, so I got Houou Mita to have a Tochigi sake among them. I haven't had it since Heki-ban which was gorgeous, but the wife seems to like Houou Mita 😊.

It is a nigori sake, so there is lees at the bottom, but when you open the bottle, the lees mixes with the effervescence and a gaseous feeling spreads to your mouth 😳 like Calpis soda, giving it a silky mouthfeel. The sweetness of the lees comes and it finishes rather dry 🤔I thought it might have a strong acidity since it is called wine yeast, but it didn't 😅It was gone in no time 🤣This was delicious! Yamadanishiki is raw sake, Junmai-shu and Junmai-ginjo are once-heated. It's still fresh, juicy, and sharp. All are delicious, but I personally like the junmai sake the best. I feel that the Nama-shu and Ginjo are more delicious... but I guess it's the first impact, right? 😅That was delicious - thanks for the treat 🙏.

When I applied for the sake, the clerk said, "Kaze no Mori took over the yeast from Shinsei and made this sake. I like both Kaze no Mori and Shinsei so I applied immediately 😁.
Akitsuho from Nara Prefecture, yeast No. 6, 66% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. It has a mild and mellow aroma like blue melon and cucumber, with a gentle sweetness and acidity that spreads in the mouth. The aroma is mild and mellow, with a gentle sweetness and acidity.
It had a gassy, sour, dry mouthfeel that made me think "ah, it's the Wind Forest" 😁It didn't taste any different because of the #6 yeast 😅It was delicious as usual and I'm glad the wife was very happy with it 🤣.
