My favorite Tensho-san🎶. I've been saving it for a while, wondering when I would drink it. I had a memorial service last weekend, and the words on the back label were so beautiful and poignant that I decided to have it at this time! The aroma is quite subdued. I couldn't really tell what it smelled like even after taking a good sniff 💧. My first impression when I drank it was holy water! LOL! Very clean flavor and soft acidity✨. It's a gentle mouthfeel that really wraps you up ✨. Hah,,, delicious 🥰🍶🍶. I've tried everything from cold sake to hot sake. I personally liked it between cold and room temperature 😋.

Masa-san, I immediately compared the two sips with the ochoko (cup) and the glass sake cup! The choko (cup) was more cohesive and had a nice sharpness, while the glass gugunomi had a more bitter and sour taste with a longer aftertaste. The glass gugumini had a longer aftertaste with a bitter sourness and a sweeter aftertaste 🎶🎶.

I've been waiting for this 🙌 I didn't drink the Nakatori series last year. I will drink it for the first time in 2 years🎶. The aroma is sweet rice + cider. As expected of a new sake! Fresh and lush✨. Well balanced, clear, with some young bitterness. It's still delicious 💓 It's light on the palate so I tend to drink too much 😅🍶🍶. I've almost forgotten the taste of the Nakatori series. I think this year I will try to win the whole series again 🎶.

First time at home drinking chivalry 🎶. I got Nagoya style miso stewed oden. I tried to match it with that ☺️. The aroma is sweet and juicy, reminiscent of melon 🍈✨. Probably my first draft sake of the season! It didn't have the pizzazz. The sweetness and umami from the full happiness. I could enjoy the delayed bitterness and sourness from the sweet and delicious happiness! And it was really delicious 👍! The fourth one is an atte that I am currently addicted to lol. I hoarded it at the supermarket lol!

Today is Culture Day🎶. So I bought a sake with a label that seems to be related to art - lol! This one is completely based on the name and the jacket! LOL! Kanon drinks canon 😆🍶🍶. I thought it looked like a white wine. But it's a hard-core Tottori Prefecture sake! It's a Japanese sake with a nice umami taste. It's gentle, round, light and not difficult to drink at all! And it goes well with appropriate snacks. Full-bodied acidity! It's so smooth and delicious! Ikebukuro Tobu still had some in line so be sure to try it 🥰🥰.

Nice to meet you! I was at a sales event at a department store. I stopped by on a whim and bought a tasty nigori from the various tastings I stopped by and tasted a variety of sake and bought a delicious nigori 🎶. I don't like nigori that much. I don't like nigori that much, but this one is sweet but not sticky. It has a refreshing sour aftertaste 💓 I also love that it's just a little bit lower in alcohol! I didn't pay much attention to this brand. I'd like to try some others! There seems to be a lot of sake that tastes great warmed up ☺️.

My first brand! The label is cloth! It looks simple but it's very special 😉. I like the name too - Autumn Treasure 🍁✨. When I drink it cold... it's kind of thin? The acidity is mild and it has the feel of an autumn sake, but the bitterness is not as pronounced as it should be. But the bitterness is kind of noticeable 😅... When I warmed it up, it was like this! When it's hot, it smells like alcohol and chemical products. But when it's hot, it smells like alcohol and chemical products. Refreshing and just the right amount of acidity from the The soft umami & sweetness of the rice from the refreshing just right acidity! The balance is quite good 😋👍. The first fall sake of the year 🍁. Quite yellow when poured into a glass! The aroma is also sour with a sense of maturity. It doesn't taste like a trendy sake at all, but more like a matured, acidic, spicy, delicious sake! It has neither sweetness nor fruity flavor. It is not sweet or fruity at all. It seems to be good for those who are looking for a sake that goes well with snacks while eating 😋. I paired it with oden today. It has a very strong amino acid content. First slightly rich Yamadanishiki x Kame-no-o and A comparison of my favorite summer sake that I must drink every year 😍🍶. I don't remember the details, but it was delicious! Kame-no-o is a very refreshing sake in the Cho-rich series, right? Maybe my taste buds have been depleted after being away from Sake-no-wa? I think my taste buds have been down since I left sakewa, but I felt they were very similar. 🤣 Personally, Sarasara Junmai is the winner 🎉.
