☀️ The usual sweet smell seems less. Slight crackle every time🫧. Thick sweetness and robust flavor typical of Omachi 😚. Maybe a little ginjo aroma in the aftertaste 🤔. The packaged sake is dark and has a heavy sweetness that I can't stand 😋. I repeat it every once in a while just to drink it 🤗

☀️ It's sweet and tasty, yet refreshing and thirst-quenching. I thought it was wasabi-like because of the name "sushi wasabi" 🤔 Oh, I need more sushi 🍣🙄. It feels tangy when you eat sushi🍣 and drink it: ⚡️ Definitely a wasabi-like stimulation 🤩. I see what you mean by "sushi wasabi", it was a sake that when paired with sushi 🍣 becomes a wasabi that doesn't come off the nose 🤗.

☀️ Then there are the twin rainbows 🍶. It has a strong aroma, as is typical of Aruzoe 🥰. It is moderately sweet but firmly sweet, sweeter than Ryugetsu. The umami is hidden and the sweetness is the star 😚. There is no bitterness in the aftertaste, and the crisp finish is typical of Aruzoe. The ginjo aroma is softly spreading while it passes through the nose 😊. Compared to the Ryuzetsu, I felt more sweetness and aroma, and it was sharp and clean. I was convinced by myself, "I see, this is how it is 🤔" 🤣.

☀️ There was a Jyushidai Ryugetsu and a Sanghong 👀. Equal specs, Ryuzetsu is Junmai Daiginjo and Sanghong is Daiginjo. You can drink a super high class junmai type and an aruze type 🤤. Well, let's start with Ryuzetsu 🍶. Pleasant sweetness and understated umami ☺️ Clean, clear yet smooth mouthfeel. You can feel the liquid disappearing in your mouth😌. The fine sweetness trails off with a hint of bitterness at the end. It has a longer aftertaste than the Twin Rainbows, with a wider flavor seepage on the tongue 😋.

☀️ I see a dark orange labeled Jikin 👀. It is Omachi. I wanted to drink some so I asked for some 🤗. Thick sweetness that is typical of Omachi 😋 with a slight crackle to add lightness 🫧. Slight crackle adds lightness 🫧. Filled with a beautiful ginjo aroma on the nose🤗.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Today we visited the Tottori & Okayama Antenna Shops, a place of relaxation for Masamune hunters 📡. As soon as I arrived there, I started looking for Masamune and found it 🤩. It's sake 🍶. It has a crisp, Hakka-like aroma. It is also very refreshing on the throat. The umami of the rice is subdued, and then there is a subdued sweetness and an equally subdued acidity. Overall, it has a light and simple taste 😙. It is probably best suited as a food sake 🍶. The Hakka flavor, combined with the oiliness of the food, seems to help the oil from the food to be washed away quickly 😁. Nice Masamune👍

☀️ Finally won the Jikin in the raffle 🎯✨. I can drink it at home for a long time 🥳. We joined the queue for our turn in the fridge and had it sitting there for a while 🧘. And the other day my turn finally came and I decided to open the bottle 🍶. The moment you open it, a soft sweet aroma wafts through the air. This anticipation is exciting ᾒ. The mouthfeel is pleasantly sweet 😚 with a hint of sourness in the aftertaste? Sourness in the aftertaste? Bitterness? I feel some kind of complex flavor 🤔. The ginjo aroma is also present and the mellow aroma is very satisfying 😍. The sweetness and aroma lingers on and you can enjoy the sake for a long time 🍶. The taste was clean and transparent right after opening the seal 😚. Around the third day, the sweetness and acidity increased and the flavor seemed to be more well-rounded 🧐. It was a great experience for me to experience the change of taste which is hard to experience when drinking outside 🤗. I like drinking at home after all 😆.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. Ehime's famous Ishizuchi also has a brand name bearing the name Masamune. I went hunting for it on the information that it is available at a local restaurant in Ehime 🤗. I ordered it right away and was lucky enough to get it with a windfall 😆. I will have it with tai meshi 🍚🐟. The first thing that comes to your mind is the gentle aroma of apple 🍎. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness, the soft and moderate ginjo aroma, and the clarity through the throat. ☺️ I think this is one of the best in the Masamune area 🤔. It is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo class sake 🍶. The sake rice is also top grade Yamadanishiki🌾 from Hyogo Prefecture🤩. Combined with tai meshi, Definitely, Nice Masamune👍

By Hunter's standards, anything without the word "Masamune" on the label doesn't count as an achievement, but I didn't expect to see "Masamune" "only" on the box 😅. Well, it's on the box, so it's good 😆. Let's drink it 🍶. It has a light sweetness, but has a strong body and umami flavor 😊. It's easy to drink with no alcohol 😙. Nice Masamune👍

Hello, Matsuchiyo😄 Surprisingly this was also a Masamune. There have been a few breweries recently that serve it under a brand name that removes "Masamune" and I think it is a betrayal of the Masamune community 😡. The all-you-can-drink was great because there were many sakes that I rarely have a chance to drink in Tokyo 🤩.
