☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK I wasn't sure what to do with the Saku since you can drink quite a bit of it if you go to the store, but I saw a highly ranked Saku 👀. Ugh, 5 tickets...high rank indeed. Oh well 😁. Mildly sweeter than the previous ones. Elegant fragrance 😚. Transparent, yet soft and smooth on the palate and throat. It's as good as it should be 😊. By the way, there was a curtain dividing the venue and it was one point of reference 😄.

☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK It seems to be a test brew. 💁🏻‍♂️ "This is the only place you can drink it: ❗️" You're right, they know what they're doing.... So I'll have some 😆. It's white like a "orikarami" (a kind of "cloudy" rice wine). ⚪️ You can feel the rice on your tongue 🌾. Sweetness is the sweetness of rice 🤔. The umami taste is a little bit aftertaste. There is a little gasiness 🫧. The eva-like flyer is also very aggressive 🥳.

☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK A lady was coming out in front of the booth 😄. I looked over and saw a set of hot sake on the table ♨️ She said heated sake is the main attraction 😆. While asking for heated sake, I first had a little cold 🧊. Slightly acidic. Strong mouthfeel 😤. Finally, I get a heated ♨️. The acidity has disappeared and the mouthfeel is mellow and creamy. It was creamy. You can feel the sake spreading in your mouth 😊. Certainly the sake is more appealing when heated 🥰.

☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK There were not many people due to the rain. We started from the booths of breweries where no one was waiting. Since there are no other people waiting, you can talk with the brewers without hesitation 😁. The one that caught my eye was Koshino Kanmei 👀. I think it is synonymous with Niigata for my generation. 🙂‍↕️ The sake is the green one. They said it was a modern sake🍶 for giving to new adults and they wanted young people to drink sake as well🙂‍↕️ kanji reads "amane" and it is meant to be drunk widely and by many people. On the palate, it is very refreshing and easy to drink😳 Thin sweet taste like pear🍐. Good cleanness too. I'm happy to have a new Koshino Kanmei to drink 😆.

☀️ I went to the Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK 😄. It was raining ☔ on the day of the event, but the venue was barely under a roof, so I could drink without an umbrella 😄. The sake is the blue label on the right. Sweet and sour like apricots 😗. The sweetness is thicker than the sourness 😊. Highly concentrated and harmonious. And the mouthfeel is straight down the throat without any snagging. This is a unique and interesting flavor😄.

☀️ A sake that I repeat regularly 🍶. Lightly and elegantly sweet. Apples with just the right amount of sweetness🍎. Slightly carbonated🫧 and less acidic. I wonder if it is sweeter than before 🥰. I still want to drink this 😘.

☀️ A warehouse came to a department store event to sell 😄. 👴🏻 "The rice is Koshihikari ❗️ 👴🏻 "It is a rare sake made from rice❗️ 👴🏻 "It is pesticide-free❗️" Appealing to the public in a row 😅 By releasing ducks🦆 into the rice paddies, they can suppress weeds and eat insects, making it pesticide-free 🤔. It's sake 🍶. The rice used is Koshihikari 🌾. It's called nigori and it's already cloudy ⚪️ The aroma of rice 🌾 and the smell reminds me of alcohol. Although you can't feel the rice grains, there is a sense of roughness. The texture is clear and powerful, but you can also sense the rice feeling🌾. Elegant cloudy sake 🍶. By the way, what is "LOHAS"? LOHAS is an acronym for "Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability," a lifestyle that strives for health, the environment, and a sustainable social life. It is a way of life that is mindful of health, the environment, and a sustainable social life. That's why they were so particular about being pesticide-free 😊.

Hi Hiro 😃. It looks like it was bought by the pressure of the brewery people 🤗It looks modern looking but seems to have a robust taste 😋. We are now dodgers ⚾️ when we hear the word LOHAS 😁.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙. The brewery people were so powerful that I was pushed into it 🤣. I wonder if the robust flavor is due to the Koshihikari 🤔I don't know about the others so I can't say, but I'll give it a try when I find another one 😁.

☀️ This was popular at the Akiba event. I ordered some to try 😆. The rice flavor and sweetness 🌾 are distinctly clean and sweet. I can taste a little bitterness. Alcohol added but no alcohol feeling at all 😌. Refreshing and easy to drink, it goes down your throat like water😄. Well, no wonder there is a line 🤔. I'm a quantity over quality type of person so I don't waste my time waiting in line 😏 Yeah, I didn't wait in line at Akiba.

☀️ The label is filled with nitpicks 😩. You are right, but I don't follow quite a few of them 🙄. Slightly colored. Rice flavor🌾 and slight acidity. Straight down the throat. Contrary to the image of small words, it is a very refreshing sake 🍶.

