Nice to meet you, Mr. Okura🎶. I have an image of you as a professional. But is it really...! The aroma is... wood? It's not a barrel type, it's more like the bark of some trees around here... lol. I'm puzzled by the scent I'm encountering for the first time, but I'm intrigued✨. The taste is a bit sour and umami with a bit of astringency. It's delicious. ☺️ The entrée was fried eringi mushrooms with butter and soy sauce, potato salad, pumpkin salad, and chilled tofu. pumpkin salad and chilled tofu. The pumpkin salad was hopelessly unsuitable 🤣. It tasted kind of fishy 💦. Maybe it doesn't go well with sweet food? I thought so. But when I paired it with chocolate, it was fine... Pairing is so difficult! LOL! Oh, when the temperature was warmed up, it had a sweetness like tortoiseshell candy. The sweetness came out in the aroma: ☺️👍 Now, last but not least, I'd like to share with you an important custom 💓 Muroka Tokujun Aiyama ❣️ Muroka Tokusoku-jun Aiyama❣️❣️

I am actually a hidden Kamikigen fan 🎶. CWS with the stylish silver glittery label... I'd buy it, wouldn't I? The first day I opened the bottle, I wasn't particularly impressed, nor was it hard to drink lol. But the good thing about Kamikimoto is that it tastes good in one sip! But the good thing about Kamikimoto is not that it tastes good in one sip. But the good thing about Kamikimoto is not that it tastes good in one sip, but that it has a quality of sake that you gradually feel its goodness and you never get tired of drinking it. Today, on the 4th day, I had it and it has more umami 💓 The aroma is fresh and lactic, like the top layer of yogurt! The umami and acidity are well harmonized. Actually quite my favorite Niidashi Zenju ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! First shibori I could just barely buy when I thought I was late! It's mildly sweet and sour with lots of flavor! It's still delicious. 😋🍶 I haven't uploaded it yet, but the autumn one was also very tasty 🥰. I'll have to get Hatsuyuuki Dayori next... ❄️

I've been drinking a lot during the holiday season. I've been drinking a lot over the holiday season, but I haven't had the time to review them 💦. But even though I have some sake in the fridge I went to the liquor store! Unusually for me, I opened the bottle the same day I bought it! Well, it's still delicious😍👍 Mellow and lovely acidity. It is so smooth and gentle, it soaks into all of your internal organs...! Lately I can't resist drinking the aroma before comparing it to something else. And so, I wish you a happy new year 🎶🎶.

This one has been on my mind for a long time! I couldn't buy it every year due to timing conflicts. This year I was able to secure it 🛸👽✨. The aroma is of sweet and sour rice! It's already delicious at this point! LOL! The taste is rich, sour and umami 🎶. Despite the alcohol content of 17 degrees, it is very easy to drink. It is very easy to drink 😋. It was in Gonoi's Autumn Sake set, 寫楽! I looked up the unit price after I bought it. I was surprised to find out that it costs about 2700 yen. The aroma is quite subdued when cold. As the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more gorgeous, like a sugared muscat 🙂. It is like a sugared muscat 🥰. The image I got from drinking it was a unique bitterness from the fruity sourness! The bitterness is like a sweet medicine...? Well, I was drinking online and was guzzling it down. I'm a bit hazy about it...what a waste of time💦 lol

I've been wanting to try that drink ever since I read about your love affair with sake! Finally 🍶✨ since they started carrying it near me! In the manga it was junmai ginjo, but I got the special junmai ✌️. Unlike the old-fashioned appearance, the aroma is muscat and pear-like 🍐. The clear acidity comes on the tongue and it is easy to drink ὐ. It's so easy to enjoy 😋😋! And of course, the Shizuoka-style oden! I felt a little vanilla-like sweetness with my meal! (Maybe it was my imagination! (Maybe I'm imagining it!) lol) When warmed up, the bitterness becomes more rounded 🎶.

My favorite Tensho-san🎶. I've been saving it for a while, wondering when I would drink it. I had a memorial service last weekend, and the words on the back label were so beautiful and poignant that I decided to have it at this time! The aroma is quite subdued. I couldn't really tell what it smelled like even after taking a good sniff 💧. My first impression when I drank it was holy water! LOL! Very clean flavor and soft acidity✨. It's a gentle mouthfeel that really wraps you up ✨. Hah,,, delicious 🥰🍶🍶. I've tried everything from cold sake to hot sake. I personally liked it between cold and room temperature 😋.

I've been waiting for this 🙌 I didn't drink the Nakatori series last year. I will drink it for the first time in 2 years🎶. The aroma is sweet rice + cider. As expected of a new sake! Fresh and lush✨. First time at home drinking chivalry 🎶. I got Nagoya style miso stewed oden. I tried to match it with that ☺️. The aroma is sweet and juicy, reminiscent of melon 🍈✨. Probably my first draft sake of the season! It didn't have the pizzazz. The sweetness and umami from the full happiness. I could enjoy the delayed bitterness and sourness from the sweet and delicious happiness! And it was really delicious 👍! The fourth one is an atte that I am currently addicted to lol. Today is Culture Day🎶. So I bought a sake with a label that seems to be related to art - lol! This one is completely based on the name and the jacket! LOL! Kanon drinks canon 😆🍶🍶. I thought it looked like a white wine. But it's a hard-core Tottori Prefecture sake! It's a Japanese sake with a nice umami taste. It's gentle, round, light and not difficult to drink at all! And it goes well with appropriate snacks. Full-bodied acidity! It's so smooth and delicious! Ikebukuro Tobu still had some in line so be sure to try it 🥰🥰.

I stopped by on a whim and bought a tasty nigori from the various tastings I stopped by and tasted a variety of sake and bought a delicious nigori 🎶. I don't like nigori that much. I don't like nigori that much, but this one is sweet but not sticky. It has a refreshing sour aftertaste 💓 I also love that it's just a little bit lower in alcohol! I didn't pay much attention to this brand. I'd like to try some others! There seems to be a lot of sake that tastes great warmed up ☺️.

My first brand! The label is cloth! It looks simple but it's very special 😉. I like the name too - Autumn Treasure 🍁✨. When I drink it cold... it's kind of thin? The acidity is mild and it has the feel of an autumn sake, but the bitterness is not as pronounced as it should be. But the bitterness is kind of noticeable 😅... The first fall sake of the year 🍁. Quite yellow when poured into a glass! The aroma is also sour with a sense of maturity. It doesn't taste like a trendy sake at all, but more like a matured, acidic, spicy, delicious sake! It has neither sweetness nor fruity flavor. It is not sweet or fruity at all. It seems to be good for those who are looking for a sake that goes well with snacks while eating 😋. I paired it with oden today. It has a very strong amino acid content. It was delicious even when served with dashi because the amino acids are quite strong 🎶.
