The first fall sake of the year 🍁. Quite yellow when poured into a glass! The aroma is also sour with a sense of maturity. It doesn't taste like a trendy sake at all, but more like a matured, acidic, spicy, delicious sake! It has neither sweetness nor fruity flavor. It is not sweet or fruity at all. It seems to be good for those who are looking for a sake that goes well with snacks while eating 😋. I paired it with oden today. It has a very strong amino acid content. It was delicious even when served with dashi because the amino acids are quite strong 🎶.

Yesterday I attended the Sake-no-wa Tokyo drinking party! I was touched by everyone's love for sake and It's been a while since I've reviewed it again 🍶✨. It's been a while since I've done a review 🍶✨. I'm not sure what to think about it 😂, but I've been curious about this series for a long time. I've been curious about this series for a long time. I've always been curious about this series and the label looked cool, so I decided to go with this one 🐻. The aroma is of rice! The taste is bitter, then sour, then umami in that order. The taste is crisp and dry 😋👍. I paired it with gyoza (dumplings) because it is said to be a meat-eater. I think boiled egg + mayonnaise would go better with it. It's a concept worker's selection. It's all about sensitivity, I bet!

It's been another day 💦. I've been sick since the beginning of this month. I'm finally feeling better, so I've started rehab for alcohol. LOL! I was going to open this bottle on the day of the mountain, but my nose was stuffy until yesterday. But my nose was stuffed up until yesterday, so I opened it this day 🍶. The aroma is pear-like! The taste is... honestly I still can't understand the delicate flavor 😂. At first I only felt sourness and bitterness on my tongue! I'm going to drink it little by little over the next few days. I'm going to try to rehabilitate myself with sake ✋✋. (This is not a review at all... 💧 lol)

With Gonoi's free shipping campaign I popped in on the free shipping campaign by Mr. Gonoi. Summer Madness = Summer Madness... What kind of strong drink is this? I thought it was a bit too strong, but then I tried it and it tasted so good✨. I tried it and it's very tasty✨. It's not too thin and not too acidic, so it doesn't feel like a summer drink. It's sweet and refreshing, with just the right amount of bitterness and a nice sharpness! The aroma is a light sugar type of aroma? ←I'm not sure. The aftertaste has a slight, distinctive bitterness? A slight aftertaste of a peculiar bitterness or fishy smell? It has a slight fishy aftertaste. I have a feeling it will go well with seafood... I tried it with cod roe and it went well 🙆♀️. I found another good sake 🎶. Well! I have an announcement! LOL! We're having a sakewa online drinking party this Saturday, August 6! I will be there around 20~21:00🤗. First slightly rich Yamadanishiki x Kame-no-o and A comparison of my favorite summer sake that I must drink every year 😍🍶. I don't remember the details, but it was delicious! Kame-no-o is a very refreshing sake in the Cho-rich series, right? Maybe my taste buds have been depleted after being away from Sake-no-wa? I think my taste buds have been down since I left sakewa, but I felt they were very similar. 🤣 Personally, Sarasara Junmai is the winner 🎉.

My favorite, Toyokang! Summer Sake 🎐. It smells like a refreshing Japanese pear! But when you drink it, it's not sweet. But when you drink it, it's not sweet, it's more like a gentle dry sake that goes well with food ☺️👍. I'm still in a good mood when I drink it 🎶. It is one of the sake that I want to continue to pursue ♡.

Today is Nineteen Days! So... I'd like to present the 16th "Ku" Roemon... lol I couldn't prepare nineteen, sorry 😂. The aroma just out of the fridge is like lemon? But as the temperature rises, it smells like sweet rice! It has a slight sizzle, and the taste is sweet and tasty. It's not heavy and you can drink it without hesitation ✨. As the temperature rises, you can feel the alcohol. It is a little bit heavy! However, it is soft and easy to drink at any temperature range. I'll drink it though 😁👍 It's a delicious sake 🍶🎶.

Hey everyone, long time no see! Sorry I couldn't join the zoom drinking party the other day💦. I'll be sure to join next time ✊🍶. Well, it's been about 4 months since I've done a review 😂. It's been a while since we've had a sunny day, so here's one with a label that fits! It's from Niigata and it's just so fruity! It's a low alcohol, so it's really a gobby type of sake 🍎. It's refreshingly sweet and good for when you're feeling a little tired from the summer heat. I've had it with edamame, kimchi, corned beef, and kazuchi. I think kimchi is the best of these 😉👍 When I told my friend that I haven't cooked for myself yet this month I was seriously taken aback.......it's kanon 😇

The one I chose to compare with Miyazumi! Green Label Drinking Comparison🌱 This one was highly recommended by a liquor store I sometimes visit, so I bought it even though it was my first brand 😉. It's a draft sake, but with absolutely no gassiness whatsoever! Almost no acidity, mainly a refreshing bitterness! But you can also taste the sweetness when paired with a meal🎶. Especially with bitter foods such as grapefruit It was a good match 👍✨

3.11, we drank Fukushima Prefecture's sake again this year 😌. Yamashu No. 4 is a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Kinmonishiki 🌾. It has a fruity aroma with a strong, tight, gassy texture. The sweetness and umami spread out in a sizzling way 🎶.

Kawanakajima-san will have another event at the end of this month at Ikebukuro Seibu 🤗. I'm getting behind on posting lately, so I'm going to do it announcement style this time lol. Sales schedule is on the third page! Here's a bottle I got at the last show! I would drink to welcome a new baby 🍶. It may be due in part to the fact that it has an alcohol content of 19 degrees. I feel like I've had a pretty solid drink! I can't drink it in one gulp😅. But the beautiful sweetness and bitterness that is typical of Genmai was still there👍✨.

I had a drink before and liked it 🎶. I bought two bottles so I'll get the other one some other time🤗. It's gassy and tastes just like the label on the back, lol. It felt so clear and invigorating! It's much cleaner and cooler ✨. Personally, I would have liked a little more sweetness 🎶.

It's a cross between various types of junmai daiginjo-shu! It looked kind of interesting, so I bought it ✌️. The price was surprisingly reasonable...? From the look of it, I had an image of a strong or dark taste, but it's a very beautifully balanced sake! I'm told it's also blended with aged sake. You can feel a little bit of maturity and that's a nice salty and interesting ☺️👍. It was delicious and not tiring to drink ✨.

I've been taking it a little easy and posts are piling up💦. It's my first time at Gassan! I was curious about the seasonal sake, but I wanted to try this classic sake first ☺️🍶, and then the raw sake appeared ☺️🍶. The flavor was gaseous and spreading in a sizzle, as is typical of nama-shu! Not too sweet, just mellow and dry 🎶. This is delicious and I love the label👍

Forgot to post this! I got this as a gift, is it autumn sake? Mellow, round acidity and rice flavor😋. It's also a good food sake✨. I think it tastes better closer to room temperature than cold👍.
