I'm puzzled by the scent I'm encountering for the first time, but I'm intrigued✨.
The taste is a bit sour and umami with a bit of astringency.
It's delicious. ☺️
The entrée was fried eringi mushrooms with butter and soy sauce, potato salad, pumpkin salad, and chilled tofu.

It tasted kind of fishy 💦.
Maybe it doesn't go well with sweet food? I thought so.
But when I paired it with chocolate, it was fine...

Oh, when the temperature was warmed up, it had a sweetness like tortoiseshell candy.
