I left it in the hallway for 3 years. For various reasons, you don't see it much these days, but I used to drink it often at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). I tried it at various temperatures, but it was best drunk hot. It has a mild taste and a nice umami and slightly spicy flavor. I wonder if it can be served chilled if it hasn't been made long enough.

We went on a bullet trip to a hot spring in Gunma 😆♨️ Before arriving at the ryokan, we went to a local liquor store. I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited, I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster! I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time! I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed. The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too. I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai! And it's still delicious 😭✨ It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed 👍. Not spectacular, but deeply delicious... And it's so cosy! I brought home the rest of the bottle. I'm going to drink it with care 🍶🎶.

Kashu KANON Good evening ^ ^ Iwao, that's a powerful name, isn't it? I would like to drink the sake brewed by Mikito Takai 😊. In Gunma, there are good hot springs such as Kusatsu Onsen and Ikaho Onsen 👍. Shizuoka also has its fair share of hot springs 😁.

It was recommended to us by Takatsuya, a sake maker in Ibaraki Prefecture. It seems that Gan is no longer produced, and we were able to purchase a precious bottle! It was released from the warehouse in April 2020. I'm looking forward to it! The color is a faint yama-buki. The aroma is only faintly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness passes for a moment, but soon a clear umami and a clear bitterness spread and it is pleasantly dry. It also has a good sharpness. The sweet and bitter aftertaste invites you to take another sip. This is delicious! It's a dry taste with a beautiful bitterness impression. It's a luxurious feeling, like drinking a cup of deep, dark iced coffee on a hot day in the middle of summer. Gan is definitely a brand I hope they bring back!

I opened this bottle a while back. I'm gonna finish it today! Is this an aged sake? Is this one of the aged sake? It is said to be the last sake brewed by the Toji, who is not at the brewery at the moment. The aroma is of cotton candy and sake, thick but round! The taste is an explosion of sweet and savory rice flavor! It's not the kind of sake you can drink all at once. It's not a drink you can sip on, but you can savor a little bit of it slowly✨. It's not a gulp kind of drink, but more of a slow savoring kind of drink ✨ You can either sip it with an appetizer or slowly drink it after dinner with something sweet like a brandy 🤤👍. It was so cosy, yet so addictive! I've heard it can be served warm. I'm a little disappointed that I drank it all with cold sake💦 It's not an easy sake to find, but I got it from Takahashi Yo Shoten in Gunma Prefecture 🎶.

I found this "Gan" at work. It seems to be a series sold only in the local area, so I bought it. The aroma was not flashy, and it gave me a strong impression, but I was convinced after drinking it. The taste like an aged scent passes through the nostrils, and the full-bodied flavor of the mouth has a great impact. It was clearly different from the other Gangs I had drunk before. It goes well with dark food, and when I tried it with curry, it was really good 🌱. The best part about this product is that it is made from a good quality raw material.

杜氏の高井さんが諸事情により、しばらく酒を作らなくなってしまうという事で、現状高井株式会社の最後のお酒の一本です。 このお酒にはとある繋がりで森島酒造のお酒合わせました。 花冷えから始めます。 口に含むと豊かな旨味があり、バナナの風味が口の中を包みます。後味は苦味を残し、すっとキレてゆく。 桜のような潔いお酒ですね。 人肌燗にして飲んだイメージは、米の旨味が見事に増え、先述した飲み込んだ後の苦味が消えてすっと入ってゆく感じ。 ぬる燗まで行くと、行き過ぎのイメージがありました。 杜氏さんの本気度を感じるお酒。 味わい深かったです🍶