☀️ Sake Collection @ Akiba This is the most popular sake at this event 🍶. We compared 3 kinds of Kinpoh. The brewer here is elderly but friendly and always smiling 😄I couldn't help talking with him. There was no one in line behind us, so we could talk as much as we wanted 😁. I would like to visit this brewery someday 🤗❗️ Junmai Ginjo Hiyoshi Oroshi The first photo 📸. The sweetness is clean and very refreshing. I could feel a unique minerality like barley tea❓. This freshness is a unique and interesting flavor not found in other sakes. This is a duck🦆🦆🦆 to drink at home. (2) Junmai Hiyoroshi Second photo📸. Sourness up compared to the ginjo: ⤴️ Clearer up: ⤴️ It has a sweet and sour flavor 😆. Junmai Ginjo Hi-iri 3rd photo 📸. The sourness is gone and only sweetness remains😙. Soothing and fleeting sweetness 😚. Good mouthfeel and refreshing on the throat. There is no minerality that I felt in (1). Maybe it's the fire 🤔. The first sake I had was so good that I bought it to drink at home 🤗I haven't opened the bottle as of today, but I'll post when I do 💪. I bought some sake and now I'm going home 😆.

☀️ Sake Collection @ Akiba I've seen this brewery at a lot of events lately, and an old man is here by himself 👴🏻 I saw the name Touji's Ambition and decided to try it 👀. Mellow and sweet like melon 😊. A little astringent 🤔. The ginjo aroma is also sweet and mellow 😤. The aroma is spreading and gorgeous🌸 I wonder why you don't see this finish very often 🤗

☀️ SakeColle @ Akiba When I saw the label 🏷️, I was surprised to see it was made of cloth😳 I asked the guy at the brewery if it was fashionable, and he seemed happy to hear that it was made of cloth 🤗. Here is the sake 🍶. It has a light sweetness and a slight bitterness. Smooth on the palate and down the throat 😄. Simple and easy to drink 😊.

☀️ SakeColle@Akiba Found the new Hakutsuru 🕊️ 💡👀. They say it is a sake🍶 planned by young people. Mwah, this color scheme is a traffic light 🚥... 🤔 Yellow is better, red is better ❓ I think old guys can understand 😆. Young people should not imitate 🙇‍♂️ Now, the booze. 🔴Telescope of twilight. Sweetness of sweetness. White grape sweetness🍇. The moist sweetness lingers into the aftertaste and leaves a hollowness in the air. ☺️ 🟡Snorkel in the sun. Sweet and sour 😙. Apricot-like sweetness. Easy to imagine is a strain of #7 yeast 🤔. Good clean of course. I'm not sure how to describe it 🟢Mushigekanes through the trees. Even more sourness: ⤴️😝 Sweet and sour like apricots. It's clean and refreshing. You can choose according to your taste 🔴→🟡→🟢 as the sweetness disappears and the sourness increases 🤗.

☀️ Sake Collection @ Akiba Oh no, Akihabara indeed. The age group is young 😅 I'm not going to lose to an old man 🤗. Sake 🍶. Elegant sweetness. Pear🍐 type moist and melting sweetness. Elegant and soft on the palate, with a ginjo aroma too ☺️ I feel the depth of this sake is in the fact that it is not too assertive 😆.

☀️ I went to SAKE COLLECTION @ AKIBA (Tokyo SAKE Collection 2024) 😄 October is full of events 🤗. I noticed a gold medal winning sake 🥇 in the pamphlet and went to the booth. But it was already too late... The Gold Award-winning sake 🥇 was sold out 😢. The only one they had was a man's dry sake 😤. It was hard for me to say 👋, "No thanks then," so I took it 🤗. It's sake 🍶. It's lightly sweet, like melon🍈. It's supposed to be dry, but it doesn't feel dry, it feels more like a sake. Where is the man's dry 😅?

☀️ Sake rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Nabari🌾. Sweet aroma with a top-tasting fragrance. ☺️ The moderate sweetness is like white peach🍑 or melon🍈. This one has a sweetness similar to that of Jyushiyo 🤔. A little bitterness in the aftertaste. The ginjo aroma is also mild but strong 😊. I thought it was the closest to Jyushidai among all the sake 🍶 I've had so far 😆. I learned that even Jikin has a sense of being out of its element when it comes to this class 😄.

☀️ This is a pin🩷uni🦄. The sake rice is Misato Nishiki🌾 from Akita prefecture. The rice is different depending on the year it was brewed 😳 The color is almost transparent, and the smell of wood from the upper-titling aroma 🌲. The sweetness is moist and sticky, and the cleanliness disappears like the wind 🌬️ that caresses your cheeks 😌. The sweetness is not left behind for the intensity of the sweetness, and the cleanliness is good. It may be a good sweetness level of Misato 🤔. The mouthfeel is silky smooth. Ginjo aroma and woody smell 🌲. Sake by itself has such a deep flavor, but it can be paired with a variety of foods 🤗. It's a great perfection 😳
