I left it in the hallway for 3 years.
For various reasons, you don't see it much these days, but I used to drink it often at izakaya (Japanese style pubs).
I tried it at various temperatures, but it was best drunk hot.
It has a mild taste and a nice umami and slightly spicy flavor.
I wonder if it can be served chilled if it hasn't been made long enough.
