The unique nigori (nigori is a thickening of the body). The initial taste is mild and easy to drink, but the aftertaste is surprisingly sharp and awakening. It is slightly carbonated, so be careful not to drink too much.
I accidentally knocked it over and it was too late to rescue it...it came leaking out of the gas stopper, so I opened this bottle in a hurry.
We were able to compare two bottles of nigori on the same day. I was too late to rescue it.
The aroma was of sweet, clear rice and koji.
When you drink it, it is soft and smooth, with a powdery rice feeling like rice powder, a hint of pear in the back, and the sweetness and umami of the rice, but it is still very refreshing.
It finishes rather dry with a slight bitterness, a feeling of warmth from the alcohol, and a lingering taste of rice.
The next day, the supernatant has a slightly sour aroma.
When you drink it, it has a bubbly, fizzy taste with a hint of rice flavor, but it has the atmosphere of a very light soda water.
When mixed, it became very cloudy!
There is an amazake-like koji aroma, but it is not sweet. It is a little bitter and dry, with a tasty texture.
This is also available as a warmed sake: ♨️
Kamikan: Not much aroma? Slightly amazake-like. When you drink it, it's just rice. Nothing else. It's still dry, with a touch of alcohol. As it cools down, it has a bitter taste.
When heated, you can taste the sweetness of the rice. It would be better to raise the temperature to this level to reduce the alcohol taste.
The Fukusuku is a bit more fruity and dry, while the Hakuro Taruzu is more ricey and dry with a gentle nigori taste. Both were delicious!
Happy New Year, Kotaro! ㊗️
I'm impressed that you've started the year with a rare gorigori-nigori drinking contest 😇.
I too am wondering in which order to open the remaining nigori sake 😀.
Happy New Year, Yasbay 🎍.
Gorigori nigori was the one I drank a few days ago and I drank it separately again over the new year 🤣.
There are so many nigori that I want to drink, I'm not sure in which order to open them 😂 looking forward to more 🥳.
No harsh sweetness or unnecessary sourness, serious and firm despite its flashy appearance. I tried to apply the Hanasaki crab to boiled and creamed crabs, but the crab was outclassed.
Dewa Sanzan Polishing ratio 60
If you like Dewa Tsanzan, you must drink it. The label on the back of the bottle shows the commitment to water...😇
This sake has won the gold medal at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards. As you can imagine, it has a mild flavor with a nice sharpness.
It has a clean, dry, elegant taste that is not too fruity. The aftertaste is also unquestionably delicious and dry with little bitterness. The gold label is as elegant as the sake itself.
First drink at a restaurant serving Yamagata cuisine.
This was the best sake I discovered today.
It was recommended to be served lukewarm, and when I tried it, I found that it went very well with the food!
Even when the temperature was cooled down, it was very tasty and had a strong rice flavor.
