香穏kanon3.11, we drank Fukushima Prefecture's sake again this year 😌. Yamashu No. 4 is a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Kinmonishiki 🌾. It has a fruity aroma with a strong, tight, gassy texture. The sweetness and umami spread out in a sizzling way 🎶.

香穏kanonKawanakajima-san will have another event at the end of this month at Ikebukuro Seibu 🤗. I'm getting behind on posting lately, so I'm going to do it announcement style this time lol. Sales schedule is on the third page! Here's a bottle I got at the last show! I would drink to welcome a new baby 🍶. It may be due in part to the fact that it has an alcohol content of 19 degrees. I feel like I've had a pretty solid drink! I can't drink it in one gulp😅. But the beautiful sweetness and bitterness that is typical of Genmai was still there👍✨.

香穏kanonI had a drink before and liked it 🎶. I bought two bottles so I'll get the other one some other time🤗. It's gassy and tastes just like the label on the back, lol. It felt so clear and invigorating! It's much cleaner and cooler ✨. Personally, I would have liked a little more sweetness 🎶.

香穏kanonIt's a cross between various types of junmai daiginjo-shu! It looked kind of interesting, so I bought it ✌️. The price was surprisingly reasonable...? From the look of it, I had an image of a strong or dark taste, but it's a very beautifully balanced sake! I'm told it's also blended with aged sake. You can feel a little bit of maturity and that's a nice salty and interesting ☺️👍. It was delicious and not tiring to drink ✨.

香穏kanonI've been taking it a little easy and posts are piling up💦. It's my first time at Gassan! I was curious about the seasonal sake, but I wanted to try this classic sake first ☺️🍶, and then the raw sake appeared ☺️🍶. The flavor was gaseous and spreading in a sizzle, as is typical of nama-shu! Not too sweet, just mellow and dry 🎶. This is delicious and I love the label👍

香穏kanonPast drinking records. Sensuke-san is an Indonesian restaurant that I was interested in. I was told that the sake is made with Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. It's my favorite sake rice, so my expectations were high😆. It's gassy, fruity and easy to drink🎶. If the label were cuter, it would be more popular, especially among women.

It's a mini-bottle, but it's so luxurious... ✨ And I knew about Atago no Matsu, but I didn't know there was a brand called Atago no Sakura. I knew there was Atago's Pine, but I didn't know there was a brand called Atago's Sakura! It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's not glamorous. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's not a glamorous sake, it's a refreshing sake that goes well with meals☺️👍.

香穏kanonThis is the first time I drank Sogen at home! It has a silky mouthfeel with no gas. I've been drinking it at home for the first time. It's also great with cream stew. In addition, it goes well with cream stew and sakutome🎶. I'm not a fan of warm sake. I personally enjoyed it more with cold sake 😉 oldest I'm in Ikebukuro Seibu right now. I'll be back to stock up soon❣️.

香穏kanonIt's been a long time since I've had my favorite Tenmyou-san 🎶. My favorite Tenmyou-san🎶 for a long time. The aroma is like a sweet Japanese pear in its prime. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not. It's really delicious, rich and comfortable to drink! But not too sweet, even during a meal 👍✨. I'm sure you'll love it!
